Actually, Native Americans would unfortunately be at the very bottom. They experience the worst poverty in America and are in the lowest socioeconomic levels of all minority groups.

Irish Americans are European

Asian Americans would be second because they are considered model minorities (which is not the case for all Asians)

Mexican Americans fall under Hispanics, only Cubans are singled out as a group for their clout in Florida.

Arab Americans would be third because they are considered to be successful despite negative connotations associated with them since 9/11

Africans, Afro-Caribbeans, and AA are not really considered separate according to the US Census. Unless you write it in you are counted as Black American.

So your first list is all wrong by a mile.

The second one is iffy with AA only having a slight edge over West Indians.

What does population density have to do with anything. Atlanta's residents live primarily in the suburbs around it and yet streets of Atlanta are not empty. Even my mid-size city with an average uptown to boast can be found busling with people at various times during the day. Are you telling us that there is nowhere you can see more than 5 people in a given area in all of Sokoto? Even small po'dunk towns in America can boast of that.
