When I got tired of smuggled, rotten and injected imported chicken I switched to Nigerian fresh chicken.

When I got tired of rebagged and often moldy imported rice I changed to Nigerian rice.

I stopped drinking anything they say has sugar cos they all use saccarine which will give you diabetes and kill your kidneys. No soft drinks, no yoghurt, zobo, even sweet bake stuff unless I make it by myself. I am just recovering from Diabetes.
