It's a different game now they are quiet not I only feel sorry for people working under Imo sharia governor. You and that your friend are operating from another planet. True sons and daughters of Igbo are not sharing that nonsense sentiments. Else, both of you should analyse how Kanu could have stopped buhari from coming. And for you to say that IMO state is practicing sharia law, says it all about your gullibility. |

Fahdiga: Our forefathers and Ndichie will be turning in their graves seeing this lifeless, brutal, bigoted and bloody jihadist in this revered Igbo attire. The Supreme Court administrator of Imo state Hope Uzodimma will regret the day he invited and gave this bag of bone the Isi Agu to wear just to mock the millions of Igbos he has murdered while standing on top of their graves. Aki ko n' egwu. Our fore fathers are not hate infiltrated souls like you. They accommodate and tolerate others, just as others welcome us in their home land. So, talk for yourself and your fellow PDP sympathizers. If millions of Igbos can live and earn their living in every part of Nigeria and sometimes practice the culture of other tribes, then buhari is more than qualified to wear just an ordinary clothe symbolizing Igbos culture. |

seunmsg: With Oyinlola as National Chairman, the party is obviously planning to give its presidential ticket to a northerner. Anyway, it’s left for Nigerians to decide if it is fair and just for Atiku or Tambuwal to take over after Buhari’s eight years presidency.
For me, it’s an anomaly that must never be allowed to happen in the overall interest of Nigeria irrespective of party affiliation. Nigeria is a deeply divided multi ethnic and multi religious country. A single ethnic group should never be allowed to rule for a period of sixteen straight uninterrupted years. Not even in the face of the current terrorism, banditry, criminal herdsmen and violent separatist agitation. And Abaribe and co who parade themselves as those who speak the truth, respect equity, fairness and justice, are now mute. When they lose which is inevitable, they will resonate with their garbage how Igbos are being marginalized. |

Maxvasia: It is caused by a virus called Vibro Cholerae. It is usually spread by air (airborne. Which makes it very contagious) or by contact with infected surfaces or consuming infection food items without proper washing/sanitising. Always avoid coming in contact with infected persons (use of face masks is helpful here), proper and habitual hand washing, especially in regions of outbreak, ensure clean environments and keep your food items safe and clean. Lastly, Cholera vaccination. Get vaccinated.
Abokis do not observe any of the above, they infact do the opposite, this is why they are the ones mostly infected first before they spread it to others. They are the usual forerunners of Cholera. Thank you so much bro. |

It brings me to ask, has other ethnic groups in Nigeria left the Igbos behind in political maturity? Where is our tolerance in relating with others?
Those questions are begging for answers because a lot has happened to other geopolitical zones including the recent sacking of two ministers and they took them in good faith.

Judicial members continuously abusing the judiciary. How can you just sit down and issue order that every officer of a national party should all stop working because one person in a state is contesting what was done in his state. You could not order that congress in his state be put on hold, but that the entire party affair that concerns the whole country should stand still. Rubbish. They will simply get a vacation order from appeal Court, and this your own will become a mere tissue paper. |
Politics › 6 APGA Lawmakers Defect To APC (Photo) by contigiency(op): 1:29pm On Sep 01, 2021 |
The fortunes of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 6 Anambra Governorship Election got a boost on Tuesday night when six Assembly members under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) defected to the APC.
The six lawmakers are: Hon. Nonso Okafor representing Nnewi North; Hon. Timothy Ifedioramma representing Njikoka 1; Hon. Cater D. N Umeoduagu representing Aguata 1; Hon. Lawrence Ezeudu representing Dumekofia; Hon. Arthur Chiekwu representing Idemmih North and Hon. Edward Ibuzo, representing Onisha North 2.
Receiving the defectors at a brief event on Tuesday evening in Abuja, Chairman APC Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) Governor Mai Mala Buni restated the party’s determination to win the Anambra governorship election, which informed the zeal in engaging critical stakeholders in Anambra State.
Buni said: “Mere looking at what is happening, especially now that so prominent and serving state lawmakers have started joining, the grassroots is moving and Anambra people are moving to the APC.” The Chairman later presented the lawmakers with the APC flag at the end of a strategic meeting held behind closed doors.
The defectors described the APC as the preferred party and promised to mobilise support towards victory in the November 6 governorship polls.
Imo Governor and Chairman APC Anambra Governorship Election Council, Senator Hope Uzodinma, said the Southeast people have woken up and the region is committed to national politics and be part and parcel of Nigeria. He also expressed confidence that APC is set to win the Anambra governorship election.
The brief ceremony held at Imo State Governors’s Lodge was attended by Governors of Lagos, Osun and Kogi as well as top members of the party in Anambra State. https://www.google.com/amp/s/thenationonlineng.net/breaking-6-apga-anambra-lawmakers-defect-to-apc/amp/
