They know obidients are not organized under one central leadership.

Why you should NOT chop their money and vote your conscience

First off, forgive any grammatical error, or any gbagaun. English no be my Papa language.

Down to the meat of it:

We all have heard some people saying, "Chop (collect) their money and vote your conscience"
Well, this has never worked since after 2015, and anybody saying that has never gone to a polling unit to see people voting, talk less of vote... at least not since after 2015.

Politicians got wiser after GEJ, and today in order to "chop their money" you must provide evidence. You have to stylishly show a party agent your vote, then he/she signals to the person whose responsibility is to pay you.

People who have the mentality of free money will ultimately find themselves disenfranchised.

Today, politicians due to the reality of cash availability, have devised another method:
They send you a message about winning money.
They send subsequent messages to prove they ain't f^cking around.
You try it out, and it works. Free money just like that.

But is it really free money?

Nothing is free even in Freetown.

You see before you get this money, you have to give your voting details.

From a reliable source, politicians (actually, a particular unpopular presidential candidate) target regions where they are most unpopular, also where their opponent has strong support base (SE and SS I'm looking at you) for this vote buying strategy.

You may say, "Well give them your details and chop their money. On that day go and vote your preferred candidate".

If you give out your details for this money, you have just sold out your rights for the next 4 years.

They will use your details to manipulate the election to their favor.

When you go to vote, you either get declined, because they have already voted for you, or you help in canceling off the results of your polling unit by double voting which leads to over voting (Remember they target their opposition's stronghold?), because they have voted for you.

So please, let us shun the mentality of free money. Nothing is ever free. You must pay in one way or another.

Don't sell your vote. Don't chop their money to vote your candidate.

Example, Jesus is the son of David according to the New Testament. We won't know who this David is without the old testament. This would have thrown Christianity into a religion of dangerous speculations.

The birth, ministry and death of Christ were all prophesied thousands of years before it happened. Those prophecies where contained in the part of the Old Testament we call The Prophets.

Imagine what would have happened if those books were eliminated.

Finally, we wouldn't have known the history of Isreal and Christianity without the old testament.

It would have been handed down through oral tradition. This would again would have been dangerous.
