I just got the MSc work reference letter. You dont have an issue. Work experience is locked at eAPR submission so you can update it |

Mmamaroon: Looking at the NOC structure I don't think NOCs starting with 4 would typically not be working in a bank .....looks more like a public policy role. Check 6235 and any others that may be a better fit. In the lead statement of the NOC they typically tell us where people with the NOC are likely to work.
In general, each NOC has several duties listed as bullet points. Number these bullet points from 1 to 10 or wherever it stops and then put the appropriate number beside your JD duties and repost. This way we should be able to see if most of the duties have been covered....or not. I don't know a better way.
#PersonalOpinion I doubt if this is really Mamaroon o. She does not use hashtags and this account was opened 2 days ago |

confidential20: Hello gurus in the house, please I have a question. The last place I worked for up to two years, I can't get a proof of work experience from them. My work experience is supposed to be 3 years plus by December. So I contacted my current employer whom I have been working with for barely 6 months. It's a military agency, they agreed to give me Proof of work experience to cover for my last place of work but they're not willing to state the months I spent there and as well salary paid. They just want to give a letter that I am working there. What do you suggest I do in order to have this almost 2 years plus count for me as I would not want to do anything that will be seen as misinterpretation. Thank you This is not an issue. Get an evidence of their refusal to give a reference ketter(mail correspondence) Have a former colleague write it for you on plain paper with his or her ID card and contact details attached(if possible, notarize the RL) Attach evidence of salary paid by the coy(SOA or payslips) |

Emmaesty: Hello everyone
I am new to the canada hustle but I have read the first 30 pages of this thread.
I am currently in my mid 20s with a BSc and planning to use my CIPM as my 2nd degree. I also have 3 years of work experience (NYSC included)
My target score in IELTS is 8,8,7,7 in LSWR and I also want to take TEF Canada to boost my score.
Would you advise I take the French exam first before IELTS? I am also worried about processing my transcript because it takes like 3-6 months in my school First of all, congratulations for embarking on this journey. You stand a very good chance. So start by evaluating your transcripts then you can start preparing/write the ielts. Your target score is not what you wrote there, it should be L8.5R8W7.5S7.5 with this, you get 474, and you woulf not need taking the TEF as this will give you an ITA based on current trend. |

JayTee21: I can’t really say if everything is fine as I am not even sure. We’ve never come across ECA for immigration or education stories before and so it came as a huge shock. The WES was done in 2016 when he wanted to study in Canada. But he changed his mind about study until much later decided to try immigration and realized that since ECA expires after 5 years it could still be used.
Now we’ve submitted with the report and application was cancelled because the ECA is not for immigration purposes. We can’t tell if this is true or not as there’s no where on the application to even confirm this.
At this stage it seems we have to start all over again So sorry, it seems it was course by course evaluation since it was intended for study at the initial time. |

JayTee21: I just woke up to the most shocking news ever I am an accompanying spouse and our application was cancelled in the early hours of the morning. AOR Sept 13 We were waiting for MEP/BIL only to get the shocking bad news. I am so heartbroken, we’ve really put a whole lot of effort into this process.
CANCELLATION REASON PA’s ECA is not for immigration purposes. I haven’t even heard of this before anywhere. I am still in shock. How do we go from here? So sorry about this. Can you tell us more about the ECA, you could get justice for this if everything is fine |

RTreasure: They do have the right to. The moment you applied, you gave them full authority to confirm anything they need to know. And sometimes after a few months they ask to resend your POF which is why i was asking what the AOR is. They do not have the right to know the value in your account. They only send a confirmation letter to the bank to confirm the genuity of the letter. If the VO is not satisfied, reason why they request for an updated POF. But a bank can never review the amount in your acct to a third party |

I may honestly have to decline ITA tomorrow because my can cannot can.

I wish everyone all the best journey and May it end in praise!!! No need to decline, you can PM me your reference letter, I can assist with the NOC or PM @newmum |

My school just emailed me saying they can’t send the physical document (cert) because of the pandemic and closure but the can give me an award confirmation letter. I have completed my evaluation with WES though.
