atutupoyoyo2211: I stopped responding to your comments Babyvet, cos you actually do not give constructive critism, you insult a lot. You called me a phoney, a liar, and other obscene words, and you don't even know me. Someone at the beginning of this thread said that i would soon start contacting people for business from this thread, and its over 2 years now, if i have contacted anyone, pls let them tell us. My new goal was to save 15k by the 10 of July, i am upping that to 20k by the end of July. I am doing this cos my wife decided to take up 70% of our rent which is about $800, and i am already at $4200 in my savings as of end of April. I started the savings on the 10th of April. This is the last year i wanna work so much hours. After this year, and i can save what i want to save, it will be time to invest. And if i can save the $20k by the end of July, God willing i will go for another 20k before the end of the year. This will also be my last year working as a Security guard. I will be moving on to Cybersecurity. Those who want to be inspired can be, and those who chose to be negative, well, God bless. Life is too precious, to waste on negativity, its not like anyone of us are going to get out of life alive anyway. God will definitely see you through More grace |

godG: Oga Salford1 and other elders, please I need recommendations on cities or towns that are within 50 minutes drive from the GTA. I am looking for somewhere not too crowded (Very important, I’m not a fan of big cities. ) and quite safe. I have done quite a great deal of research myself but thought it won’t be a bad idea to seek further insights from elders who know this place more than I do. Thank you! @blackbuddy |

salford1: Yes it will. It is a step in the right direction. It will help companies with operating costs that are majorly employees wages atleast for an extra 4month and help get some laid off employees off the CERB. Air Canada and Air transat are calling back their employees as a result of the subsidy.
However, it still might not help some other companies facing severe loss of income and still have other overhead costs to cover.
Some provinces have also started easing the restrictions. Oh I see. We pray the ease on restriction does not lead to a second wave of the infection |

Kampack: Ok, Thanks.
I have another question please and it's about my spouse. She finished a few years ago from UNIBEN, and has her statement of result (the official letter from UNIBEN stating that she has graduated with mat number..bla bla bla), but yet to collect her certificate. Can I send her "Statement of Result" to WES in lieu of Certificate, for the ECA purposes? I sometimes fear the delays, and currently have no contact detail of anyone who can do the running around it sometimes entail. With her present condition, shes advised against travelling and stress (even if there was no lockdown).
Secondly, what short course apart from CIPM can she take, and easily obtain a certificate that can be useful for this immigration purposes. I don't even mind hairdressing course or anything at all, provided it can suffice. Thanks SOR is accepted Short courses: Cima(self paced) Unilag hrdc(6 to 9 months) Acca f1 to f4(diploma business accounting) self paced Bcs(exams written twice a year March and September) |

Thanks Its not wise, but if you have extra cash, you can do it. However, send electronically as no one is in the office to receive your documents Shalom |

SamDD: Thanks for your input Man.
Yeah, I understand the Job title is not the real thing. But at this point I don't want to gamble and thats why I came here, otherwise I would have chosen one myself.
I still need an idea of what people have used in place of CSO/Teller.
Thank you. Some people have used the supervisory NOC Direct your question here https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/492 |

SamDD: I salute all our Seniors (P.Residents and Citizens) in the house. Its been wonderful having you all here giving back to us. Thanks for all you do. More favor in your various endeavor.
Please, I have a very disturbing question and various answers are welcome.
There is a little confusion about my NOC. My work experience is Customer service officer here at a Nigerian Bank.
Unfortunately, this role is falls under category C which is not eligible for FSW.
So, I've been trying to figure out another job title that will scale through but I haven't gotten.
Please kindly advise.
Thank you. The job title is not necessary. What is important is the job role; what were doing. Look for a NOC that fits your job role and NOT job title |

ashiwajew: I am still in the pool and I am not using SOR at all, I am using my certificate and it bears 2013 but WES evaluation report says 2012 and I filled my profile based on 2012 but I just edited my profile now to 2013 since that is what is on the certificate. Is this okay? Its OK. You could add LOE to explain the completion date captured by WES is wrong |

ashiwajew: Please I need your advise here. My B.Sc certificate bears 2013 but WES evaluation report states 2012 and I filled 2012 on my application profile and in the pool already. Please what’s the implication? Seems your statement of result is 2012, right? Some schools does convocation/release of certificate a year after completion of study. If your statement of result is 2012, then upload your SOR instead of the certificate. If you have just certificate, just do a LOE to explain the dates, you will be fine |

Baratheon: This post caught my attention.
A friend of mine is having a similar challenge.
She finished from Uniben pharmacy in 2016 and was awarded two degrees: Bpharm and PharmD. Even though both program looks continuous, the school treats them as separate degrees and even issue two certificates, statement of result and even separate transcripts.
Both certificates/SOR carry the same date of graduation (2016), but her ECA carries 2015. When she contacted her licensing body, she was told that they evaluated only the Bpharm, as it is the minimum requirement they needed for her evaluation. They didn't consider the PharmD part at all. From their interpretation, she completed her Bpharm in 2015. That's what they're concerned with.
In essence, what should she write in her year of graduation? Any need for LOE in this scenario? She should go with the date on his Statement of Result. Date on ECA does not matter. What VO is after is the qualification and canadian equivalent. The date on the Statement of result is what they consider as that has day, month and year unlike ECA |

Dante02: Hello gurus, pls I need help... I am filling our express entry profile and I got confused about the education history. My wife is the PA. Her masters program was meant to be one year, 2017/2018. But she failed one first semester course And had to retake it the following session which is 2018/2019.
So what duration will I fill for her masters degree. From when to when? Because the transcript broke it down in details i.e 2017/2018- 2018/2019 but the statement of result says 2018/2019 2017 to 2019... |

But if I calculate without my husband points it will be 469. House I need advice. What if I get ITA and by God's grace PR how do I bring my spouse over. I have a baby and from my understanding the baby is NT an issue. I really want to know before we update the express entry account. I am honestly mentally tired. My husband is having issues with ielts. Am just tryn to think of a way out of all this. The demerit is that you will be without your spouse for an average of 6 months or more. You can come visiting; however, you must be in canada at the point of visa approval. You can read more about it on their website. If its your last option, go for it because crs might not come to 450s again |
