Boko haram is an insurgent group that is headed and sponsored by some persons..by asking them to come out and surrender to embrace amnesty is a wrong move...they have leaders and sponsores.if these persons are identified,the government can discuss with them and ,not the ordinary almajiri who has no say in their affairs...or alternatively eliminate them and block their source of finance.
