daretodiffer:how did i make it so? don't make it so.....blame nature! if an SS2 female student gets impregnated by her classmate. who do you think would suffer the graver consequence. ![]() Men like women are illogical and sentimentalthe status quo kept families together. the marriages weren't exactly perfect but it worked. most children lived with both parents and it worked to the benefit of the society at large. fast forward to now.... women like you want more, they want more exploration & analyses & it's straining the relationship between the male & the female. divorce rate went higher & the society is nothing to write home about! For that reason, the law continues to systematically put them at a disadvantagewhich disadvantage? women still tend to get the perks. What is good for the geese is also good for the ganderwhere? how? what is encouraging behaviours that demeans & disrespects a particular gender. reading the above comment, you almost had me fooled that women don't cheat at all on their husbands. it's a misdemeanour typically known to males & yet paternity fraud in this part of the world is about 50% for firstborns. daretodiffer - you should change your moniker to daretoclown. ![]() |
daretodiffer:no effing way.... feminazis have invaded their entire legal system for any talk of pre-nup to be given any serious look. pre-nups would reduce the massive divorce pay-outs & london wants to continue to remain the divorce capital of the world. Then you don't know methanks for making my point! ![]() One thing I have noticed so far is that men do not address gender issues with logic (no offense), you are guilty of the same crime you accuse women ofmen address it with logic. the only problem is that women seem to think what's good for the goose is good for the gander in every case & that logic is flawed! the consequences of the fall out is different for both genders. no equality theory dressing up can change that fact. |
pickabeau1:these women aren't smiling..... if ridiculous divorce payouts start in nigeria, the wives themselves would be the ones setting up their husbands with younger women. as long as they can get evidence of infidelity, maga must pay. ![]() |
pickabeau1:the nigerian law is mostly modelled like the british law. the british courts don't recognise pre-nups. if a billionaire marries a woman today and she files for a divorce next week, she would be entitled to half of what he owns. if the brits don't value pre-nups, i don't see it ever working out in nigeria. daretodiffer:i know you very well! you are an unrepentant feminazi ![]() |
daretodiffer:resolve wetin? aren't you an advocate of "a woman has the rights to decide what goes in & out of her body?" any further pressure would be tantamount to marital rape. he could have married another wife is neither here nor there. infidelity comes first before marrying a second wife, no? wives cannot continue to lock their vaults and expect men to stay loyal. man must wack!!!!!! |
raumdeuter:fücking hell....... i don't believe this - nigerian women are too saintly for this kinda thing to happen. no nigerian woman can deceive her husband into believing an illegitimate child is his. no such things happen in our country - there must be a mistake somewhere! ![]() Timbuktou:he had stopped all means of communication with the wife. he screwed up big time - he sired a kid each with 3 different women and that excludes his affair with nike osinowo. the court order was fair & just! |
daretodiffer:who pushes them outside into the arms of waiting mistresses? dr. soleye swore an oath his wife started declining his sexual advances as far back as 20 years ago. AyeeIdris:thanks for your amazing use of logic & common sense. you have spoken well. daretodiffer, you would grow old if you follow the footsteps of ayeeidris. ![]() Note d law recognizes the contribution of the wife. Even if we didn't build up the Fortune together, she supported you by feeding, cleaning and general taking care of things. The law views it as if she had worked in the office with you. The more years the better. The marriage act is very accommodating to the woman. But there is a lot of ignorance out there and the process can be tediousand rightly so...... a woman who sacrificed everything she's got to build a home deserves loads of money as compensation. i am all for fairness. my pet peeve is those money-hungry, gold-digging heifer who are bent on reaping where they didn't sow. |
TV01:haha! TV, be nice! |
cesc is a newbie - he cannot lead any revolt at chelsea. if anything, it would be one of the old boys that wasn't a part of the team in mourinho's first stint between 2004-2007. |
SIRcumalot:isn't it the truth? every pass that leads to a shot taken is a created chance as defined by OPTA! on top of my head alone, i can count up to 12 passes like that given to rooney on a plate where he refused to shoot.... OPTA didn't record such passes as a created chance! |
TV01:don't mind them...... nigerian constitution ain't discriminating nada. that poor nigerian chief that got gangraped to death by his 6 wives just died for nothing. the 6 wives got slapped on the wrist! the räpe charge didn't stick cos a woman cannot rape a man in nigeria. the only other charge they faced was manslaughter which was even difficult to prove cos marital sēx isn't illegal in this part of the world. Almost 80% - depending on who you listen to - of divorces are initiated by women, many of them frivolously. If they knew they wouldn't be rewarded and possibly lose their kids, they'd be incentivised to work on their marriages instead of de-frauding their hard-working husbands.and the brain dead bimbos continue to deny female rights didn't spike divorce rate. if a woman knows there's no financial/material gain in divorce, she would work harder to keep her marriage. you find out that a lot of these women in the west had divorce plans worked out even before they walked the aisle! |
TV01:only the state of north carolina upholds such laws where a wife can sue the other woman for criminal conversation & she would pay damages if found guilty. as per your question, i don't think it can happen when no-fault divorce is the law. |
darkenedrebel:na precaution - in case dizaster wants to do a math on cassidy! eminem has to come out.....I think Diz would be the most suitable opponent for him..not because he's better than clips or b-magic & co, but because his style is similar to that of em'....plus the battle had better be in KOTD, cos i seriously doubt eminem stands a chance in the URL...yes....that wigga attitude is made for KOTD! eminem will slaughter dizaster though. dizaster is too sloppy these days. he would stutter and eminem fans would capitalise on it. |
TV01:nike was a co-defendant in court. when a male spouse is accused of adultery, the law mandates the plaintiff to join the adulteress as a respondent........and damages can be claimed if the adulteress is worth something tangible. i can't remember if nike paid anything though. she asked N5m from nike but i doubt she got anything. i don comot for area to really follow up the case back then. |
Timbuktou:he's not being magnanimous, he did what was right. he genuinely maltreated his wife of 28 years. the pay out barely scratched his skin though. the doctor is utterly minted! |
darkenedrebel:you can't blame him, he didn't live that life.... charron is a fücking canadian. i doubt he's ever held a piece in his life. you can't compare him to niggaz from the concrete streets like clips or b-magic. there's one interview b-magic did with unbias review. as they were getting into it, a nucca appeared from nowhere in a big jacket, held this big gun & stood behind magic. i think he thought magic was in trouble and he was about to start shooting. magic had to tell him to get inside.... ![]() everything you said up here is true....rap battle would soon put the likes of slim jesus & young thug out of business...i think there's an online petition out there that will force eminem to battle. it needs only 100,000 signatures. i ain't sure if it's real or not but there's this group rooting for an eminem vs dizaster showdown! I feel this acapella rap battle format is not yet complete without the greatest rapper partaking in at least one of em'...agreed! |
AyeeIdris:be deceiving yourself. dr tunde soleye & mrs funmi soleye built the fortunes together. it's only fair she was given a fraction of tunde soleye's assets. it's totally different from today's gold-digging nigerian women who are after made men & intended to reap where they didn't sow. go & marry mike adenuga tonight....make sure you get evidence of his philandering ways and go to court with your evidence. let's see if the court would order him to pay you half of his assets you knew nothing about. you people just make me laugh mixing apples with oranges! |
Odunharry:yet, elampawa & nyabinghi will claim white folks don't criticise rooney like we do here on NL. it has gotten to a point where fans are praying for him to get seriously injured! |
darkenedrebel:nobody does it like charron. the kid is fire. even his critics claim his freestyle is better than his writtens! like eminem's freestyle, my first word is excrement ...you can easily tell say the guy na eminem stanall white rappers post-2002 are all stans! 8 mile broke barriers that skin matters not in hip-hop. all the wannabes who used to be afraid to rap cos of their skin colour have now come out of the woodwork to rap. at the same time, it was 8-mile that re-revolutionised battle rap all over again. in another 5 years, nearly all the industry rappers will jump ship for battle rap. people are now starting to clock that industry rappers are shyte & they are fast losing respect! |
darkenedrebel:when i told you charron does the best freestyle in the world, you were disputing the claim. hopefully, this video has made you his convert! the white boy can spit flames!!! |
Onegai:we know all these - married women in nigeria cheat more. most of them didn't marry the men they love anyways. so there's always a tendency for them to stray. the both deserve each other. A woman divorcing you is a woman tired of you. Infact that's the easier option. Fear the woman who stays with you and says nothing when she knows you're a philandering idiot. Those women told me as a child "property in your name, and there are ways to help a man have a heart attack quicker, because Nigeria is so stressful".mcheewww! so this is supposed to scare the average nigerian man? he's not scared of malaria carrying mosquitoes, drunk drivers, ebola virus, armed robbers, trigger-happy policemen, etc.....he should be scared of a quiet woman that stays with him? you belong to comedy central! ![]() |
daretodiffer:they both deserve each other. nigerian wives deserve nigerian husbands and vice versa. if cheating is such a big deal that would make you commit murder, please stay single. ![]() Well, that part must have been lost on me with all the mockery going on. I have gone through the thread and so far, no one suggested divorce ay first instance.that is because divorce isn't the first step. the first step is to discuss with the partner. hear out what he has to say to the misdemeanour. l will be a .... to rely on Nigerian statisticsi am also certain you feel like a.......to be nigerian. ![]() |
daretodiffer:it's for better for worse..... don't be naive to think the consequences of divorce carries the same weight for both genders in nigeria. one is weightier than the other. besides, no one has expressively said she should continue to put up with a philanderer. all they are saying is she shouldn't put the cart before the horse. how can a wife file for a divorce without even letting her partner know what he has done? what's the logic in that? I am going to ignore that statisticsi was expecting you to ignore it. after all, the truth hurts ![]() |
Odunharry:where's chelsea? |
Kimoni:they would soon be here to clear my name.... daretodiffer:some men do put up with their wife's philandering ways too. there's a reason 50% of all firstborns in nigeria are illegitimate. i can bet many of the husbands know that some of those kids don't belong to them but they put up with the situation. stop making it sound like naija wives are saints - they are worse than their male counterparts! |
Chelseafan1:rooney is the worst player on the planet. don't even compare him to hazard. rooney cannot even do any basic football task again. his first touch is worse than that of a rapïst! we should be on top of the table....we are 4th because of rooney. we have not scored a goal now in 325 mins & it's all down to our main striker who does not get to touch the ball in the opponent's penalty Why can't our other players ( Costa, Fab, Willian, Oscar, Pedro, Matic, and the rest bail us out just like Martial, Mata, Schweini, Smalling, De gea and the rest have been bailing Man u out or is Hazard more influential in our team than Rooney is in Man utd??one word: begovic courtois has been greatly missed. if de gea had gone to madrid with rooney serving this rubbish performance, we would be behind you on the league table. rooney is the difference between 1-0 & 0-0 de gea is the difference between 0-0 & 0-1 |
Kimoni:send him a PM i will give you a written note to him. ![]() Tim is a misogynistthanks for the vote of confidence! |
sephia:sephia - you are one of the most intelligent females on this part of the section. abeg, no fall my hand. torres went back to athletico & vindicated me so that is about that! Now it is the turn of Hazard. I can't believe even Chelsea fans are saying shiit about Hazard also. Nobody says Hazard is the best ever or anything, but to call the guy useless and a mediocre player is an aberration.hazard is the player of the season. he's your talisman. if he plays well, chelsea will play well. to whom much is given, much is expected. you can hop on the united thread and see how i criticise rooney on a daily basis. one of the reasons players like hazard are in a team is to inspire the others. when there's a general poor performance, a marquee player should rise above the others and produce a moment of magic to bail out the team. that's the mark of a world class player.... Nobody is slamming Cesc who came and played for 6 months and went to sleep or Costa that prefers to engage in altercation than to actually do the job he is being paid for or Mou that is emotionally unstable and would rather blame the ref and Wenger for his failures na Hazard una dey blame. . .i SMH.so it's everyone else's fault but hazard? do you know what part of the pitch cesc operates from? it's like asking carrick to score goals for you in every game. hazard has played a total of 16 games this season with no goals to show for it & it's not his fault? Mou has lost the dressing room, simple. What happened in Madrid is repeating itself here. Mou is an arrogant piece of shiit. Until he humbles himself or gets sacked there is no remedy.mou is an arrogant piece of shït? since the roman era, chelsea have won 4 league titles, mou is responsible for 3 of those league titles. mou is god @chelseafc. bow down and ask for forgiveness! Chelsea has been playing with this same set of players with the same tactics and style some months ago and we did just fine. Everyone cannot be shiit at the same time.well....everyone can't be shyte at the same time but i am convinced hazard is currently shyte! even the awoof penalties he used to score for fun has gone south for him. Mou fanboys should get a grip and stop blaming the midfield or Hazard. Let's accept it, our hero is done, he is finished . Age is beginning to affect his judgement.mou is done? SAF was 70+ at united & he still won the league in his final season. football is in the blood, it doesn't leave you. mou still has another 25 years in football management & he has more credibility than any chelsea player with the way he's been consistent with success in top european leagues! Imagine going to buy Falcao. Fukking Falcao of all people. Shows how petty and arrogant and stupid he is.buy falcao? it's a loan deal, you neophyte! ![]() |
Kimoni:skimoni sounds nicer to the ears. You let Tim and Raumtedeur change your direction on this threadi tried to convince them to let the OP consult family elders/church elders to deliberate on the matter but timbuktou/raumdeuter had a superior argument. ![]() |
Kimoni:skimoni my role model, how are you? ![]() |
freecocoa:pardon my insensitivity.... ![]() Is it a must to confide in family members? What if she already did and wants to augment with NL?and it's on NL she would find a divorce lawyer? ![]() Really? I guess one should also stay if they married a murderer because it's part and parcel of the deal, get real jor.why did you choose to marry a murderer out of the 30 suitors you had? you dotted the is crossed the ts. you came up with a guy that you believed was the best out of the lot. so how did you come up with a murderer? why harangue us here for the bad choices you made? ![]() Wait o, I have trouble understanding the question, are you saying one should expect infidelity or what? Is that normal behavior?when you consent to any activity such as marriage, you consent to yield to all the accidental outcomes that might flow from that activity...... when you board a plane, you are quickly tutored on how to use a life jacket or the exit plans should an accident happen. anyone going into a marriage in the 21st century without a back up plan for infidelity is on a long thing! ![]() |
