I feel ur point of view. Anyway the last award was 17 January 2012. , I am not here to vindicate the govt from any nepotism, but my point is that, they ve some criteria. Someone has said it b4 here, u may do a nice project but the location counts (interior villages are given preference), the number of projects counts too, how the project directly affects the life of a common villager in that village. My brother, from my experience, after all the building of any project, one has to back it up with one or 2 seminar or entrepreneural empowerment project, these neglected side is the bomb in the selection criteria.
As for selection, even more than 2 can come from a state so long as their project merit it... Its on merit

Yeah I feel your point, carrying out supporting projects and all, but do u believe external influences affect the outcome of the results If yes, let's look at dis... Assuming der are 50 winners, 20 get chosen due to external influence, and d remaining 30 on merit, would u still say the award is on merit You might be lucky to be part of d 30, but what of the 20 whose slot wer given to others who don't merit it and wer helped by pple in high places...

The award is hopeful next week. If not next week... Then its next year january... I was also selected... At least we already ve hotel addresses... They just need to get the president's consent and forward msgs again... So hopefully we should be expecting the msg this sunday or monday... If not, it should be January... So help us God

Bros, if one has been selected on merit in the state award, it simply means tht all the presidential award nominees all merit the national award, but the national has a different standard to selct merit out of the merits. So the award of presidential is purely on merit. I talk from experience

Okay, let's say I believe u... Okay wat can u say about wat is happening now, d last award done was in 2010, so now they are combining like 8 or 9 batches together, and from wat I heard, 2 people are not selected from a state. If u are goin to combine 9 batches then I don't think dats fair

Well looking quickly it seems that you did not supply the correct education details.

Were you under 16 or 18 yrs old?

All together it looks like you submitted a very badly presented case in the firse submission then tried to appeal with no improvements.

You need to start from scratch again if you want to travel,
but you must get your (GENUINE) documents sorted first.

I submitted original documents but they complained about gaps between degrees...
Finished waec 2004, entered a uni 2006, although I got admitted thru a pre degree course which I started 2005, then finished Uni 2011, went for service 2012 and finished 2013, and still d ECO complained about gaps... How do I explain to him delays happen in Nigeria's educational system
