Mrs mansson: I dnt understand some pple and this Ex thingokafor's law is inevitable. |
rudedough: You can believe anything that make you sleep at night. But I don't believe she was "waiting" for a wheelbarrow. I believe she couldn't pack up her wares before the Governor caught up with her.it's either you are suffering from spiritual blindness or you have lost your ability to think logically. those wares are still sealed - hawkers don't parade sealed boxes, they open their wares so on the balance of probability, i am more compelled to believe the widow. let's even agree for argument's sake that she was hawking. she had already shown remorse for her actions. she knelt down pleading & wailing, shouldn't that be enough for oshiomole? would oshiomole treat his own wife or mother like that? |
@ the ones who are quoting me please shut up and spare me your hypocritical baggage. by the time a public official is telling someone, in front of a camera, to go and die, that means there is more behind it than we are seeing. she should have just packed her stuff quietly and left when she saw nobody was being moved by her pleading. at that level, they could finish her off right there, does she not value her safety? did rwandans and the aluu four not plead more than that?
you really think the governor could have shot that woman in the head just because she was perceived to be hawking on the streets? does it not occur to you she was begging with the hope that the governor might change his mind? does it not occur to you those wares might be the overall capital the woman relies on to provide her daily bread? why would you then think she would give up her goods so easily? her sweat, her tears, her labour? your logic baffles me sometimes.... |
birdman: now she has the bank card abi? anger does evil thingslet's hope she can live with killing her hubby.. she parked her car on M25 thereby putting herself, her husband and other road users in danger. i am sure she asked her hubby out of the car in the heat of their argument - why would a man get down on M25 hoping to hitchhike to heathrow? this is a very selfish woman - the type to be avoided. |
damiso: They are well mahaaaa, damiso didn't get the memo. there's black friday in the UK tomorrow - big shops have stolen the idea & prices are to be slashed up to 70% discount. i am taking tomorrow off sef so i can shop till i drop. christmas came too soon. asda, john lewis & amazon have caught the bug. miss it, miss out. |
rudedough: Seriously IDGAF. She shouldn't be trading on the pedestrian.another lunatic on the loose.... what exactly is your problem? dyslexia or the pink eye? how many times would you be told the woman wasn't hawking on the streets? she was trying to take her wares from one side of the road to the other when oshiomole pounced on her. |
Donxavier: Naso oh.... I dey learn.......how long did it take you again to tame her?less than 3 weeks, bro. the first week was fire but i came through it with the patience of a cheetah. |
ileobatojo: Mtchieeeew!i have no doubt - you & chaircover are butty. this is why you would spell it as ogbonna. ![]() |
Mudley313: See how a real leader handles the people he leads, even when they come off as disrespectful.you would be embarrassed if compare the leaders in the developed world to the animals we call leaders in nigeria. our african leaders lack the humility & the tact - they get too big for their seats after a while - buncha of useless men. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-FfVshrIcY look at how ed miliband dealt with the situation here when someone pelted his suit with eggs. |
collynzo2: Imagine the kind of juvenile friends you keep.juvenile? that's how we register our disapproval. we carry neither guns nor charms like y'all. egg-pelting is a standard practise here. |
Donxavier:why you dey laugh na? if you want to be like me, you must wait for your time. ![]() |
lady gogo: i change my own light bulbs.call a handy man to teach you everything... |
ileobatojo: Don't hate me cos I'm handy.how can i hate my very own ileobz? i have grown fat since we started cohabiting. biko, can i have more ogbonna soup this evening? my belly is itching. ![]() |
EBK2: I am sure there will be pressure on him to personally apologise to the people and the lady and make her whole financially. You dont lord it over the same people that elected you to serve them in this way let a lone a poor widow like this.get me on board, please. if oshiomole ever steps foot in london, i would get my mates to pelt his face with raw eggs. he's an irresponsible twit! |
chaircover: dont laugh o! one day I went to halfords to buy screen wash. I couldn't even find the lever to open the bonnet talk less of topping the thing. I car I had driven for 3 years. I had to ask some guys standing outside to help me. It was very embarassinghow can i laugh? i know few men who don't know jack about their cars. their problem is even more compounded they live in the UK where people hardly open their bonnets - so it means they can never learn until they relocate to lagos. Ngokafor: ...The bone of contention for me really is the fact that a bachelor expects and 'demands' that his girlfriend whip out sumptous meal for him at every given point, not whether a woman should rule the kitchen more or not...the sense of entitlement cuts across.... women demand entitlements in their own way too. as a man, you make the first move to woo a chic. most women would tell you they will never initiate anything until a man does. then who do you think pays for these dates to the cinema or restaurants in nigeria even if it's the woman's idea? you think a typical naija chic would go dutch with you? that's another sense of their entitlements.... meanwhile, all these things do not necessary mean the babe would be yours o. at least, the OP is demanding after a relationship has been established. your new catch can deny your pocket up to N200,000 without even becoming your girlfriend so slow your roll with your sense of entitlement stuff. the OP has paid his dues - let him spread his tentacles. |
Donxavier: what about making repairs in the roof of the house like electrical repairs and water repairs?you really believe ileoba can do plumbing? plumbing ko, bricklaying ni. she cannot replace a blown fuse. my $5 says ileoba does not know where the car-radiator is. |
knights Templer: E ya Coogar. . . are you still hurt? O ma se o, pele. Ejoo, ema bi nu, se ogbo? Omo ale. lol.one could easily deduce the above is what your parents say to each other before they set off for the day. it's delightful to know you learnt very well from your progenitors. You know, I cut you some slack before but now I will just treat you like the animal you are known to be. The best you can do is regurgitate what I say like a brainless Arrow. You remind me of the shameless, morbidly obese, filthy mother-pig that waddled into the BA Executive Lounge @ Heathrow with seven ashy, scar-faced bush babies, demanding obnoxiously in your gross nigbati English to be entertained at the expense of people like me! It's bad enough that you undesirable elements reek up the entire cabin with your rancid stench. You uncultured monkeys keep embarrassing the country everywhere you go. This is what happens when your worthless dudes inbreed with family members like wild dogs to spawn a bunch of genetically impaired, shiftless baboons that only serve to deplete the country's GDP.you are a boil on the labïa of humanity. it's pitiful nigeria still produces half-baked idiotic individuals like yourself with fluff in their braincells. Amadioha piafukwa gi ishi over dia. Enwe ishi. Filha de puta. Akpa njo. lol.Gotta get back to being a productive, industrious go-getter I have the world to take over, and I will proceed to ignore your hideous, scarified face henceforth. Unimaginative ₵unt.showing off again? you are a product of a firewood background thus the gutter language oozing out of your mouth. you musta taken this animalistic behaviour of yours from the recipient of your y-chromosomes. it's not hard to perceive that when you start from a seed, the apple does not fall too far from the |
i cannot even grade this - let's just say it's a walkover. mikuz, did you deliberately put yourself against a weak opposition? |
deols: Many women will cook for their families. I have no problem cooking for mine.gender roles are never 100% interchangeable i would never subject my woman to anything beyond her natural disposition. i have travelled miles to exchange cars with a girlfriend while her own car broke down. she had to be somewhere urgently & i had to deal with her car. these things are what men would naturally do - just like women would naturally be expected to rule in the kitchen. |
khimwhyte: I just hope dia won't be sentiments and favouritism cos we are 16 in total... Dia's no way we getting a "best looser" after dis round so I wnder how you going to make him come back ...you are a femcee? wow!!! |
Afam4eva: We really have to be watchful of this Oshiomole guy. Recent actions of his points to the fact that he may turn out to be a totalitarian. Was he not the one that passed a death penalty for kidnappers? He's too hard for a governor. This is not a military dictatorship.these people lack any iota of credibility in them. wasn't he the governor that said going for a second term in office is akin to a failed student repeating a class? what happened after? he went in for a second term!!! i hope he regrets this action. all the popular bloggers should have this video on their blogs & stop talking about peruvian hair for a moment. oshiomole must be shamed for his barbaric act. |
chaircover: I can, cos my dad taught me all that . . . . but I wont change any tyre if oga is there and even if oga is not there, I will still call my breakdown service to come and do it.i like your honesty - ogbonna or no ogbonna. ![]() deols: my preaching is to both men and women to learn to take responsibility for themselves and not put their inadequacies on other people.all we are saying is there are gender roles - there are some stuff men are naturally good at, same as the women. do men not open doors for women? help carry their bags? i cannot count the number of times i have helped mothers carry their buggies at train stations - i dunno these women but it's just something most women cannot do themselves.... |
deols: there is no big deal in any of those. I like that I am able to do anything I want to without having to rely on others.good - now preach the same to the other women to learn to fix "those things". |
EBK2: in a developed world, that is the end of his political career and career in general and the security agent that was manhandling the lady will sure end up in a court.but there should be women's groups in nigeria that fight for the welfare of nigerian women. someone should send this video to the minister of women affairs..... |
chaircover: Coogar there are so many like her. I am sure all the things they seized from that woman is probably not up to N5k but that was most probably her livelihood. I was told that N2500 can feed a widow in the village for a month; It puts so much into perspective doesn't it?if there's a way i can reach that widow, i will definitely give her a token. no woman deserves to be treated in such a cruel manner. it shall never be well with oshiomole.... |
Living Soul34: I'm highly disappointed,,, why on earth will a gov tell his subject (a widow for that matter) to go and die in the name of enforcing the law; for whose betterment is he enforcing the law? Just look at the way he pocketed his hands; that's pride that goes before a fall... I respect Oshimole but today he goofed by that unguarded statement coded with pride and arrogance... Come to think of it, that is somebody's mother kneeling before you and you as a former labor leader who should have heart for the down-trodden is telling her to go and die... You will die before that poor widow because from every indication you are older than her and your sins may even be more terrible than hers.if any elected politician makes such an unguarded statement in the developed world, he would resign but this is nigeria where animals are in power. useless governor - it's his collective failure as a governor that is making widows hawk on the streets of benin. if the woman had an easier choice, would she risk her life hawking on a motorway? if she enters a pröstitution ring, the society would blame her & yet they won't let her hawk her wares - why not just kill her then & put an end to her misery? |
Donxavier: Dude is this really possibleokafor did it & there have been many pörnstars who have slept with 7,000+ women. these things are not difficult if one has the time for it. |
pDude: That's the part he fvcked up though. But he was very angry.angry? an elected governor showing so much anger in public? there were school kids on that pavement watching the cruelty meted out to a widow. i wonder the kind of message oshiomole was passing across acting like a village tyrant. unless oshiomole opens a big shop for this woman in the biggest mall in benin, edo women should vote en masse for someone else. this beast-looking lethargic devil should never be allowed to rule a family, let alone a state. |
chaircover: I dont care about politics. I care about humanity.thank you..... he should have just asked the woman to leave & make sure never to hawk on the streets again. he has practically taken out that woman's daily bread off her table. |
Donxavier: Nawo ohokafor is the nigerian don juan. legend has it that he slept with 3500 women in his youth. |
oshiomole is a barbarian. how can he do this to a widow? when power intoxicates, it turns africans into beasts. that woman was wailing - if there's employment in edo state, would she be on the streets hawking? if there's social security for widows like her, would she be risking her life to hawk? oshiomole's political rivals have a good weapon to defeat him in the next elections. this video is depressing to say the least.... |
Afam4eva: Where do you guys get all these stuff from? I've never encountered anywhere that the bolded have occurred but they're not plausible. The issue of OSU based on what i have heard(not witnessed) have risen mostly due to marriage and it's in the minority. Some parents might raise the fact that someone is Osu but it's in the same vein that some parents will raise the fact that their child is marrying from another tribe. It's just what it is and it's not something to be outlawed. It will die a natural death. The more people get educated, the more people care less about all these things. It's only in interior villages in Igboland that you'd probably hear about osu.this is such a relief. thank you, mazi afam! |
