1 John 5:7-8
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one.
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

If you read this passage carefully, then you will understand the mind of the Author, Comparing the heavenly witness of the Father, the Word and Holy Spirit with the Earthly witness of Spirit, Water and blood. Shows the Author is not saying three persons are bearing witness but there are three means of bearing witness and three means agree to one witness.
Acts 15:8
And YAHU'AH, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Spirit, even as he did unto us;
YOU SEE HERE YAHU'AH GAVE THEM THE HOLY SPIRIT AS A MEANS OF BEARING THEM WITNESS THAT THEY ARE APPROVED TO BE PART OF THE BODY OF THE MESSIAH.

Many believers in the Messiah today are the same as PHILIP, They believe in the Messiah, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW THE MESSIAH IS THE SON OF ELOHIM.

THIS PERSON THE APOSTLES CANNOT SEE BUT KNOWS HIM IS THE FATHER.

THE SAME REASON MATTHEW CALLED THE MESSIAH AS THE CHILD OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BECAUSE THEY KNOWS THE HOLY SPIRIT AS THE FATHER OF THE MESSIAH.

Tbe wrath of יהוה‎ is because of the Mark of the Beast.

Ọmọ the point here is that the Holy Spirit is not a person but God's active force.

The Holy Spirit belongs to the Father Elohim and proceeded from our Father Elohim to us.
A person is not separated from his Spirit unless that person is dead, therefore the Holy Spirit is the person from whom He proceeded from that's Father Elohim.

Yeshua said unto them, If Elohim were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from Elohim; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

NO! Jesus is a person and after his resurrection and ascension he returned to the spirit realms. So just as he talked to Paul who is not a believer (directly) he also spoke to Ananias. But God's Holy Spirit will only guide believers!

That Spirit realm where Yah'shua returned is the Spirit of His Father.. The Kingdom of Elohim is Living in the Holy Spirit of Elohim.
Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of YHUH is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

The highlighted has answered the question Jesus spoke to Ananias not the holy spirit. When it comes to the Holy Spirit it's what was WRITTEN that this force will guide them to {John 16:12-13} it won't speak in a literal sense.

Bible Recorded that Yah'shua ascended into heaven and won't return until his second coming. But sent the Spirit of his Father to be with his Apostles. How come Yah'shua was talking to Ananias? Except through the Spirit of His Father which was on Earth with Ananias

Elohim is plural, it doesn't mean God, it means God's.

Elohim is plural and Elohim does not mean the Creator, Elohim means "King of Spirits" thats why it's plural. Go check the ancient Aramaic language.

It was the WRITTEN words that spoke to them after diligent study, thorough meditation and fervent prayer!

Here is what Jesus himself told the disciple that introduced Paul to the Apostles:

“Go! because this man is a chosen vessel to me to bear my name to the nations as well as to kings and the sons of Israel. For I will show him plainly how many things he must suffer for my name.” Act 9:15-16

Of course after thorough meditation on what Jesus said about Paul couple with what he told them before his departure God's active force will guide them to know where these two are best for the work of the Lord!

Perhaps some Energy spoke to Ananias in a Vision since the Holy Spirit is not a person.
Dear the Holy Spirit is a Person, the Father and since the Son inherited his Father's Spirit, he's able to Speak to his Apostles through the same Spirit.

God lives in heaven {1Kings 8:30} but He sends out a powerful powerful force (current) with which He accomplish all things this force is known as the "Holy Spirit" anywhere His servant goes this force follows them.

That's what Jesus meant when he said his father is always with him because this force is always with God's only begotten Son!

If Jesus is the first born of all creation who are the so called "creations" that followed the first born?

Being the firstborn of every creature does not mean He's part of the creatures in the context He was called the firstborn of every creature.

Colossians 1:13-17

All things were created by Him and for Him
That means He's not part of all things that was created. Instead all things that was created belongs to him.

Philippians 2:6

If He was created He won't have the Form of Elohim, he will have the form of the creatures.

Hebrews 1:6-9

Yahushua is not therefore created
יהוה‎ is his Elohim (King) but not his Creator.
Yahushua is our Elohim that's our King.
That's to say יהוה‎ is Elohim or God (King) over Every Creature and Yahushua is Elohim or God (King) over those who have the Spirit of יהוה‎. And Yahushua is not equal with יהוה‎ the Father.

John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee, the only true Elohim, and Yahushua the Messiah, whom thou hast sent.

The Only true Elohim means יהוה‎ is the Only Person that has Powers.
And He shared His powers with his Son and the Creatures, that's why there are other many Elohim.

The Creator himself is the Holy Spirit, Through the Spirit of our Creator, our Master the Messiah comes down to our hearts and through the Spirit of the Creator the Messengers or Angels of the Creator communicates to us.
