before now, they just send a link to the alternate email accounts but it turns out that most people even forget their passwords to their alternate email accounts as well - which brought about the concept of using a mobile phone to send text messages to the users.

You need to go back to the basics of this argument. Opening a thousand e mail accounts is not the argument, but opening an email account without it being traced to you is the issue. You may have a billion email accounts, but the companies whose platform you use to open such emails will find no big deal telling all of them for same same user or at least virtually all. That was our argument. That is the reason of the new activation process which has never been there. You may open using different names and IDs but the fact remains that the new process makes it easier for the companies to link them all.

Whether you are coming from twitter or facebook or any medium, you still have to submit your data to the Manchester United official website (like registry with them). Your email account is required, your names are required, your twitter of FB account is one of the medium you get accepted. Then you fill a questionnaire.

I went through that process before I could vote last season. Funny enough, most of my votes were going to Rafael, Carrick and RVP. Sometimes you are required to take a questionnaire before you vote, some other times it is straight once they have your data. From time to time they send articles to my email about the club. There are times you are required to participate in a survey which test your knowledge of the club, its sponsors, its players, and other questions too which are peculiar to your location, employment and income.

So if there will be multiple voting, that person must have been really idle or jobless to put in so much effort into such. It means the person will have to have multiple unlinked email accounts, then he will also have multiple identity in the social forums that are being used to collate these data, and finally he will have to so cleverly submit and align his multiple personality to the Man United website.

even when we had a solid team in 08, we lost at anfield. we lost there in 09/10 and 10/11. our performance at anfield has no bearing on the league title. i wouldn't read much to that loss - we actually played better last night than we did last season when we won there.

Maybe am too hasty to judge this team, but the next 3 games will surely give us an idea how this season is gonna pan out.

i don't expect any consistency till october. united are notorious for not starting well & the fergie factor has left us. 50-50 decisions that go our way before are now being overruled by the refs. lampard's handball the other night would have been a pen if fergie was the manager but referees don't fear moyes. then the ref last night gave liverpool every 50-50 decision as they were the home team. he does not fear moyes!

the stats was from opta - young created 2 chances - any pass that leads to a shot on/off target is a chance created and it was clearly written there that his chances were from open play, not set play. he had the highest pass completion and he created more chances than giggs + carrick + cleverley.

look at young's assisted shots at the edge of the box(light blue line). i don't know the match most of you guys watched but the only criticism you can have on young is his hesitation to clear the ball that led to the corner liverpool scored from & i cannot blame him for that. it's funny to think we conceded because of young - that passage of play stopped when the ball was put out of touch for corner.

that's quite possible for young to be rated 2nd lowest - he was the first substitute amongst the 4 midfielders. he spent less time on the pitch than giggs, carrick, cleverley last night. he gets less points for coming off earlier. but numbers don't lie!

and van persie should have done better - the chance came so late in the game so he was eager to hit target. the normal van persie would have sold mignolet the foul by cutting in instead of shooting, mignolet's momentum would have taken him to cut off van persie's legs like sagna did at the emirates last season & we would have gotten a pen!

we played better today than @ anfield last season - rafael gives us a different dimension on the right and valencia is shït without him. he was sorely missed today!

young was our best midfielder until the substitutions - he was combining superbly with evra. we didn't see the equivalent on the right hand channel. giggs vacated his space several times & it was van persie covering for him in some cases.
