incredibleone:of course, he will win a ballon d'or for completing the most dribbles in europe. no one remembers he's had the highest minutes under his belt, completing all the 900 minutes available to him.....yet his peers with fewer minutes are expected to out-dribble him according to the mostly daft chelsea fans. ![]() |
raumdeuter:that's a one-off injury or are you this daft? metatarsal injury is not a recurring injury like hamstring or perpetual muscle or groin strain known to many players. smalling had a perfect clean bill of health until moyes brought his bad luck to OT. i posted all the injuries reported since van gaal arrived in the summer. look at it again & see the recurring injuries of the players in a short period of time. www.nairaland.com/attachments/1835812_image_jpeg9f360c5ab7736510df54c882e9dbf188 |
SailorXY:that's an excellent post.... rooney is the big problem here. shoehorning rooney into the team is the big issue. van gaal wants him to be in the hole & that means fellaini can't play behind the strikers. rooney isn't good enough as a striker - he just has to shoot after going past 4 markers or sell the foul to zabaleta and get him sent off and win a penalty. it was the obvious choice in that situation. di maria is not effective in the wide position & januzaj needs a long loan(he needs to get out of the limelight). |
kr0ne:be deceiving yourself.... you think i haven't gathered the information that teddy stays in your house as your partner? ![]() |
raumdeuter:rojo only just got injured....he's played every game since he arrived. blind has played every game since he arrived. shaw had fitness issues from southampton - van gaal met him as an unfit player. WHo are these players that werent getting injured before that started getting injured under Moyes, List out the names•RVP •smalling •fellaini •jones •evans •valencia and the list goes on & on and on...... |
007Bruce:post it, if they are real she won't complain. |
AirborneLacer:moyes made united lose the fear factor. How many of Moyes' lads are holding down a first team shirt in this current Utd side? So why blame him for the players staying unfit?rooney, RVP, valencia, jones, evans, smalling, rafael, etc. Falcao is firing blanks, Shaw's affinity for doughnuts and cheese has seen him lose shape, Herrera hardly stays fit. These players hardly knew Moyes in person or even his training drills, do you still have to blame the Scot for their current woes?the last game falcao started, he scored. shaw has been very good. herrera was fit to play in the last 2 games, i think. blind, di maria, rojo, have all been fit throughout the season - they have hardly missed a match. moyes boys still dominate the injury list. The last time Chelsea spent up to £126.7 million on players, they won the league by a country mile. What's the excuse for a team that's worth over £150m. Injuries?and what year was that? when your most expensive player was just £30m? the price of a 19-year old luke shaw? why do so many chelsea fans have their heads buried in a camel's arsë? you want to compare 10 years ago to what we have today? ![]() Well, Raumdeuter asserted that injuries are part of the game, and he's phucking right. It's your duty as a manager to re-strategize when injury hits your camp.re-strategize? how? by asking FIFA to open the transfer window for united exclusively so we can replace crocked players? or wait for it, play strictly academy players and expect them to win the league at a canter? LVG is not even an interim gaffer, he took control of this team before the Season kicked-off. He had all the time in the world to make shrewd acquisitions and to work on his team, but heck, he deemed it wise to make 'fancy' signings and to leave the dearth of talent in defence and central midfield unaddressed. So what's with this excuse you lot are building for him now?you are talking nonsense as usual.... LVG had the least time to prepare of all the managers in the league. we had played 3 league games before he decided some players had to go - he learnt while on the job. jose mourinho never took a team to the world cup, neither did pellegrini. jose had all his players during the preseason. van gaal bought falcao at the last few minutes of the transfer window. there's a big difference in that small detail.... if mourinho who is repeating a class is being heralded as a top manager, then why criticise van gaal? jose won nothing last season, why? cos he was also getting to know his team. making adjustments here & there.....plotting who to buy & who not to buy. why didn't you sack jose last season then? If as a manager you can't manage the woes of your team, you're phucking incompetent.we see how chelsea have managed theirs in the last 8 seasons. 1 league title in 8 seasons actually show you have managed your woes terribly. useless team, useless management. in those 8 seasons, about 11 managers were used and yet the problem still persists. |
007Bruce:where's her picture? i don't believe until i see with my own eyes. besides, what you consider fine might be rank ugly to me. |
papiforreal:don't beat up yourself - i know it can be hard especially in nigeria. ![]() i keep hearing about the limerick situation. what happened? who can summarise for me? |
Nihilist:by 6.30pm, i will be out with colleagues. it's a ritual every european night. i won't be back till midnight. i'm free from now till 6pm. closed early today cos i had a GP appointment. |
teddybiyasi:ladies first..... post yours & i will post mine. |
Nihilist:so you travel to london everyday from nottingham? that's almost 100 minutes by train?? you would soon break down at this rate. your employer should put you in a hotel 5 days a week. You are like Floyd Mayweather...always teasing just enough to keep the hype alive...then running away when the Pacqauios and Amir Khans come calling...mayweather can be very busy..... let's do it tonight. your skill level can't be that tight to face me. i will beat you with QPR. ![]() |
teddybiyasi:thunder fire your crawcraw face. you didn't contest for miss NL cos you know you stood no chance of winning. Lagunna:nor mind the babe.... i have seen her. she's the shorter version of like funke akindele. ![]() |
Nihilist: ![]() how am i a criminal? you have till 6pm to take my challenge or wait till midnight. we would get to play proper then with any team you want. if you check my profile on your PSN, you would see how many trophies i have won already. i am too ill with the skills. ![]() |
Nihilist:isn't there UEFA tonight? ![]() it would have to be midnight again.....i would be watching the games & drinking at a bar with colleagues. if you are home now, let's play or wait till 12. my schedule is booked all evening. |
Nihilist:you build your squad, i build mine. we invite each other on the FUT feature and we would see who's got more tactical nous instead of choosing chelsea or whatever. Why should I have have to build up my own team to play 1v1 when there are in built teams in the game?because the in-built teams are not your own making. if you choose chelsea as your in-built team & i choose real madrid to beat you.....should i get credits for using a more superior team to beat a handicapped team? ![]() FIFA gamers are tired & bored of 1 v 1 games. Is this another excuse now?how's this an excuse? if you want 1 v 1 duels, no wahala.....but i get no props for beating you in them. they are not my teams.....they were put together by mourinho, van gaal, etc. |
SIRcumalot:liverpool overachieved last season - they are back to their status quo. But you can ignore the fact that our fixtures have been relatively easy and we haven't taking advantage of it.you can blame the world cup for that or the management shouldn't have hired him. he didn't know about the shape of his players until we were 3 league games gone. that's criminal. Chelsea should've been awarded at least a penalty for the fouls commited same thing happened against City. And this quality gameplay we've been talking about has been greatly exaggerated.stop talking about what chelsea shoulda gotten or what city shoulda gotten. we were robbed at leicester. i can count few other games where we were not given what was due to us. it goes both ways. i am satisfied with van gaal - there's progress. we outpassed city at a point in the first half. toure struggled against blind until the red card that afforded them space to fully exploit us & even then we had 3 good chances to score. @all what is our Ideal Centre Back pairing ?rafael - jones - rojo - shaw |
nitlad:if evans, jones, smalling, carrick were all fit, would we miss shaw, rojo & herrera? injuries can happen to few players once in a while but what is happening to united right now is a curse. Nihilist:fifa ultimate team.... that is what the big boys play - not the 1 v 1. go to the feature & you would get handed bronze players. you play to win so you can get coins. the coins would help you buy good players & you would build a team, buy a club, get a manager, etc. that you haven't heard of FUT sef makes me think you are a virgin FIFA gamer. are you kidding me? this is the reason people buy FIFA. their transfer market is a movie on its own. bidding for players(regular or in-form), etc. nihilist, you are not enjoying the £50 you spent on your copy of FIFA15. ![]() |
AirborneLacer:don't mind that jew boy. if you ask him now, he doesn't play the ultimate team feature of the game. look at my killer squad..... www.nairaland.com/attachments/1836222_image_jpeg9f360c5ab7736510df54c882e9dbf188 |
Nihilist:i have added you since that day but you are too blind a bartimeaus to even check your profile. i am an advanced FIFA gamer, i have grown beyond adding friends online to play.... my ish is the FUT15. buying & selling, amassing gold coins & building a team with 100% team chemistry & beating fellow managers on their turf. only amateurs like yourself are still high on FIFA classic. |
Keky:the after-effects of moyes' kinda military training. fergie left him with a fit squad. we had a van persie that appeared in all the 38 league games before fergie left......moyes dismantled the process completely & brought on his terrorist bootcamp styles. that isn't going to change overnight - it needs time. if you destroy a city for 9 months - how long do you think it would be brought back to shape? 3 months? it takes longer to rebuild than to destroy. |
raumdeuter:https://injuryleague.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/141029.jpg little wonder the top 2 teams have the fewest injuries. yes, injuries are irrelevant according to your dumb logic..... --------- --------- nihilist, if you are at home.....come online, lemme use van gaal's team to destroy you on FIFA15. |
raumdeuter:let's follow your logic for a while.... moyes made fit players unfit. van gaal made unfit players unfit. who did worse? Every team deals with injuries and its part of the gameyou are a fool for saying the above.... |
raumdeuter:if this is true then the van gaal critics on this thread can zip it......he already said it takes him at least 3 months to get things right. even with that, i believe we would have been higher on the table if we had chelsea's kind of bill of health. would smalling have played with a fit squad? it woulda been rafael, jones, rojo & shaw. even if rojo had crocked himself similarly or jones had seen red, we would have had experienced defenders replacing them from the bench instead of carrick, mc nair or valencia doing the job of make-shift defenders..... |
raumdeuter:what you think is irrelevant! with the number of injuries he's been cursed with, it's a testament to his managerial skills that we are still 4 points away from the 4th position. if he wins twice in a row, all these negative vibes would be laid to rest. january can't come soon enough for me. i want to know why evans & jones are still at the club when they cannot stay fit to save their mothers. StarBoard:the fact that he's in a hurry is not even the major problem.....it's the fact that he keeps mentioning money. he still cannot answer how much a club should spend having lost 11 first team players in one single season? nihilist is an amateur..... |
Nihilist:swansea bossed us throughout that game. we can bring up the comments on this thread concerning the pathetic display - we were lucky we still had a fit van persie as at then....every shot he took went into the net against the run of play. moyes is a lunatic - we didn't score a late goal to rescue a point or win throughout a league season under moyes. once we conceded, we just rolled over like a cheap whòre who has been sedated. elampiro:the results would come. i still believe the inconsistencies gotta do with the ever changing back four. chelsea have been able to name a constant back four in all their 10 league games - it helps the goalie understand what is front of him. we had valencia - mcnair - carrick - shaw at the back at the etihad & yet we still gave them a fight to the very end. what can a manager do to defenders who have refused to be fit all season? personally, all the brits defending for us bar shaw should be sold next summer. enough is enough. |
StarBoard:nihilist is high on cheap weed.... i dunno how anyone can even bring up moyes' disgraceful performance near this new side. we would have conceded 8 goals under moyes if we had to deal with 10 men for over one hour at the etihad. we conceded 4 goals with 11 men under him at the etihad so who is moyes? our fear factor was lost under moyes. useless teams like everton, liverpool, west brom, etc strolled easily into old trafford & got maximum points. e no go better for moyes wherever he is...... |
elampiro:rooney had the best chance....if anything brings him down after that run, it woulda been a red card for whoever did & a clear penalty for us. kompany was dragging fellaini & he made the contact with his shoulder instead of his head. fellaini played well on the day - the best i have seen of him in a red shirt. di maria also had a glorious chance but he struck it too close to hart. van persie's close control at the touchline was also nice but he was shooting from a tight angle. like i said, we did well with 10 men on sunday than we have done with 11 men in the last 4 times we have faced city. it was just too bad an individual error cost us a point or even 3 points. |
elampiro:elampawa, can you explain briefly why rooney refused to shoot here? https://giant.gfycat.com/EverlastingWaterloggedBarnowl.gif all he had to do was get across zabaleta & go down after any contact. zabaleta woulda been sent off & we would have had a penalty. rooney was great in the second half but he was one of the reasons we didn't get a point at the etihad. |
Nihilist:but they have to be replaced - that's the point! don't feel too salty you are starting to feel embarrassed about your statement on how much united have spent. if more than 11 players leave a club, how much do you think should be spent to replace them? you cannot answer that question & you are harping about £150m like a village amateur who just started following football when fergie retired. you are doing the equivalent of complaining about how much spent by a man who decided to renovate his house..... concerning rio/vidic....if they add up all their medals won as united players, it would take at least 5 millenniums before chelsea achieve 1/3 of it. how do you replace vidic & rio without spending good money? the replacement of those 2 defenders alone should cost £150m especially when their microcosm(david luiz) is about £50m in the transfer market. |
StarBoard:he's just talking bollocks..... the moment anyone mentions how much united have spent this season, just walk away from such a debate & never go back. ![]() |
StarBoard:i already appeared.... we played well on sunday - i couldn't fault the performance. we lost to individual error. rojo had the measure of aguero & then he got crocked as well. with a bit more common sense from rooney & a bit more composure from marouane, we woulda gotten a draw with 10 men. i cannot complain.... Nihilist:because only amateurs discuss money that was spent and not the one that was gotten through player sales. only amateurs focus on players that came in, not the ones that left..... evra, rio, vidic, nani, chicharito, kagawa, giggs, zaha, welbeck, cleverley, büttner, etc all left the club. what's supposed to replace these bodies? grain of rice? how much do you think a club should spend to replace 11 players that include 6 world class players? If you spend 150 million and cant pick up points, how is it irrelvant to discourse?that's the long term effect of having a useless mediocre long term manager like moyes for 9 months. look at the injury list i posted earlier & see yourself that the injuries have been mostly recurring from the same set of players. RVP was perfect for 2.5 seasons before moyes arrived. since then, he's been in & out. you can say the same for jones, smalling & evans as well. moyes ruined the squad & you cannot expect a new manager to fix a destruction of 9 months in 3 months. it's much easier to destroy than to rebuild. you are indeed a blind bartimeaus if you cannot see this. |
