Sir, this is a powerful teaching that men of God don't talk about. Even when we read that Jesus experienced it. That part of the Bible is neither interpreted nor taught.

We are very comfortable with the mercy drops miracles.

Many times it could be frustrating when it looks like you're the only one thinking in this direction. Everyone else is comfortable with being ordinary. I personally think that today's Christians have not experienced 1% of God's power in them.

We will appreciate this teaching more if you'd take it stage by stage, one step at a time with progress monitoring.

Firstly, individuals must take responsibility for their lives. Everyone is expected to be vigilant and not depend 0.0001% on any man of God no matter how powerful they may seem. At the end of the day, each person must give account for their lives and no one can push that responsibility.

That said, when a man of God, that is supposed to be a REAL man of God is inviting the "world" to attend a program, then necessary precautions are expected to be taken i.e. physical and spiritual precautions. The man of God ought to be responsible enough to carter for the well-being of the worshipers at least for the duration of the program.

Men of God cannot expect to be careless with the lives of people and just pretend that nothing happened. If they could not prevent the accident then they must be ready to provide solutions no matter the cost and as men of God in this case, raising the dead would have put paid to this issue. Matthew 10:8 is not an advice or gift to a selected few, it is a COMMAND THAT IS TO BE OBEYED by all believers (especially men of God).

So I read about the Akwa Ibom incident and it dawned on me that Christianity of today is no longer as it used/ought to be. So I asked myself, what would Jesus, Paul or Peter do if anyone of them was the pastor of this Akwa Ibom church? Would they just blame the engineers or go home and pretend like nothing happened and let the unbelievers have a field day mocking our God? Guess what? I doubt that very much.

I think any of these three would have raised the dead and start the long overdue revival in our land. Or maybe the accounts in Acts 20:7-12 and Acts 9:32-43, about Eutychus being raised from the dead at Troas and Dorcas being raised in Lydda and Joppa respectively were false and maybe the commandment in Matthew 10:8 “Heal the sick, RAISE THE DEAD, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give”, is not for our generation. Or maybe, just maybe the whole Bible is false (?)

So I am asking myself, what did these pastors even learn in “Bible School”? Did they just learn how to collect tithes and offerings and do “small small mercy-drops miracles? (or maybe these so-called miracles are mere coincidences?)”. Haa! So many questions? So many patch patch Christianity without power!!!

This is my conclusion, if you are a pastor and you have not figured how to heal the sick and raise the dead, please close your church and go do something else.

IF THERE IS NO POWER, IT IS NOT CHRISTIANITY.

@KissGuys, The primary aim of joining the police force should never be to make ends meet or forjob security. it should rather be to secure lives and property and because one has passion for security otherwise one may end up frustrated and join the "bad gang" - bribe collection and other vices.

For you to sound this intelligent at your age it means you can make it with little or no assistance from your brother. what you need to know is learn the rudiments of money making and improve on it. you'll be home and dry in no time.

Parking out at this stage of your life doesn't present God as being fair. Jesus died ones and for all, no other person needs to die to make a point.

I think everyone answering the question is missing the point here. The op is asking if he will be compensated under a comprehensive motor policy if his car is stolen by his driver. The answer to this question is no, because the driver is an employee of the insured and as such this is not covered under a motor insurance policy. The insurance policy that best covers this is fidelity guarantee insurance policy. It is a policy that covers the insured against loss of money, property etc as a result of the dishonesty/fraud of employees of the insured. I think this should be helpful.

I've seen different policies of comprehensive insurance and I can say that many have variant cover clauses depending on the price.

Most insurance companies trying to sell their product some times modify the clause for the price the customers are willing the pay.

A good/complete comprehensive insurance cover should include any kind of accidental damage or theft, covering the car, the owner of the car and any third party assigned by the owner of the car.

In the policies I've taken i always insist it cover everything. It is therefore advisable for policy holders to read the policy statement thoroughly and insist on one or two modifications.
