In previous batches, people were paid even when there were arrears of payment for some. That some have not been paid September stipend is no guarantee that those that have received September won't get their October and November stipends.

That said, they've started paying those that have not been paid September. If you've not gotten, relax, it will reach you.

[s]Recently lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers were faced with a reversal on their payment status from "pending" back to "failed", please this is a network glitch and it will soon be rectified as the disbursement of payment bounced back from CBN and it is under processing.

As we speak all outstanding and October stipend is at its concluding stage, and all Npower Batch C Volunteers that their payment status is on pending will be paid, please if you noticed a reversal in your payment status from pending to failed please exercise patience as this issue is not from the N-Power Batch C Volunteers but from Npower NASIMS management systems. Omo I don tire. Don refresh my dashboard tire. Na still pending. I even dey mistake MTN frequent SMS for alert. Abeg how this process take different from nysc payment that it's taking forever and we don enter December already. That enzeama go still drop thread today repeating the same thing.

NPower NASIMS have encouraged NPower Batch C Volunteers to exercise a great deal of patience, as October and November stipend will be paid soon.

Reason for the delay is due to the validation procedure which takes time, and after validation of the N-Power Batch C Volunteers' account information, it is sent to the Central Bank of Nigeria for disbursement of payment to individual accounts of Npower Batch C beneficiaries.

Please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and your payroll status recently changed from "failed" to "pending", please the stages below are the procedures your stipend will undergo before you are finally paid

1) If you are an N-Power Batch C volunteer and your payroll status says 'PENDING' it simply means you are being processed into the payroll structure, once you are on the payroll list it means your chances of being paid is at 100%.

2) From "PENDING" your payroll status will change to "PROCESSING" this simply means your money/stipend has been sent to your bank from Central Bank of Nigeria, again your chances of being paid at this stage is 100%.

3) Once your payroll status displays "PAID" it simply means your account has been credited, if your payment status displays paid, it means your chances of being paid is >100%, at this stage all N-Power Batch C Volunteers are advised to keep checking their banking app or use their bank USSD to check if there was an increase in their account balance. I passed all these and yet I v not been paid. It's tiring bro.
I mailed them when you said we should mail them, called the two nos and wasted a lot airtime and will call for over 30 mins, the call ll just end abruptly with over N500 airtime wasted. I was even directed to the accountant general of my state as if he/she's the one incharge of npower payment.
Now, I v supplied my info on the Facebook page that was provided. In all, it's not all that v not received September payment that made the mistake themselves.
