nitrogen: Moyes, I beg you in my name, pls bring on a winger, even if it is Young, I don't mind. sad
moyes is a rëtard
ruudie would come here now to defend him if we draw or lose this game. we have enough ammo on that bench to score the 2nd & 3rd goal but the fool is playing for draw. spurs would score in the 90th minute & that is when the wankër will remember he has players that can be subbed.

montelik: said we would look better once we sorted the formation out and we do. its not just about scapegoating certain players.
you won't scapegoat valencia? as in really? can any formation change valencia's stüpidity out there?

1 out of 8 crosses successful & it was outside the box.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 2:20pm On Dec 01, 2013
valencia delays the cross & when he attempts it, he aims for the first man. no wonder we are not creating anything at all & yet they keep passing the ball wide to him.

elampiro: Valencia is nonsense in this half.
Rooney is a beast!!!
i can't believe this post - i guess elampiro's friend is using his laptop to post right now.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 2:16pm On Dec 01, 2013
we need to make the change now....

anderson or fellaini - if spurs' water-carrier can do that to us then we are in trouble. our midfield is a joke at the moment.

nice penalty from rooney....
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 2:04pm On Dec 01, 2013
StarBoard: why haven't we mauled Spurs like we did Leverkusen?
Spurs have had more attempts despite lesser possession.
Have to give Rooney props for that goal. For once he was aware and took his chance decisively.
What a silly goal to concede.
I've asked this question before.
What do the coaching staff do in training sessions defensively?
Valencia can't deliver a decent cross into the area to pick a United shirt in the vital area.
he has no vision & no craft!!!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 2:01pm On Dec 01, 2013
Oghos1: What exactly have cleverley and welbeck done wrong? undecided

Get off their backs.
Had nani started on left, d re shuffle wouldn't have been possible.

Una blood to dey hot here sef. Always looking for sum1 to pour d blame on.
cleverley has been ok in my opinion. jones cost us the first goal but he made amends with that cross so it's even steven!

welbeck & kagawa seem to be doing the same thing @ the same time. operating in each other's place - none of them is going to create width & welbeck has been shyte defensively.

Leyqute: We have chances to cross down the right wing but Valencia targets the leg of opponents marking him instead of his team mates in the opposition's box. Smalling also could do better. Oh lawd! Rafael would have made hearts skip several beats!!
what lazy wingers do...
valencia is useless, i dunno why we trust him so much to play in games like this one. he doesn't trust himself to beat markers from a standing position & targets their legs to win corners & throw-ins.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:58pm On Dec 01, 2013
montelik: the tactics aren't helping, this is not a matter of welbeck, Valencia, cleverley is shit. our setup is poor. welbeck had basically been played all over the place, no fixed position, kagawa is being shunted all over. Meanwhile Rooney's love for touches has at times left us strikerless.

put dw19 where he can play, upfront and drop Rooney behind or unto the left.
nani should come on at half time.
welbeck looks unfit....take welbeck off, let nani deal with walker & push kagawa back in the middle. rooney should be told to stay upfront too instead of always getting attracted to the ball like a kid. i wouldn't mind seeing anderson at some point too.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:51pm On Dec 01, 2013
superstar1: Welbeck is minus one in this game.

[b[Kagawa has been bullied and harassed in that middle of the pack.

We need Nani for the clueless Welbeck.
and that's because jones is a clueless fück...
his job really is to win the ball & play a 5-yard pass to the intelligent users of the ball.

jones is sloppy at everuthing - he barges into opponents like a robot, he doesn't even know what to do with the ball. got lucky with the cross, walker should have done better.

welbeck should make way - he's out of his depth. i am not sure we have anyone that can stop lennon on that left though but nani will create from there.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:44pm On Dec 01, 2013
RuuDie: Welbeck should please just make way for Nani in the second half... and Jones for Anderson!
moyes had to go back to 4-4-2.
kagawa has been shunted to the left again just because welbeck is having a stinker. bring on nani & anderson, please.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:41pm On Dec 01, 2013
Leyqute: Did Coogar see Valencia mauling Walker?
which mauling? he should be taken off.....that was a great ball from cleverley to valencia but i know it won't be mention here.

but elamps shuaibu will be shouting POWER POWER POWER!!!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:38pm On Dec 01, 2013
montelik: Evans having an ify game so far. Rooney equalizes, elampiro goes gaga.
the whole team bar few players have malaria. welbeck has been shyte. we have managed to make lennon look like ronaldo.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:31pm On Dec 01, 2013
elampiro: Why did Evans not stand his ground? It was Evans fault, not Jones.
it was jones fault & soldado just missed another good chance. spurs are tearing us apart & jones can't do shyte about it.

goallll......rooney!!!! walker assist!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:23pm On Dec 01, 2013
such an idiotic free kick to concede.

jones literally stood there like a fool and waited for the ball to drop behind him oblivious to paulinho's presence & elampiro would be talking nonsense that jones brings power.

power my foot!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 1:19pm On Dec 01, 2013

yes they did.......
it was giggs/scholes in the midfield labouring to stop spurs filled with young dynamic players.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 12:50pm On Dec 01, 2013
RuuDie: Decent line-up... strong enough to do the job. I particularly like the Jones - Cleverly bit enough youthful exuberance there (hopefully) to cover for the defence.

C'mon David Moyes' Red Army... they welcome us expecting to be beaten, do not disappoint them!
kagawa in the hole is enough to keep me excited. if the fat scouser wears his scoring boots, kagawa would overfeed him with enough key passes.
Id rather walker worries about keeping Nani quiet. And id fancy Nani's chances.
nani is a risk taker & evra does not sit in his position. we cannot play with such risks. welbeck is the perfect player to foil walker & lennon.

i would have started nani on the right though & stick smalling behind him.

Lied that Giggs and Carrick played in the midfield against Totteham.
Lied that Rafael played right back against Blackburn.
the midfield against tottenham was giggs + scholes + carrick. go & buy united season review & watch instead of using your memory chip that is less than 8 bits

rafael was a right back in the second half against blackburn. when i prove this, you will run away for 8 hours & then come back with news on the internet.

Incase you don't know.
Valencia was the second best against Leverkusen according to Man United official website.

Also check the rating here and fans thumb up or down against Val and Nani names. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/match/122452/bayer-leverkusen-vs-manchester-united/player-ratings
little did you know there are many people like you on goal.com. what has voter's player ratings got against opta that records every pass, every run, mileage, key passes, chances created, etc. if we leave football results to fans to judge, arsenal would win the league every season.

afrodoc: Not a bad line-up and we have decent options on the bench. Welbeck would offer Evra more protection than Nani and other especially since Evra is facing Lennon who has usually given him problems.

The thing is for Moyes to be proactive in making his subs and make smart ones too.
kyle walker + lennon is trouble for evra - we need a water carrier on that side & welbeck is the best we have got to be honest. welbeck's ball retention is the best in out striking department & he recovers ball excellently.

however, moyes should have compensated our defensive left with an attacking right. stick rafael behind valencia or smalling behind nani. defend aggressively on the left, attack tenaciously on the right.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 12:25pm On Dec 01, 2013
Not sure about this lineup Moyes.
moyes is going with solidity.....
i don't have too much problem with the line up as long as he makes the right subs at the right time. there's enough ammo on that bench to swing it our way.

he wants evra more protected on the left at the expense of attacking football. welbeck is the king of ball recovery. jones inclusion is a no-brainer. smalling starts because of height advantage.

i cannot complain too much - apart from nani starting ahead of valencia. the smalling/valencia axis is the most clueless in the league.

Oghos1: RUNS that BEAT d defenders.
nope.... he just runs past them....
beating is applying a delicate skill with your feet to take you past a defender. in most cases, the defender will be left for dead & cannot even chase you.

elampiro: You have started your insult again.

Okay, I heard you. Rafael played in the midfield and we lost first half one nil.

Also, he went to defence and we conceded two. Yet you were blaming the defence when you first thought it was Valencia who played there for 90 minutes.

Lastly, when you had not realized Rafael played in the midfield, you accused me of distorting facts.
because you always lie to win arguments. lied leverkusen made more pass completion, lied most sportsites gave valencia more points than nani in the leverkusen game, etc.

match report
Ferguson must have melted the paint on the dressing-room walls at half-time judging by his team’s early return for the second half. United’s players were out on the pitch at least four minutes earlier than their Blackburn counterparts.

But if it was designed by Ferguson to inspire a swift reaction, it actually had the opposite effect, with Blackburn doubling their lead within six minutes of the restart. United’s defensive problems finally showed with Michael Carrick, plugging a gap at centre-half, losing Yakubu on the edge of the penalty area, enabling the Nigerian to skip past Phil Jones before beating De Gea with a left-foot strike. So much for this being a happy birthday for Ferguson.

But while Blackburn continued to celebrate, United claimed a foothold by replying through Berbatov within 60 seconds when the Bulgarian rounded off Rafael’s penetrating run with a diving header from six yards.

With almost 40 minutes left to play, United sensed blood and an opportunity to claw themselves out of the hole they had dug for themselves. Rafael, starting his first league game of the season, continued to break forward, while Antonio Valencia began to turn the screw on the impressive full-back, Adam Henley.

elampiro: Argumentu irrelevantu.

Did Rafael play midfield or not? Or have you forgotten your allegation that if Rafael or Jones play in the midfield we would not be bullied? The pressure that day was from the midfield. Goals will always be eventually blamed on goalkeeper or defenders, but a better midfield that day would have prevented the bully on us in the first place.
talking nonsense as usual.....
upgrade your memory - rafael played in the midfield in the first half & united conceded a goal via penalty. at the start of the 2nd half, fergie reshuffled the pack & rafael went back to RB.

the 2nd goal was conceded with yakubu räping jones & carrick & putting the ball in the net. their 3rd goal was a de gea mistake failing to deal with an aerial. all this while, rafael had moved back to the RB position.

Do you know what? The decision to play Rafael in the midfield finally made Pogba to quit.
what does this have to do with anything? why should fergie be playing RB in the midfield in the first place? just because he wanted to punish gibson & rooney for going out to party?

Hugoboi: Jesus!!! Can u just stop!!!!! If that isn't beating a marker, then kindly tell us what it is?
there's a difference between making a run & beating a marker. running is what valencia does, leaving a marker biting the grass is beating

elampiro: Rafael played in the midfield against Blackburn.
but it was the right flank where valencia played that got räped. a defence containing carrick & valencia would always struggle. we lost because of the number of make-shifts in the team not because of rafael.

blackburn were just pumping ball into the defence - putting it over our midfield. what could rafael/park do to aerials? fly & trap balls in the air? did you even watch the match?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by coogar: 11:09am On Dec 01, 2013
elampiro: The argument has lost its bearing.

I told you Jones is doing fine as the hatchet man since last season. The Totteham games came into the discussion as a way of weighing Jones influence in (and off) games. Jones was missing in the Spurs game at Old Trafford and we lost. You sounded like Rafael or Fabio could have stopped Totteham or do what Jones is currently doing. I had to point out that midfield hatchet job is not just about speed. It has to do with speed, energy, and sense or midfield skills. Rafael played in midfield in a lesser fixture at Old Trafford, but he was clueless and lacked the energy to stop Blackburn in the midfield.
you do a lot of fact distortion.

rafael is a right back - he's not a midfielder & we didn't concede any of those goals because of rafael - berbatov conceded a penalty via pulling samba & it was valencia & jones that got räped for the other 2 goals. the defence on the day was..valencia-jones-carrick-evra & that already tells me you didn't see the match to see how disjointed the team looked.

elampiro: So how does this prevent me from airing my view on a match I watch? The fact remains that the scoreline didn't reflect the play. If I cannot say such on the thread, then what am I doing here?
arsenal won fairly & squarely - stop hating on their effectiveness. if only rooney could play with the vision & the panache of ozil, we would be topping the table. however, his poor short passing cost us 2 points against cardiff.

Oghos1: Lol. Dis coogar ehn.
Ur objectivity is at level zero.

Ur source of gif has loads of gifs showing valencia beating defenders with ease.
U'll ignore dem and den come here shouting. 'He's shyte he's shyte'.
Smh.
valencia has not beaten any fullback since last season. who did he beat? valencia's form has been shyte for the last 18 months......he said the number 7 shirt was a curse, he went back for the number 25 shirt & things haven't really improved.

when a winger starts blaming shirt number for his pathetic performance then we should know he's not good enough at this level. valencia is the most limited winger in the premier league. once his pace starts to decline, he would retire quickly. he's got nothing else to offer apart from pace.

ronaldo wore that same shirt @ 18 & made it his own.....valencia is traumatised by a shirt at 26. valencia, like moyes has no ambition.

elampiro: You don't know what necessitated the argument, so park. The 3-0 scoreline didn't reflect the play. Cardiff didn't deserve to lose so heavily considering what they played, particularly in the 2nd half.
just like united didn't deserve to win last week. cardiff matched us & they got a deserved draw. forget ifs, ands & buts.....arsenal deserves their victory, forget it & move on.

All I know is Rafael played midfield and we were over run in the midfield by some power guys.
yeah, because rafael is a world class midfielder - why shouldn't you expect him to do a good job there?

no marker has kept bale quiet like rafael has done in the premier league. he's a nemesis to bale & this is because bale cannot outrun rafael.

with the steady rise of private universities in nigeria, boys are graduating by 22/23. after 5-7 years of working or acquiring more certificates, they should be ready by 30.
