Mark23:Just watched the video. After so long Tower of God, God of Highschool, and Noblesse are finally getting adapted. I think it would be wise for Crunchyroll to stick to adapting manhua instead of crappy Tumblr woke propaganda like High Guardian Spice. |
RX480:First, Tower of God. Does this mean that there's hope for Solo Leveling? |
Kaycee7:Based and redpilled |
Baddestguyp:I think HxH had way higher 'highs' and not as low 'lows' as Naruto. Naruto suffered from a lot of the issues that shounen anime usually have (bad pacing, ridiculous power scaling, asspulls, long boring fights, arc fatigue, not to mention terrible filler. HxH managed to avoid these pitfalls for the most part (except the greed island arc). At the end of the day it's just a matter of opinion, we're all going to die one day so you're free to like what you like. |
famep:Because Naruto is the first anime they ever watched and they were probably like 12 years old, so nostalgia colours their judgement. Naruto is a good anime in its own right but HxH completely blows most anime (or shows for that matter) out of the water. |
Arthurity1:I just can't understand how someone can say this, do you mind explaining why? |
Ope122:Black Clover is generic, derivative, uninspired shounen tripe. I still watch the fvck out of it, though. |
famep:Demon Slayer: An entertaining show. But people were treating it like the second coming of Christ Death Note: Really strong beginning, very weak middle, weak ending. Good finale though |
dhardline:You said some stuff about extinction. What exactly does that have to do with this argument? |
dhardline:Why do Malaria drugs keep changing? Why don't we still use penicillin? Why do we now use arthemeter and lumefatrine? Because the viruses evolved an immunity. Evolution has been observed countless times but dhardline from Nigeria believes that he knows more that the scientific community because it his religious book. |
IMAliyu:I haven't actually seen this yet but I'm always down for a Studio Trigger production. One small issue with this movie is how derivative it seems to be of previous Trigger/Gainax projects. One of the screencaps you took just looks like recoloured Satsuki from Kill la Kill staring down Kamina. I hope the story is original enough to make up for that. Btw though, you can't let those degenerate shippers discourage you or else you won't be able to watch anything. While doing some important scientific research, I accidentally stumbled upon Edward x Hohenheim doujinshi but I didn't let that change how I feel about FMA:B |
Michellekabod2:Because it's not really about morality. These people are mostly fueled by hate and use their religion an excuse. If we treated thieves the way we treated homosexuals, there'd be far less corruption in this country but the simple fact is that the vast majority of people aren't acting based on a moral framework but rather their own hatred and disgust. |
IMAliyu:Reading the manga too. Way better than I expected it to be. The anime seems to go a lot further with the ecchi moments. With this series and Dorohedoro, this year is already looking like it's going to be better than last year in, at least in the new series category. |
Interspecies Reviewers. For true men of culture.

Kaycee7:Stick with it. |

Hey guys! This the list of my favorite anime series of the past decade (2010-2019). Remember that this list is solely my opinion so no need to get salty. However, I still added the MyAnimeList rating of each entry to give a more general fan approval rating along with a one-sentence review. Honourable Mentions: Psycho-Pass (Season 1 only) (2012) MAL Rating: 8.4 Devilman Crybaby (2018) MAL Rating: 7.9 Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Except Stardust Crusaders) (2012) MAL Rating: 8.4 Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (2017) MAL Rating: 8.1 One Punch Man (2015) MAL Rating: 8.7 Death Parade (2015) MAL Rating: 8.2 The Tatami Galaxy (2010) MAL Rating: 8.6 Haikyuu! (2014) MAL Rating: 8.6 Little Witch Academia (2014) MAL Rating: 8 A Place Further than the Universe (2018) MAL Rating: 8.6 Made in Abyss (2017) MAL Rating: 8.8 10. 3-Gatsu no Lion (2017) MAL Rating: 8.4 A nuanced view into what it takes to build new emotional connections when recovering from a tragic and traumatic childhood, this anime excels at characterization and character development. 9. Boku no Hero Academia (2016) MAL Rating: 8.4 This simply just a very good take on your average shounen battle series that manages to avoid the common pitfalls of the genre while keeping the challenges fresh for the protagonists. 8. Parasyte: the Maxim (2014) MAL Rating: 8.5 A character-driven body-horror tale that explores the meaning of humanity and what it takes to become one as the protagonist and his body-snatching alien parasite are forced to work together to survive in an increasingly dangerous world. 7. Land of the Lustrous (2017) MAL Rating: 8.4 A coming-of-age take that will leave in awe and wonderment as it takes you into a completely new world and slowly reveals the horrors lying beneath its beauty. 6. Konosuba (2016) MAL Rating: 8.2 A fast-paced, wickedly funny isekai that subverts the common tropes of the genre, every character is an absolute joy to be around and every adventure is a guaranteed knee-slapper with just enough subtle moments reveal the depths to the main cast's belligerent relationship. 5. Mob Psycho 100 (2016) MAL Rating: 8.5 Mob Psycho is a story an OP protagonist done right, his social ineptitude makes leaves him vulnerable more often not and it's up to Mob to work towards his own self-actualization all while taking on the baddies in gloriously animated spectacles. 4. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magical (2011) MAL Rating: 8.4 A heart-rending, gut-wrenching, soul-clenching deconstruction of the magical-girl genre which draws you in with it's cutesy facade only to violate your wide-eyed idealism when you least expect it, all of which is ironically the perfect metaphor for the themes this anime deals explores. 3. Hunter x Hunter (2011) MAL Rating: 9.1 A story about exploration and growth, Hunter x Hunter takes you into the dog-eat-dog world (or worlds) of the club that gives you the license to kill and tries to explore their motivations, their grey morality, and how these are shaped by the dangers and challenges they may face. 2. Steins;Gate (2011) MAL Rating: 9.1 With a bombastic main character, Steins;Gate is a time travel story that explores the limits of human sanity when faced with the unintended consequences of trying to play God through a heavily foreshadowed, Easter-egg-laden journey that necessitate at least a rewatch in order to get the full experience. 1. Attack on Titan (2013) MAL Rating: 8.5 Starting off as a unique kaiju-zombie hybrid horror story, AoT has continued to reveal new layers to the story with each new season painting a more detailed picture of the most beautifully rendered masterpiece if the decade where every twist, reveal, victory, and defeat is so masterfully written, animated, and voiced that one can only be grateful to be a part of history in the making. Do you agree with the list? What would you have put? |
JJOF:The manga's art style goes hard. |
nani667:Some say he's still carrying Hide's body till this very day. |
Kanade21:What if he's an otaku on man meat? |
CreepyBlackpool:Hehe
|
IMAliyu:Short answer: titts Long answer: It's a difficult choice to make but there's a certain quality about titts that I just can't get over. In every shape, size, and form, there is a boob type for every man (or woman, if you roll that way). Arss can be great too but they can also be bad, you'd be hard-pressed to find completely disgusting titts (not that they don't exist but they are rare).
|
IMAliyu:Laughs in Kiss x Sis and Prison School. |
Mark23:That's also a good idea. Would have been even better if we could collapse comments. |
Darivie04:Maybe you can write the spoiler in PasteBin and then drop the link. |
nani667:Oh God why? |
nani667:That's like the least gay Jojo protagonist. |
Leviana:Eh, same difference. |
IMAliyu:I am a Hero. |
Ayolzi:He's basically a pillar man. |
NoonMasamune:My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 25, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this post gave me cancer anyway. |
