I decided to further research on the subject matter and behold! kissing and hugging one's wife (legally married) is allowed while fasting with conditions. The conditions are simply thus:

You must have self control (the act must not lead to the other).
There must be no fluid dissemination (ejaculation) either se.men or sperm or female fluid
You must not attain the state of wanting to climax or climaxing

From the above, it can be deduced that a peck or a light kiss on one's wife is what is referred to.

The evidence that it is permissible to kiss and play with one’s wife, if one is sure that there is no risk of reaching climax, is the report narrated by Al-Bukhari Vol. 3 (Hadith 1927) and Muslim (Hadith 1106) from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) who said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to kiss and touch (his wives) while he was fasting, and he was the most in control of his desires.”

Both are use for ground with low soil cohesion resulting to a low or very low bearing capacity.

Best thing is to go for SOIL TEST and SITE INVESTIGATION.

But note, DCPT might not work here except SPT or BORE-HOLE test which requires laboratory analysis.

This test might cost you between 180,000 to 250,000 but you are rest assure of the safety of your structure.

Let's be careful of what we wish for.
