Ibime: Of course, they were playing against Andre Wisdom, Suso and Sterling and bunch of no-hopers. Thats why Lamps murked em in FA Cup shebi.
shut it - what about the penultimate season when chelsea lost to the same side.....villas-boas was the manager then too?

Meanwhile, this time last year Lamps was your favourite while Mikel was mediocre. . . but because Lamps couldn't get your shekpekeeper firing, Mikel is now superb and Lamps is mediocre. . . you even told us Chelsea woulda won the league in 11 if Lamps was fit. . .
i was referring to 2010/11 season(that's 2 seasons ago)
lampard was 2 yrs younger - i made that comment even before the start of last season.....so it was obvious i was talking about his performance in 2010/11.....lampard is long gone now.....he cannot cope again

mikel has now come of age.....
with a hardworking player like ramirez beside him, mikel is the dog's bollocks! no vex.....you want lampard to still be running the show like scholes( it's not gonna happen)

Hope Torres is watching.
zlatan + berbatov are immortals!!
english media continue to rubbish these kinda talents because they feel a player must run 500,000 miles in a match to qualify as a world class player. i am happy zlatan has shit them up for good now!

BlueDiva: Chelsea have been urged to ditch flop Fernando Torres and replace him with Atletico Madrid sensation Falcao.

That is the firm view of former Chelsea manager Ruud Gullit, who has called on the club to end the £50m striker's Stamford Bridge hell.

He said: 'If he can't still do it at Chelsea, then they are going to have to look somewhere else. I think Falcao is a very good striker.

'I said at the beginning of the season that Chelsea might need another striker but obviously they wanted to give Torres a chance. If he has taken it, I don't know.'

Torres, the most expensive player in British transfer record history, has scored just 19 times since his move from Liverpool in 2011.

He has seen his performances questioned amid speculation that the club are finally losing patience with him, with Roman Abramovich said to be keen on splashing out £48m on Atletico ace Falcao.
falcao would flop at chelsea........

Ibime: So because Valencia got lucky that the ball went through Luiz leg who was too busy trying to hide his hand to prevent handball means Bertrand is the eediot whilst Valencia is the gangster.
valencia was lucky? you would be surprised at the number of his crosses that go through the legs of his markers........this is why he's the best right winger in the league....bert has a lot of growin up to do - he still plays like a zombie!

Look at RVPs run. He ran to the front post, to drag the defenders away before checking his run then doubling back for the cut back. Mumu Torres was standing like statue waiting for cutback presenting Bertrand with only one target (cutback) which is blocked.
van persie never got to the front post....he dummied his run, quickly checked himself cos he knew that area of the pitch is crowded. this is football sense - you just don't run into a crowded box and expect to score.....

One mumu said he shoulda crossed on Torres head. . . his fellow mumu says please don't cross because Torres is not good at aerial balls, only clear cut chances.
your brain is playing tricks on you again -

Someone told us last season wait till Mata and Sturridge are in the team before Torres start shining. When that failed, wait for Hazard and Oscar. Now Hazard is an eediot who does not know how to deliver for Torres, although his fellow mumu posted gif of Hazard two months ago claiming that "finally someone understands Torres movement" . I don't know which of these 118 118 Laurel and Hardy characters is more stupid. Arguing together whilst contradicting each other.
hahahaha - look at this obese faggöt...
that hazard/oscar are good players mean they cannot make wrong decisions in a match? even messi/ronaldo take wrong options several times.....if you have another analysis up your sleeves, print them.....you fouled big time on this one! you cannot blame torres for holding his position to avoid the risk of being caught offside and ruining the move altogether!

Bertrand, Hazard and Oscar have now joined the anti Torres self seekers of yesterday such as Mata, Lampard, DD, Anelka, Sturridge, Malouda, Xavi and Iniesta. The man of unending excuses ran out of excuses long time ago if these dunderheads missed the memo.
makes me laugh when these odious tools mention xavi/iniesta - torres won 2 european championships scoring in the last 2 finals with the help of xaviesta....he was the golden boot winner in the last edition ahead of zlatan, ronaldo, gomez, benzema, van persie and rooney in spite of playing less minutes than them!

I did not post that article for debate sake. All Chelsea watchers know he is scared of being in scoring position.
it's nice to know there is another lunkhead on the internet who writes idiotic witch-hunting articles on torres....congratulations you have found a fellow charlatan!

Meanwhile these our young boys need GENERAL LAMPS killer instinct and INFLUENCE cos I don't know what megedefegede they thought they were doing when Liverpool was there for the taking. Like Patrick Collins wrote in the Evening Standard, that was Lampards best game for Chelsea against Liverpool. Im waiting for troglodyte to report back on the progress of the team since he declared himself right on Lampard. Seven point swing to Man United I see. Hmmmm
except that patrick collins did not remember liverpool won their last 2 league fixtures @ the bridge, general lampard played then and contributed nothing! without him this season, they gained a point - food for thought!

the funniest thing is the liverpool defenders don't even know where torres was - the defending was that poor - they were too attracted to the ball! torres made the right decision holding his run....a good full-back would have pinged the ball to the centre of the box or the edge of the box...

sleekdot: In the gif you gave just now Chicharito was free as anything the time Rooney played the ball to Rafael, the gap between Chicharito and the Villa defender was about 10yards and hernandez did the instinct thing he pulled away to give himself more space/isolate himself totally. It made rafaels decision making easier chances of hitting Chica with the cross was almost as high as 80% and it was a goal.

In Bert situation did Torres do anything to isolate himself from the defenders?

https://i45.tinypic.com/15oc51v.png

Looking at this situation the path to the cutback to Torres has been blocked and if Bert attempted it, It would be within the radius of the first defender. Thats what makes Torres near post run necessary

The 2 Liverpool Central were already Ball watching and a smart run from the striker should have made them pay
torres was already isolated by the poor defending of the liverpool fans - he didn't need to kowtow them...any run torres makes would take him closer to his markers than where he was! he made the right decision - there was no one within 6 yards radius of him...look at the picture yourself - the fullback could have picked torres up from that position!

https://i.minus.com/iheQfvs4ABTP4.gif

watch van persie's run here....had valencia wasted the chance, you would blame robin for not running across cahill?

Fair enough. What if something happens over the years to make her firmly change her mind? Would you start cheating, divorce her? Perhaps threaten to leave unless she does it?
how many what ifs for heaven's sake?
i married a honest woman....she's not going to firmly change her mind on something she knows would affect me! it's like asking her what if i marry a second wife or what if i firmly decide to have a sex change......those are fantasies!

i took my time to seek the woman i married - before her, i met many who would not go under the knife and i simply discarded them until i met the one who matched my cravings 99.99%. trust me, she cannot firmly change her mind - that is tantamount to felony!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar:
@ sleekdot,

even with a detailed image, you still managed to blame torres......

• first off, liverpool defended the 2nd situation poorly and chelsea should have made them pay! bert was a complete tool to have wasted that chance. the liverpool defenders have marked the space you want torres to occupy! look at the picture again and tell me the defenders were not ahead of torres.....

• liverpool defenders were attracted to the ball, torres was unmarked in the position he held - of what essence is any run when the space has been denied by his markers? the sensible thing to do was a cut back! the only space left for him was beside the goal on the corner of box-6(he couldn't have scored from there because its too acute to the goal)....

• torres didn't even need to drag the defenders with him, they had done that themselves with their poor defending. no one was marking torres, bert should have crossed the ball with a cut back....chicharito too would have held his position if the space he wanted to occupy has been crowded by his markers.....

https://i.minus.com/iSXY4KeTL41i4.gif

when rooney laid this ball to rafael, why didn't chicharito dash into the 6-yard box to drag defenders out and about? he's sensible - he knew that space is crowded so he held his run knowing fully well rafael would not put the ball in crowded area....and the rest was history! even van persie held his run for rafael's cross and still held position for chicharito(thinking lil pea would pass the ball to him)

there's a concept of compatibility in every marriage....
i wouldn't marry a woman who would not fix her boöbs after raising my kids in the first place......i talk to the women i date extensively covering all topics(no holds barred) - if she shows any reluctance on the subject - then she's considered "not compatible enough" and we wouldn't have married!

drnoel: Guys, I felt this has to be said. B4 I start just want to say that my write-up repesents real life situations and lives of people I know but then I had to change the names cos I suspect emeka is also a member of NL.

Let me introduce Emeka. He is an assistant manager in a new generation bank. Ladies find him cute, I've hung out with him, so I know. He is super nice but has a big problem (Ms right). He has dated some of d finest Nigerian sisters that I've seen but can't decide which one to wed. I asked him once what his problem was and he said "I don't know". He promised his last two girl friends marriage but lost interest.

Meet Wale. He is an assistant Professor of molecular biology in the UK. A friend of a friend who later became my friend. U need to have met his last two girl friends, beautiful and successful ladies. I've had to go on blind dates at the irritation of my wife cos I was trying to help him decide on a chick and after the date he tells me "no these ones are only good to bed not to wed). Wale promised all the girls he dated marriage but didn't wed anyone.

Now, I've met many Nigerian men with similar problems. My question is why? Why do successful men have this problem, deciding about a partner. Is it cos they have experienced a wide taste of women already or they just want to sleep arnd. Have asked my unmarried friends but they didn't give a solid answer so am throwing the question at you guys. Help me understand.
there can only be two reasons

• your friends are still playing the field - even if they meet mother theresa right now, nothing would come out of it because they are simply not ready to walk the aisle with anyone yet.

• they are searching for the perfect woman - having slept with hundreds of them, they are lured into a false belief that there's a much better woman out there for them so they continue to search for her. the reason they promised marriage to the other ones is because that's the password to sleep with majority of naija babes! without the m-word, you are not touching their goldmine!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar: 4:30pm On Nov 14, 2012
the author of that article is a complete idiöt.....
he kept harping on torres making a run....which run? if he runs beyond the defence line before the ball is delivered, he would be caught offside. the first example clearly showed eden hazard's decision-making can be shyte atimes....why delay the delivery - taking a touch, 2nd touch, 3rd touch.....liverpool's last defender was on the edge of the box, if torres makes any run, he would be offside before hazard sorts his brain to deliver any ball!

the bert example clearly shows this observer knows nothing about football....ryan had the ball close to the goalline...any straight ball bert delivered from that point would be too close to the goalie to catch - in such situations, the player on the ball cuts back the cross to the centre of the box or the edge of the box.....torres was waiting for a cutback - which he never got!

this is a similar scenario when benteke mauled smalling - agbonlahor made the run the author of this article expected torres to make but benteke's football sense told him if he finds agbonlahor, de gea would get to the ball before his team-mate so he did what any sensible player would do - cut back the cross to the edge of the box and he rest was history....

mbulela: One story from his time at Tottenham sums up the ability and the attitude. Jamie O'Hara, who is now at Wolves, remembers Berbatov being in possession, with his back to him, about 40 yards away. "I was yelling for the ball," O'Hara said. "Berba dropped his shoulder and, without looking, he played a pinpoint pass right to my feet. After training, he said to me: 'I know where you are. You don't have to shout.'"

Berba Love.
secret footballer: "On one occasion I went sliding in to Dimitar Berbatov (I honestly thought I could win the ball) and afterwards the look on his face was one of total pity for me. He seemed saddened by the fact I had to resort to this, either because I wasn't as good as him or my football education was so flawed. Actually I think it was both."

Anyways...the post below makes me remember a story i heard a few years ago..
This very beautiful woman had never been comfortable with her brea$ts because they were small. After marraige and a kid,she decided to go get an enlargement without her husband's consent thinking it'd impress him.
That was the beginning of the end of that marriage as the man couldn't bring himself to touch her again and at some point they had to separate.Dunno what ended the story though..Point is some men would rather have saggy and natural than have firm, round and fake.
the man is a dolt - he wanted to leave before, he just used his wifey's new böobs as an excuse to bail out. the wife messed up too, she should have told him about it. besides, it's not the böobs that would piss most men off but the total disregard of the husband's authority!
