coolzeal:The militants creating havoc now are the same one that embraced Yaradua amnesty program, which this administration is still paying the Niger Delta youths. Must we be negotiating each time this thugs destroy our pipelines. This wanton destruction in not limited to Niger Delta, Ikorodu, Arepo etc has the same story. This vandalised pipelines is one major reason that we have oil tankers on our roads which in turns have effect on the landing cost of fuel. Any group that is so unpatriotic as to destroy government properties should be dealt with. You can not be collecting amnesty money and still be committing economy sabotage. |
Chairman!!! Thanks for your integrity, doing business with you is worthwhile. I got the stuff just as discussed on phone. Looking forward to doing more business ventures with you. |
ellechrystal:One could only vote for a candidate of his/her choice, Lagbaja made bold his choice to vote for Buhari, so why all this curse, swear and castigation, does someone not have the right right to choose any more. Its obvious you want Jonathan, good, but stop making this thing a do or die affair |
Where was Nigerian Army when Asari Dokubo threatened that Nigeria will cease to exist should Goodluck Jonathan loose next year election? |
There are many virgin birth stories before Christ, by your write-up above, should we conclude that Christianity copied the story surrounding the birth of our savior Jesus Christ from the previous virgin births. |

free2ryhme: Did Obasanjo and Dangote schooled outside nigeriaDangote schooled in Egypt and OBJ did several military training abroad. However studying abroad does not guaranty u success. What makes one successful is the inner drive to make it in life, once that drive is there, you then map out a plan to achieve your goals. Mind you success is relative and the outward appearance of success may not be what it seems. |
okine4real: information reaching me these morning saying grass cutters has starting eating the palms. Please i want to erect scare crows in the farm. Do you think these would scare the grass cutters away? if do i go for the net they where talking about? if i use net how much would each cost? |
NIFOR also fabricate tools & equipment used for oil palm production |
@okine4real Buying nursery from IMO state and transporting it to Delta state is not a prudent idea, cus u have NIFOR @ ur backyard in Benin. NIFOR in Benin sells nursery for #70 cus it is subsidized by Federal Gov. Each agric ministry from all states gets their supply of nurseries from NIFOR. States sells @ #150 cus they pay those that tend the nurseries before farmers pick it up. NIFOR in Benin sells a manual on oil palm production for #500 and on page 12 they recommend 9 meter spacing.Don't let ur greed cause u to shoot urself on the feet. No oil palm will strive with ur type of spacing. Planting should be done with collaring / canning at the same time, this is done to wade off rodent from eating the young nursery. Canning/collaring can be done using tin or wire mesh. |
It is well, the Lord will answer ur heart desire. |
@okine Palm trees require spacing for it to strive well, per acre one can plant a maximum of 60 oil palm trees. This number also depend on the method of planting. One tend to plant more if the tress are arranged triangularly than when it is rectangular The require spacing between each palm should not be less than 9meters apart. Best of luck |
Six plot is way too small for oil palm, go for plantain |
I met babayaro, obafemi & ameobi @ quay side club in Newcastle in 2008, obafemi & ameobi were so friendly that we took pictures 2gether, babayaro was so snubish & arrogant dat despite calls from his colleagues to join us he bluntly refused, may be because he was between 2 white girls & does not want to associate with Nigerians |

Having competition in business helps. take a look at spare parts shops, they often concentrate in one location, its a strategy to bring/attract customers, one is always sure that whatever he/she is looking for, after going through a couple of shops he/she would find it. The selling point in this situation is good customer relationship, how u attend to your costomers |

Thats the only scene I can recollect for now.
