duduspace:fufuface is fidgeting. . . . ![]() |
duduspace:even after dismantling your predictions of united's impending doom and gloom 12 months ago with a sniper's precision and accuracy? mumuface, you know you have one and only oga on the webspace - me!!!! |
slimshay:short attention span. . . . . yes, hansen can be a r£tard but he talks sense when the subject is arsenal! ![]() |
duduspace:enough of your balderdash. . . . if you have a constructive debate to engage me in, i would reply you. . . . but i will not let you drag me into one of your homoerotic fantasies. moderator, fufuface has started again. . . if i splatter his head against the wall, he will start screaming like a rhesus ape. warn mumuface! |
duduspace:i only thanked her for erasing your comments cos i was embarrassed to be reading such from you. fufuface the dullard! ![]() |
vermaelen 54 apps for arsenal koscielny 47 apps for arsenal. can you see my point? koscielny arrived a year after vermaelen was bought and he's almost eclipsed vermaelen's number of apps for arsenal. |
mukina2:thanx for doing your job. . . . . now we can proceed to tackle arsenal's main problems. . . . why is vermaelen such a wimp? another 2 months out? is this another owen hargreaves deal? louis saha? |
Mobinga:talking shit as usual. since 2007, fifa > pes. since the invention of ps3, ea sports have owned konami in the football series. |
sleekdot:maybe buy a sack of cotton wool too and block one nostril. you don't wanna be stranded with edoyad in a faulty elevator. . . .his nostrils would mop up all the oxygen before the firemen come to your rescue! edoyad is a lift-risk. ![]() |
edoyad:so people who went to the defence academy graduated as what? naval officers? the size of your nostrils is a big impediment for your nervous system. Psycho , i guess every kid who went to Kings College is a King, rightttie ?stop creating your own argument. . . . . lads who go to the defence academy(military uni) graduate as para-military. if that is too much for your brain to process, go hug a boko haram suicide bomber. |
sleekdot:how far is the nearest atm to you? i need some few notes to buy edoyad some artificial intelligence. . . . |
edoyad:you are the most idiotic donkey on nairaland. defence = military academy = school are you so reetarded not to see the point i was trying to make? who doesn't know nda is supposed to be a tertiary institution or what is this goat trying to prove? what a stark illiterate. . . .so because i said military skool now necessarily mean i meant secondary schools? you really need to donate your nervous system to the gorilla in ibadan. he possesses more intelligence than a wide-nostrilled gay like you. what a twerp! |
you are talking out of ignorance. the job redknapp did to unearth gems like lampard, ferdinand, joe cole, carrick, etc at west ham is unparalleled. financial impropriety my arse - it was a baseless allegation. no truth in the matter. he should be in prison if guilty. credits given to wenger for guiding the club through which period? it was the same period that has led to the drought. wenger did nada, abeg. money wasn't the issue when wenger's team took a helluva beating against birmingham in february. up until city's financial doping, only man utd and chelsea had more money than arsenal - so arsenal were finishing where they should be. wenger guided nada. pat rice would have achieved the same with less drama. |
spyder880:fashola will be mad to put any landlord in prison without any form of protection. if the government won't protect the landlords, the landlords will protect themselves. . . .i cannot build a house for mega-millions and let one dubious tenant short change me because of one ridiculous law. otherwise, i'd put animals there and smile when i see people cotch under the bridge. |
claremont:go for it. . . . there are many of them out there especially in my borough! they do everything to look fit so you don't see the old age. 50 yr-old looks 22 with trimmed tummy and well-packaged butt. |
claremont:some young men like older women. . . . |
blank:landlord sues the tenant and the case takes 10 years before the landlord gets paid. who has the time for that? if the tenant decides to do a runner, the landlord is left high and dry to lick his wounds. |
claremont:not in all cases. . . . i have a friend here of about 25. he has never dated any woman less than 40 in his life. he likes them old cos he cannot deal with the stress that comes with dating younger women. . . . . .he is an engineer and he's british by birth. |
slimshay:he did not. . . . .he was told to make those buys. . . the owners lured him to with the promise of bankrolling the wages and stuffs. redknapp made the acquisitions only to be left high and dry with the wages of those players swallowing up all the income made by the club. Seeing as everything in Arsenal is 'Wenger's fault'.wenger's arsenal is more stable. same board, almost the same policy within the last six years. apples/oranges. Its rich how Twitchy, that rotten pawpaw looking f00l is suddenly blame free. (Note the new paragraph)he is blameless. foreign owners screwed those clubs over. it happened to eriksson, benitez and redknapp. . . .redknapp moved on, came to spurs and stamped spurs in the top 6 premier league clubs unlike his predecessors like juande ramos and martin jol. . . . .he became the first spurs manager to get them in the champs league. . . .became the first tottenham manager to batter arsenal away from home under wenger. And Liverpool cut one of the most lucrative shirt deals of all time. While we are at the mercy of our paltry emirates deal, my vice-versa makes sense. Again a direct consequence of stadium building. Yet again I heartily anticipate their stadium project. It will be epic. There is only one Arsene Wenger available for that you know.abeggi. . . . who told you wenger bankrolled the project himself? i hope you don't believe this nonsense of giving wenger the credits of the emirates project. it was a board room decision and it should be so. highbury was so shitty, the capacity was 38,000 or so. any manager working under the same circumstance could have made it happen. |
Serpentine:wild goose chase. . . . . |
naijababe:come to me, naijababe. . . .coogar is harmless. |

Jackieugo:jackieugo, u look tight!! is that really you? ![]() |
slimshay:fratton park ----£18 X 19,000 emirates --------£94 X 60,000 the difference is clear. the pompey owners in 07/08 promised them gold n silver. egged redknapp on to sign quality players with massive wages. wages their capacity could not sustain. after all said n done, the owners refused to back up their barks. . . .and portsmouth went down. Yet again, we can but speculate, but I sincerely hope Liverpool chop winsh and enter into a stadium project. People who struggled to make Europe and are not even rated after spending over 50million in one window? Where will they even see 15million to spend in the market. Except of course they wanna pile on debt like *cough* Man *cough*united's debt is different from any debt in club football. the debt came about from an aggressive take-over. it wasn't because the club couldn't sustain united's expenses. apples and oranges. . . . .liverpool might finish ahead of arsenal this season. man city did last season, i see no reason why liverpool won't. afterall, they beat arsenal at the emirates just few weeks ago. I really don't wanna get into finacial debate, but our large gate takings is offset by our shyte commercial deals. And vice versa for liverpool. They have no right to the free pass they get. Luckily for them, they have Alan Hansen and Phil McNumpty!how is it vice versa for liverpool? arsenal make more money at the gates than liverpool. arsenal strike better commercial deals(overall) than liverpool. |
spyder880:you should have hired me! ![]() |
slimshay:he won the fa cup in 2008(barely three seasons ago) with pompey. so you don't think he would have won a title for arsenal at least? Nobody has asked Liverpool to stay put and not move. They know the consequences of a big stadium move. And I'm not talking historical attachments, I'm talking financial strain. And they do have a very wealthy consortium now. And 'King Kenny' is back. Can we please all agree again they are competition for the titleliverpool could not move. . . . . they were supposed to but they were screwed up by hicks n gillete. the owners promised them stanley park - a 71,000 capacity stadium but the economic recession killed the plans. the new owners now have tore the blueprint and are just looking at expanding anfield. big clubs need big stadiums. chelsea fc are also screwed by that. there's no acres of land in the chelsea/fulham area where they can build a massive stadium. thankfully, they have a billionaire who cushions the expenses for them. of course, they now have king kenny but breaking into the top four is not that easy any more. man city and tottenham have spoilt their party. |
breaking news: uefa reject arsenal's appeal against wenger's 2-match ban. |
spyder880:it depends. . . . but your protection is. . . .the tenant cannot opt out of the agreement any time he wishes. if i enter a lease agreement with you for your property at 100,000 naira per month for one year(january 2012 - january 2013). . . . . .i cannot say i am moving out in april 2012. . . . . even if i do, you will still collect your rent from me between (april 2012 - jan 2013). whether i stay in the property or not is not your business. the agreement was for me to be there for a year. . . .and by law, you shall collect the rents for a year. |
slimshay:his achievements are difficult to ignore. look at his past records and see the confines at which he has delivered for pompey and spurs! Liverpool is always 'good to win' the premiership. Until reality sets it and then everybody, read media, helps them re-adjust their aspirations which they embrace well.they were screwed up by some dubious american owners. . . . besides that, they are only big historically. . . . .their stadium capacity is abysmal for a club as big as liverpool. since they don't have a wasteful billionaire owners like the men at chelsea and man city, it means they cannot afford to flex their muscles cos their income is too low for such. that was what drove redknapp's pompey to bankruptcy. The Arsenal is defiant, nobody helps us readjust see.massively helped by the new stadium. 60,000 capacity means only arsenal and man utd can host the champions league final in all the clubs in england. the fact that you charge the highest tickets in europe also means you generate massive income from the emirates. . . . .only wenger knows why he doesn't spend more until recently. . . . . |
bfire:lease is not necessarily a pay as you go monthly thingy. . . .it's normally between 6 months to 2 years depending on the agreement. it also means within that period, i as a landlord cannot increase the rent. it will be a flat rate throughout the period of agreement. the lease agreement commits the tenant to a specific term of occupancy. . .unlike the rental agreement which are often renewed every end of the month. . . since a lease's terms are for a specific number of months and are usually outlined in a written, mutually signed contract, the tenant cannot break the lease by vacating the property during the length of the contract. If he does so, he will be legally held liable for the amount of rent remaining on the contract. technically, the lease offers the landlord more protection than the rental agreement. |
Pweety4me:yeye heifer! to you now, you have just discovered the cure of hiv virus. editing someone's post and adding your pitiful lines is ingenuity, abi? pweety4me, you need deliverance! |
