Abuse of a position of trust is a criminal offence in most western countries. This is because the victim is vulnerable by virtue of the offender's elevated status. Please you can ask teachers, doctors and even priests in western countries who are bound by this laws.

the 'victim' is not vulnerable - she had since relocated to the UK before the incident happened. the pastor had no hold on her. she's technically not a member of COZA when the incident happened - she had not seen the pastor in 18 months.
