I do jog once or twice every week. I stay upstairs 2nd floor, if I jog and clamb up to stsor I won't feel any pain, but if I don't jog for like 2days I will feel some pain. Friend told me to keep jogging that the pain will be off I say no. Jogging is good, but being addicted to it is bad. At some time in age I may stop joging and body will start pick up, Na wahala be that.

There should be activities that can make one fit without this. Meditation and periodical fasting, then make sure you don't let ya muscles atrophy with light exercises.

All these strenuous exercise just because people want to look fit does not sit well with me. Personally, my own exercise revolves around mastering my own weight. As long as I can lift myself, everything else can leave me alone... Lazy person like me no fit go dey carry dead weight na😁😁
