Why do u think Chem path, MBL, Virology, Hematology and histopatholgy are done by 400level medical students for 16 good months? No one is taking ur job, it's lab scientists that even encroach into our work by prescribing drugs. And they most tyms prescribe wrongly causing drug resistance for patients
