another stupid article from a torres witch-hunter.....
how do people watch football and analyse it these days? so sturridge was moved to the centre forward position and chelsea started created chances? lord almighty! so the reasons for this tide change was because torres was replaced and sturridge(the most senseless striker on the planet) became the focal point? if danny was that golden, why didn't he score from the many chances he got? buncha oafs!

chelsea were losing 0-1 away from home to a mid-table side with time running out, obviously the home side were always going to cede possession to chelsea and defend their lead - so whether torres was replaced or not, chelsea were always going to be the most dominant force in the final moments of the game - it has nothing to do with sturridge being the focal point!

this idiotic author with the brain size of ibime and dayo are doing the equivalent of welbeck is better than hernandez....it was only after when hernandez was removed against norwich that united started creating chances....a losing team would always have more chances towards the end of a game cos they need one and the winning side would be happy to protect what they have and defend with their lives.....

nairaland sports have gone to the pits these days - all of a sudden, posters have gotten dumber. had torres remained on the pitch, chelsea would still have created fat chances towards the end of that game....by then, the game had been stretched, no more cagey business.....west brom were leading and there's no reason for them to go gung-ho and leave their back door open. chelsea needed a goal and they would throw kitchen sink at their opponents in order to salvage a point! this is common sense even to the most dunderheaded football fan on the planet - this article is the most useless one i have ever seen on a monday morning - fück you fat ibime for ruining my morning with this dross!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar: 3:07am On Nov 19, 2012
dayokanu: How many mins did Sturridge spend on the field as a striker.

If in 30mins Sturridge had 3 Chances then in 90min how many chances would he have had? Sturidge had 3 shots on target, How many shots on target does Torres cop per game

Yesterday Sturridge spent 30 mins as striker, Torres spent 60mins as striker how many shots on target did he have?
look at this obdurate tool.....so only a lead striker can get a chance to score in 90 mins? sturridge played full 90 mins, torres played far less than that......and you still expect torres to cop more shots on target than sturridge? this is hilarious.....i never knew there's a law that says inside forwards are not allowed to score if they find themselves in good positions....
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar:
dayokanu: maybe in your dementia you were watching another game thinking you were watching Chelsea

Yet this tool is telling us Sturridge didnt get chances yesterday

Maybe you should ask from people who actually watched the game.
you are a kike....
how is this different from what torres cops per game - sturridge had only 3 shots on target....it's too low for any striker to score hatricks from, isnt it? a striker should be having 7-10 pokes in a game with mata/hazard/oscar!!!

you argue like a dunce.....
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar: 1:44am On Nov 19, 2012
dayokanu: So how come Fernando Torres isn't getting the same kind of chances Sturridge got yesterday. If sturridge that doesn't have a football sense is getting those chances and Fernandud that has this awesome football sense isn't getting neither chances nor goals
it seems your brain is under your feet....
sturridge gets no chance, he shoots from distances and angles where scoring is a tad impossible! he's a tool - 7 shots on target and no goal - 6 of those 7 shots on target weren't clearcut!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by coogar: 11:07pm On Nov 18, 2012
dayokanu: Abi ooh. They said Chelsea don't create chances for their strikers but Sturridge showed that the problem is not with the midfielders. they can create chances if there is an intelligent striker playing ahead. Thank God that myth has been busted already. We are waiting for the next Set of excuses
you are a complete pleb!
what chances did sturridge get? sturridge that has no common sense and would shoot from acute angles when he should be passing? is walcott or david silva crazy for laying it on the plate for their forwards? sturridge does not have a football sense....he shoots from all angles - fernando torres does not operate in that dumb way! when there's a better alternative, torres takes it.......

debosky: Let's apply this 'basic' common sense to last season - at this point last season, how many goals did Aguero have compared to 'older' players who had spent longer in the league such as Drogba, Rooney and RVP?
don't mind the tool.....
did hernandez struggle in his debut season? ruud? papiss cisse? torres @ liverpool? if his idiötic theory holds water, why is van persie not struggling at man utd with new team mates under a new manager?

So you believe she consented that night? And you claim to be a psychologist? At least, I now know that every 'psychology fact' that comes out of your mouth at this point is to be taken with a pinch of salt. Thank you for clarifying.
that was according to her
what won't she say to absolve herself - nigeria is a "pass the blame" society........if i earn one zimbabwean dollar for each time a naija babe has told me they were "forced" the first time, i would be a billionaire in british pounds....

jidegirl12: cooger are you an Attorney? like charlie used to say....WINNING!! cheesy
a barrister!

abiL: Nope she still ain't vulnerable, because she's not an under-age kid who isn't old enough to consent to sèxual activities. Or who isn't old enough to know what sèx is, and how wrong incèst is.

Vulnerable ko, vulcaniser ni.
i can't believe people are giving excuses for this chic....vulnerable at 18? 19? 21? the age most people cop their first degrees? jeeeez - the girl's IQ must be lower than her shoe size....

ileobatojo: If you can't see that she was r.aped on that night, I doubt there is any value continuing to respond to you. She did not consent to that act that night. Therefore she was r.aped.

Fyi: Consent is an agreement made without pressure, manipulation or intimidation.
and the räpe continued from 17 till her 21st birthday - the uncle must have been the nicest räpist on the planet...if she keeps letting him when she coulda reported to the wife........no violence or bruises.....no torn clothes or struggle/screams to awake the wife or neighbours and yeah - she was rapëd for 4 yrs!

you would believe it - of course....

Keep defending r.ape okay? I'm sure it's all very hilarious to you.
this is not rapë - this is a relationship!
you don't rapë an adolescent from 17-21....

It's not irrelevant. It is the basis of the entire matter. It was from there the psychological hold he has over her developed. Excuse me if I refuse to blame her emotional scars and twisted psyche as a result of an abusive episode when she was at a vulnerable developmental period on her!
vulnerable developmental period? when soldiers go to war at 18....this girl was still vulnerable at 19, 20 and 21? this is not america where the average teen is dumb - this is a naija babe who was never denied access to the real world? this is the most ridiculous thing i have heard in my life.......babe is a sheisty slut!

Was she eavesdropping from the room she was in anticipation of what was about to happen?!?!

I smell a rat
don't make me laugh.....
obviously, this was consensual sex from the start in exchange for material gain.....the rendezvous went on for 4 yrs......girl met the op only this year....and she had to explain her sexcapades to the op and the uncle's issue came up.....

ileobatojo: Were you living in his house because your parents desperately sent you to live in someone else's house for years on end? Was your dad's friend your primary benefactor, your provider of shelter and sustenance? Did he come into your room in the dead of the night when there was no one else around? How hard is it to see that some people would feel trapped and stuck in such a situation? How many options do you think she felt she had in that situation?
on that night she had no option - after that night, she had a lot of options. 4 years is such a long time to repent or run away from the uncle. how can a 20-yr old woman not know sleeping with one's uncle is incestuous and immoral? she was trapped "mentally".....right?

I'm interested to hear what abil has to say about this now.
and you believe that crap above?
"she tried to resist but to no avail......" and she decided to enjoy the ride for another 4 years?

what attempt did she make to resist? "uncle leave me o, leave my corset o, leave my panties o, don't touch my....., eh stop o"

is that the resistance? you people don't get it at all. what happened that night is irrelevant - it's what happened the day after till she stopped bedding her uncle that irks me. a period of 4 yrs to resist a philandering uncle? haaaaaa

For now, we can only make assumptions.. but I refuse to make an actual judgement until the OP comes to clarify some things that I don't get.
she still shagged the uncle after her 21st birthday - she must be mentally retardëd to have allowed this crap!!!

abiL: To add,
Even at 17years old, a person can still behave in ways that is considered abnormal.

She probably saw her uncle as the only option for her to get what she wants. But her case is just weird because most people that are abused at young ages gets away from their abuser from around age 15. However in her case, she's getting into it at a very late age, so I will not put all the blame on the uncle.

The uncle must have propositioned her, but she clearly knew what was going on and what she was getting into. He might have manipulated her to the point where she feels like she has no other option BUT I doubt it, because she won't keep going back to her uncle if she was sèxually abused against her will.

I would like to know about her family background OP! Like I've said, something obviously went wrong somewhere.
thank you very much....
@ 18, 19, 20 and 21?? she only stopped shaggïng this uncle this year when she met this dude.....and we are to believe she was only doing what she was being told? 20/21?? dearie me!

abiL: You said that the op's gf was concerned according to ileobatajo
i said op's girlfriend was cornered not concerned.... grin

ileobatojo: Thank you! The most powerful weapons of a child s.exual abuser are authority and secrecy!

If she was just such a calculating, sex starved, hormone ravaged, money grabbing, vixen of a hoe, I wonder why she would go ahead and broadcast her in.cest to the person who is about to marry her.
why are you talking like you dunno the average naija babe - she must explain how she lost her virginity, isn't it?

she was cornered according to ileobatojo....

abiL: I wasn't arguing against your point, I was just saying.

A girl of 17 should know better, but there are some people who haven't learnt or been taught better. She most definitely knew that the sèxual activity was wrong, but instead of bashing her, we need to try and understand why she chose to ignore her that feeling and instead went ahead with it committing incest.
it's not the having sëx that is the problem but having it with her uncle

arghhhhhh - i even expect a 5-yr old to show some little resistance....

ileobatojo: Okay, so according to you, all humans of similar ages are developed at the same rate in every aspect of their lives. Got it.
i believe so especially in the realms of self defence.....
this is the most basic of all wisdom. defend yourself, scream and draw attention if cornered.....

Why did she chose to accept? Did she feel pressured to 'accept'? Did she feel cornered, did she feel her options were limited at that point? What methods of cajoling were used?
she chose to accept because she's curious......
a budding teenager after reading all sorts of mills and boon and human biology - her hormones went haywire. she was cornered the first day, 2nd time and so on and forth for a period of 4 good years......she should be arrested!
Family › Re: She was Intimate With Her Uncle. Should I Still Marry Her? by coogar: 1:28am On Nov 18, 2012
timifakay: @coogar as far as iKm concerned this is as simple as the uncle committed a crime in which he forced her to be an accomplice the first time (lets assume) but she started aiding him with time because she got comfortable with it for reasons best known to her (i dont believe any sot of fear can make you do such evil for so long). So the man is guilty for introducing the act, the girl is guilty of maintaining/ keeping/ continuing the act.
how do you "force" someone to be an accomplice at 17?
christ - you guys should stop this feeble excuse - she was culpable! the op never mentioned the word "rapë"......this was purely consensual!
Family › Re: She was Intimate With Her Uncle. Should I Still Marry Her? by coogar: 1:24am On Nov 18, 2012
ileobatojo: Really? How does spending one semester in uni instill this basic common sense to ALL teenagers? By going to class everyday?
do you know what it takes for a 17 yr old to undrëss in the presence of her friends let alone do it in the presence of her uncle? she's 17 for crying out loud not 7......that area of our life is almost sacred...even a child of 7 knows that part of her body no one is supposed to have free access to and yet you guys are reeling baseless excuses here.....

timifakay: @ coogar... The spectator knows whats best to do always... No one cam be sure of what he/ she would have done in her shoes.
Point of correction the human character is totally formed before the age 7, so you cant consider the 12 year old as an exemption.
human character is formed before age 7, says who?

And dont just blame the girl because the hardest thing in doing evil is the first time, all others which follow are much easier. The thing is you are judging her because you assume a 17 year old has the body of an adult as well as the mind which is not so.
(i also blame the girl)
exactly my point -
that hardest first time should have been the period to tell someone - just anyone and these years of abuse would have been way shorter. now we have a damaged good on our hands who would soon pounce on an unsuspecting young man with all this emotional baggage. tufiakwu!

ileobatojo: Kini iyato? (What's the difference) The bottom line is that she was molested whether 'groomed or forced'.
forced = räped
to be cajoled is not rapê.....it's an offer that can be accepted or rejected - there's a choice!
she chose to accept and you are claiming she was räped?

Family › Re: She was Intimate With Her Uncle. Should I Still Marry Her? by coogar: 12:52am On Nov 18, 2012
ileobatojo: This girl has been living with the man since 13 as her caregiver. Again there is a huge power differential, this makes it difficult to say she should have had the willpower to resist such advances. He abused his power which means he has to bear the accountability for this craziness.
then her loyalty should be with her parents who trained her for 13 yrs before sending her to the uncle. she wasn't kidnapped, she wasn't denied contact with her parents. during the week the abuse started, her parents must have asked her if everything was fine and she must have answered affirmatively......come on, this is africa not some californian suburb where kids are trained to be dumb!

What has being in 200 level got to do with 'street smarts' when it comes to sexual relationships?
if you spend one semester in a regular naija uni, basic common sense to resist such advances wouldn't be that difficult to apply. we were all kids at a point in our lives - who at 17 did something he/she didn't warn to do in the first place especially something as damaging such as this one? i don't care if this uncle gives her 1 million a day - she was still a willing participant!

jidegirl12: So @ ileobatojo so what would you do if your family member is on this situation the OP is?
she would seek more clarifications - who tugged who's knickers? who made the first move? who wrote the first love letter? ileobatojo always applies the western culture to a typical naija issue.......if this ever gets out to the girl's parents, they would blame her solely for this - she had time to report the abuse and she never did!

You just won a case btw a a defendant uncle for childhood molestation and repeated non consent sex and brainwash against her niece who wants a pity party & a reward of $2M for damages and abuse .
I'm not kidding!
of course, it depends where the case is heard.....in the developed countries, even a 30 yr-old can claim sëxual abuse in a similar circumstance and the defendant would have to admit guilt before trial. however, where i come from in the heart of africa.....the girl would be laughed at!

well - where i come from, a girl at 17 is old enough to know her right from left
jeepers, 17 yr olds are in their 200 level in naija unis fending for themselves - and this one is still submitting to her uncle's sëxual advances?

the girl actually went back to live with the guy and the guy was charged with lot of counts

( kidnapped when the girl was about 12, molested her till her adult years),

he is currently in jail but the girl still lives in his house expecting him to come back!

So what can we say about that huh Terrible , gullible , stories!!!
you answered the question already
the girl was caught at 12 in her formative years ---- a girl at 17 has past that stage and should have the will power to resist such advances from her uncle.......
Family › Re: She was Intimate With Her Uncle. Should I Still Marry Her? by coogar: 12:14am On Nov 18, 2012
ileobatojo: Coogar, do you know that even children who were abducted, kept in a closet and sexually molested for years often develop affection for their molesters? They often miss them when they get rescued. I'm not saying this is the same situation but there is often more to the psychology of this issue than just a simplistic 'she was enjoying the benefits' approach. It seems nasty to the rest of us but we don't know what was going on in her mind and we don't know how she eventually came to rationalize that the relationship was okay in her mind.
that's perfectly normal...
the ones kept in the closet know no other world but the 4 walls of their confines....who else would they develop affection for if not their captor? however, the girl in question had contact with the real world everyday of the year for 4 years and she bottled the abuse - she must have seen her parents in that period, relatives, friends, couple of boyfriends, etc and yet she never mentioned the immoral act.....the more i think about it, the more blame i apportion to her. are you aware if she had spoken about it the abuse would never have lasted for 4 yrs?

Personally, I think she is messed up and the OP has a rough road ahead if he goes on with the relationship but perhaps he may be more empathetic and willing to tough it out and get her help if he understands the issue fully.
she's not messed up - she knew what she was doing and she took the offer in her strides. my worry is why she decided to open up now - maybe the uncle got bornagain and he stopped the "benefits".......

ileobatojo: Wow, get out of my brain! We posted pretty much the same thing at the same time. I just wanna kiss you right now! You get it!!
these instances are different - the victims here were caught young.....in this particular case, the victim was 17! old enough to scream, resist and report to her aunt......the age of the victim when the abuse started is the key here.....
Family › Re: She was Intimate With Her Uncle. Should I Still Marry Her? by coogar: 12:08am On Nov 18, 2012
ileobatojo: See that's exactly why I said this in my previous post.

That being said, I believe the origins of the relationship may come into play to influence the OP's decision making process at this point.
but some naija men are stüpid.....
what exactly would a 17 yr old offer him? in the land of plenty like naija where this man would get anything he wants with a tiny effort.......the uncle n the chic deserve each other....the op should walk away from the mess!
