To directly answer your question on women paying child support on children who are not biologically theirs. The only case I can pull off the top of my head was the woman who returned a child she did not want to Russia. She now has to pay child support. I believe she appealed but I am hoping that justice will prevail and she pays until that child is 18.

As for men paying support on a child who is not biologically theirs because a woman lied I feel he should not be made to pay a dime.

So even in the case of this man not being the biological father he could still be seen as the presumed father. I think my main issue with the case I saw was that this woman lied.
