Payment is ongoing let's diregard the news that we don't pay Roi all investiors capital and roi is safe.

This is a lie, they've stopped paying RoI. Since December, investors have not been paid. People should run away from DW Arerben investment, they're ponzi scheme. I'm speaking as an investor. I'm counting my losses. They'll not last more than 2 months. They're not different from MBA investment. In fact, they're the same people parading in different names and companies.

I wish I have a free truck that can travel down. I’d have love to come and do cement business in your region grin grin

There’s no way I’d spend 500 per bag on transport.

Between the month of Nov - Dec 2021, I took about 12 trailers. I know how much profit I’d made from that if I sell at #3500 to you guys grin

But unfortunately, I don’t have a truck that can do this.

I’ll help you ask if from my link how to get it cheaper in PH.

Thanks next. You're really a back bone on this forum. I'll be expecting.

Your investment matured b4 13th December, right now DW Arerben is nothing but scam. They can no longer pay RoI. People should stay away from them. Bloody ponzi scheme.

All these gamblers will not listen when an advice is given.

How can MBA not teach u guys a lesson enough to dissuade u guys from putting ur money in a wasted venture.

Renting an office doesn't make a MBA or ARERBEN legit,so when they bring CBN policy just to delay and deceive u guys, pls note their end has come. Those defending them can only do so just because they also have some cash trapped in the system, but time would tell who's telling the truth.

No one is telling us what these guys are into, but I pity all those who by innocence introduced others into this scheme only for them to be duped and disappointed.

Good luck to all those who narrowly escape these schemes/ ponzi and to those who are about to lose their money, learn from the past ponzi schemes.
Their modus operandi hasn't changed and will never changed.

Things to know about them are:

When they starts talking CBN policies, know that they are about to crash.

If they start promo such as increasing their interest just like the one we have seen above note, that they are about crashing.

If by December payment starts getting slow and slower note, that they are about crashing.

If they start bringing up promo during same time around the month of Dec,pls run with ur money.

Even if they are registered with CAC it does not mean they are legit, run with ur money, after all,Micheno in calabar was duly registered with CAC and they used same to deceived people into parting with their cash.

And finally, this is 2021 and the country isn't getting better due to bad govt policies and regressive governance of this present administration.

Pls,be wise as I know it is ur money and my advice isn't for everyone after all.

This all but the truth

Why asking for proof of my investment. I'd expect you to address the issues I've raised. Have you paid December investors RoI? Why did you stop paying RoI from 13th December maturity. Your claiming to pay December promo investors. What happened to RoI from December. Didn't the CBN regulations stop paying December promo investors. Its obvious you guys are fraud and no different from ponzi scheme. Address these issues and stop asking for proof of investment.

I'll advice any body that's is thinking of investing with DW Arerben not to invest with them again. Please keep your money and don't give to them. They're ponzi scheme. I'm also an investor with them and they've stopped paying old mavros (old investors) that invested from August 2020 and only paying new mavros (new investors) that invested from December 2020. Why are they not paying ROI again if they're genuin. They're ponzi scheme and close to collapse. They won't exceed this January. I've already started counting my losses. Please the public should stay away from DW Arerben. They're scam and a ponzi scheme. This is a sincere advice coming from an investor with DW Arerben.

Everyone that is here ranting about monopoly of market being controlled by the two major cement shareholders (Dangote & Abdussamad) have no idea of the happenings in the cement industry.
For the benefit of clarification, I will give you all a quick rundown of the factors that shot the prices to the roof.

1. Corona lockdown
From March till June, most part of the country was under lockdown. This means that all construction activities were put on hold. As soon as it was lifted, the demand for cement naturally skyrocketed in arrears for the month of idleness. This is common sense.

2. ENDSARS Protest
During this period, curfews were imposed in many states. In Edo, BUA cement did not dispatch 1 bag of cement for nearly 5 days. That's an average of 60,000 tons of cement lost to down time. Similar thing happened in Ibese from information reaching us. Mark you, supply has further been shortened.

3. Bad road
Anyone familiar with Auchi/Okpella/Okenne axis of Benin/Okene expressway knows the frequency with which a complete traffic lockdown occurs. Some trucks spend 3 days between Okenne and Auchi (journey of less than 70km) alone because of deplorable state of the road leading to falling of heavy-duty vehicles and incessant breakdowns. This causes delay in the delivery of cement, therefore worsening the supply volume.

4. Internal factory challenges

Many a time, drop in gas pressure in our plant leads to drop in power available to run equipment because some of the gas powerplants have to be stopped. This is a problem beyond BUA or Dangote's control as gas is supplied by NGC (a subsidiary of NNPC). When there's no sufficient power, major equipment like cement mills have to be stopped, reducing the silo level for cement. This one is obviously a shortage in production.

5. Greed.

I've seen many of you complaining that the prices were raised by the factory owners, you are completely wrong. The factory price is still hovering around #2,400. This is the price at which BUA supplies to its customers with delivery. But because some of the customers prefer to just sell the ATC (authority to collect) to middlemen who pay for transportation (self collection), it increases the price/bag to about #3,000 by the time it arrives the buyer. These customers I mentioned earlier have paid billions of naira into chairman's account in exchange for the cement ATC, but many of them are not actually interested in selling cement. They only want to sell the ATC to middlemen and make quick money. This is the first level of greed.
The middlemen deliver the cement, depending on the distance between #2,800-#3,300 to cement retail sellers. Second level of greed happens here. The retailers then decide to sell it at #4,000.
mentality of the average Nigerian. This is the worst of all the greed.

All of these are the reasons why the problem is highly compounded and it will really take a while for things to normalize.
Whatever the story is, we will all build our houses this year!! cool

If there's scarcity of cement in Nigeria, why then did the government give export waver to Dangote and Bua cement to be exporting cement outside Nigeria when nigerians are lacking cement. Shouldn't they meet the local demand first before exporting.

Don't say what you don't know..

cement is N2500, go to any Dangote Depot in your state, you will get it at that price or a lil bit higher.

In portharcourt, Dangote distributors in rukpokwu and trans amadi sell at 3800 naira

It's not so bro.
Cement is sold from the plant @N2500, the hike in price is because other competitors are observing the Holidays and the demand for cement has increased geometrically so the middlemen are taking you guys to catch cruise.
As I'm typing a bag of Cement is 2500 here.

Please, how do I contact you to get me 300 bags to start my building project. I'll greatly appreciate.

The price of cement have really gone up for the later part of year 2020 and it is still high. So, I'll like to know why is the price of cement still high and how much is cement in your area? Is there a possibility that the price will fall anytime sooner?

Here in Port Harcourt, retailers sell between 4200 to 3900 naira which is quite high. This has caused most people to put their projects on hold or slow down the pace of the project. Or, will this price range remain as the official market price?

Invested on the 17th, maturity date is 17 December, they said I'll be paid within 3 to 7 working days, still expecting the payment but it is delaying. Hope we're not looking at another situation of MBA investment. The signs are not encouraging at all.
