Scammer Alert!!! Who Can Help Catch This Scammer


I sold an iPhone to this scammer and he did a bank transfer.. I received d alert thinking the money was in and we parted ways. Little did I know that I have just been scammed and it was a fake credit alert. His phone no has been switched off but his whatsapp no is going... Who can help trace him... BEWARE OF BANK ALERTS

The guys no is 09050587873...please help trace him and help me

FCA regulated (UK regulated), very tight spreads and commission, Metatrader, and they preach money management. (confirm from their youtube page)

Dukascopy
Swiss regulated, its the subsidiary of a swiss bank. You can open a swiss account with these guys for free. This account can be used to fund any other FX broker. Their platform is Jforex. their only downside is they dont use metatrader.

These two brokers are brokers are my personal choice. i've done my research on them. and i will use both of them when i get back into forex next year. I will open a swiss account with Dukascopy and transfer my funds to Darwinex.

There are other very good brokers but i have limited my suggestion to these two for several reasons.

For the advice part. FX is quite broad, i will suggest you ask me questions on its specific aspects. Trading, risk management, brokers, strategies etc.

If after masters your plan is to secure another oil and gas job then do not quit. I can authoritatively tell you if you look closely, there are people with that qualification you are pursuing doing exactly the same job you do in your industry or company.

However, if your plan is to end up in the academics fields then you can quit.

1. Are you getting paid well?
2. Are you ready to forgo all the luxuries you're used to in Nigeria and start all over in Canada?
3. Your masters is not funded. Are you willing to use all your savings to fund your masters?

I live in the US and my husband is into Oil and Gas. I know for sure that the industry is not favorable right now and will not be favorable in the next 2-5 years. Just this last month, my husband's firm (and he works for one of the biggest in the US) laid off 50% of their workforce.

Yes, Canada is favorable because it's easier to get permanent residency, but getting a job is another issue. I know of a Nigerian-Canadian who is into Oil and gas and got offered a job with juicy remunerations in the US. He worked for a few months in the US and decided to quit and go back to Canada. Oil prices began to slump after he went back and he was on of the first ones to be let go. That was over a year ago and he is still in the market looking. He is always calling my husband to check if they have any openings in their company but they also are laying people off, so no hope for now. I know not less than 3 Canadians (2 in my husband's office) are on H1 visa in the US because they found it hard to get jobs in Canada. Canada is one of the worst hit economies with this oil price fall and I don't see any boom in hiring anytime soon. Heck, one of my friends graduated with a masters degree in Geophysics from the University of Manitoba in 2014 but still doesn't have a job.

Second of all, to be candid, people in oil and gas in Nigeria make much more than those in the US or Canada. Yes, the ones in the US might make more on paper but by the time health insurance, 401K and taxes is taken, your counterparts in Nigeria take home more than you do...taxation is almost non existent in Nigeria anyways. After your masters, you may get a job but it might not be in the cadre of what you used to do in Nigeria and it might leave you unfulfilled as You already have a career in Nigeria. What you might get here might not be at par. It's easier for those who haven't had a career yet in Nigeria before moving

Third, you're lucky. You're so lucky. You mentioned that there has been several rounds of layoffs in your company but you survived. Means, they value you and consider you an asset. Continue like that and you might make managerial position in a few years. You have study leave coming up soon, why not wait until then? If you go before your study leave, is your job guaranteed?

Lastly, with your first class, you should not be paying out of pocket for any post-graduate degree. Several high ranking schools in the US will accept you in an heartbeat with full tuition waiver to boot! You will have recruiters coming to your school and from there you can score an internship which will eventually lead to a full time job provided you perform well. Have you even thought of online masters degree? There are several high ranking schools in the US who do that. Take your classes online and do your research on ground or whatever. Your diploma does not bear "Online Degree" it is awarded by the school itself. Some reputable Ivy League schools offer this option.

Overall, the choice is yours to make.

Vehicles are now compactalized, with a good scanner, your vehicle manual and access to YouTube, you barely need a mechanic these days as vehicles have gone computer.

The truth is, I now only need a mechanic when I need body work or painting done on my car. With my scanner, I can locate the bad component and YouTube have countless videos on how to change them and if it a scanner code can result from the malfunction of more than one component, with my meter and a few more YouTube search, you can acertain the normal readings or behave of the component eliminate the one that doesn't conform.

My fellow nairalanders, this guy may not be scammer. Because he stated it clearly that the car requires body work. Could u believe that i bought a 2008 honda accord spirit with black leather seat for 500k but I spent 50k to repair the gear box and 40k to overhaul the V6 engine. But the owner sold it because of bad gear box/engine which he has changed up to 3times due to inexperienced mechanics. Owner was afraid of v6 engine which cost almost 500-600k. But by Gods grace i am now a proud owner of honda evil spirit from nairaland with chikele money. So try to examine any car u are buying on nairaland/olx. Most of them are not scammers, But victims of bad mechanics

it is not your job to treat her. She has a personal disorder and anger is the only way for her to show it.

What she needs is a psychiatrist to help her overcome her anger issues. You aren't qualified enough and since you play a dominant role in her life and you are a trigger for her anger period. You aren't suited to really help her effectively.


Visiting a mental health practitioner doesn't have to be only when someone is walking unclad on the streets.

She may have chemical imbalances which doubles her anxiety levels and causes such anger episodes and may be given long term medications, things to avoid to help her overcome this.

Her own characteristics is even peculiar as she always likes to make a scene by shouting and inviting third parties. Just a warning to you.... It would aggravate if you continue with her without seeking medical help. She would drag you outside and your neighborhood would have to come settle numerous quarrels and I fear you would spiral out of control one day. Slap her to calm her down or show your superior and things might spiral out of control. It's already happening(You blocking her hands from making phone calls) What wkuld be next? Lock her indoors and wrestle her to the floor so she can't cause a scene?


Truth is, this is not something you overcome in a day. It takes years to undo 20 years of attitude, environment and nature. Stay safe.

Please bear with me. The thread is a bit long. This thread is about me and not my friend. (lol)

i honestly need mature advise from the married and matured folks here.

I am in a very serious relationship with this lady. This is our 12th months together and i plan to propose to her in few months time.

I observe that she has hot temper. Each time we had little misunderstanding she flare up and wouldnt calm down for us to resolve and settle it amicably.

Being a gentleman i believe there are no perfect relationships. Quarrels and disagreements must pop up no matter what.

Yesterday we quarreled due to certain issue we had agreed on. I must confess i caused it but i was quick to realise it and apologise but she wouldnt listen. She made an attempt to call a friend of hers to report the issue. I stopped her. She again wanted to call her pastor too i blocked her hands and was surprise why she is inviting third parties to our matter. She was even voicing it out for people to hear us quarreling and i was calming her down to lower her voice.

This lady is the type every man needs. Religious, good cook, prayerful and she gives me advise on so many occasion.

Her parents are late and she was abandoned by her brothers and sisters due to change of religion. I dont know maybe this affected her attitude.

I myself i have my own wrong sides yet i am ready to accept her wrong and hope she do the same to me. But she wouldnt.

I have talked to her about her anger and made her understand that it is not good for us. Yet yesterdays event surprised me.

Please sorry about the long post. I just need advise or advises about how to handle this issue with my woman.

To add she is 23 and i am 29 years.

Let me advice you as a Junior brother, hold on to that proposal first, till you are sure that she will change, or that you can fully accommodate her anger issues, against all odds. You see, a lot of people do notice some character or attitudinal flaws in their partners during courtship, yet they end up getting married hoping that they can manage it, but they end up getting burnt wishing that union never happened. Anger Is a little fit of madness, it can get dangerous and deadly, as that person at that moment, might not know what he or she is doing. I am telling you from experience, hold on till you are sure, start by telling her plainly that you can't continue with relationship, if she doesn't change. And you, I hope you no be the type wey dey make pesin craze.
