Yes, Im sure you would not like to be in a position where you are paid cash up the a.s.s for just being born in "x" location. Spare me your fake pro-black spiel you are not Malcolm X like you want people to believe.

Aigbofa: You should read the FT though. It will give you get a better perspective about the world at large, rather than say Forbes.
I glance through. I'm not big on business anyway and I don't have the figures that should be concerned with what is in those mags. I just read when African or Asian topics are mentioned from time to time.

Bolushalom: You sound very bitter,i understand wat it feels like not to be yoruba, buh anyways, i must commend u, u are d first literate ibo i knw, no offense,... I tot all ibos were illiterates.
Bitter about what? What difference does it make when it comes to my ethnicity? Are you richer than me because you are Yoruba? Prettier? Smarter?

No you are jobless nobody in a third rate country that has nothing to talk about except sonething that you had no choice in deciding.

So why did you waste the few phone credits you had to spend days and nights tricking for to waste on such a useless and ignorant reply?

The fact you were able to type with your a.s.s is impressive. Your parents must be proud.

Ironic coming from someone who cant spell you, thought, and what. And you have quite the inferiority complex to be sad you are not Yoruba, you have my pity.

To answer your question FT is a short form for Femi Tinubu a Yoruba man from Ibadan

dayokanu: So if PDP tell us the Capital of Lagos is Ikeja we should say its a lie?

I thought you were more educated than this?
My point is that you people never attribute anything good to PDP so color me surprised that you are holding this a gold standard. Can you honestly say if the data didn't agree with your bigotry you would be talking about those figures like you are now?

I can accept the fact the US is not number one in everything but be truthful if this said Oyo was poor would you be so team PDP nowcheesy
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 9:23pm On Dec 31, 2012
dayokanu: Lagos is a dump the SW is a dump yet your people are always migrating there in droves. Your region must be worse than dumps then

The migration pattern always follow the wealth pattern

More people would move from mexico to USA, More people would move from poorer region to more prosperous regions

That shows why SE people are always moving to the SWest
My people? No dear, my people troop the NYC, LA, and co.

Furthermore lets take my home state of NY for example, people are actually leaving to go to places like Georgia and Colorodo. But NY wealthier than the two by miles so are you trying to tell me that people are leaving "rich" NY for "poor" Georgia or are they moving because certain things are favorable in the latter than the Former?

Next, Lagos is not the SW. Its a part of the SW, most people in Nigeria are heading to Lagos not Ibadan and all the other towns I cant type cheesy

No one is packing to head over to Ekiti cheesy
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 9:17pm On Dec 31, 2012

PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 9:14pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: The topic is about Oyo state and Anambra - can you stick to the topic?? undecided

I don't even care about the dyck waving contest but you Anambra folks are too noisy for my liking... You'd think Anambra is paradise on earth with the you lot run your mouth on this forum... Other Igbos can't even stand you guys, you seriously need to get a grip, and get back to planet earth... Jheez!!
Yes you do otherwise you wouldnt be here parroting Dayo line of attack.

And what does that have anything to do with what we are discussing.

You folks act like Lagos is heaven on Earth when its a step above a glorified dump. Why don't you get a grip and see how actual cities are being built instead of the half as.s copy you guys brag about?

At the end of the day GDP is where it begins and enda for Oyo. Big whoop.
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 9:11pm On Dec 31, 2012
My thing is thay you are criticizing Anambra's education stats and Nigerian education. That's fine, but what education do you think the folks that calculated the GDP figure you are holding on used? Papua New Guinea education? Bangladeshi education? Turkey degree?
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 9:02pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: Who cares?? With the 90% female literacy level(Nigerian education loooool), what have they achieved?? The most important thing is the GDP and the creation of wealth - and Oyo state has a higher GDP than Anambra... grin
Thia coming from a guy who has never seen Nigeria cheesy

What has Oyo achieved with its GDP? Is quality of life better than Abuja? Akwa Ibom even cheesy

Let it be the next state to watch. No one will take you seriously if you have a populatiom dumb as a rock and children dying before they can walk.

Cuba that has embargoes up the a.s.s has better HDI than Nigeria and is poor what da fuq is thatcheesy
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:59pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: You compared the GDPs of the countries against their standard of living and I cited why the standard of living in Japan is better than China... GDP per capita in china is $8,382 and Japan is $46,895... So common sense should be able to tell you why the standard of living in Japan is better than China!!

I don't have time for your other tosh - I'm just here to set the records straight! undecided undecided
The standard of living has nothing to do with GDP.

The US GDP is larger than Norway but quality of life is higher in the latter.

You don't want to answer the rest because your bs cant explain away fact and actual truth.

GDP in Nigeria is higher than Ethiopia's so why the hell when it comes to infant mortality their rates have gone down while Nigeria's are some of the highest in the world?

You folks try to bs everyone and everything wheb the real joke is on you.
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:49pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: However, can we use the standard of education in Nigeria to judge that? Albeit the difference between the two states in terms of female literacy is not really that much, anyway... Oyo's GDP on the other hand is more than twice the GDP of Anambra...
What kind of argument is that? We can count one stat that favors me but not the one that favors someone else. Its a big difference by the way Anambra is pushing about 90%+ with female literacy which is very important considering most populations are majority female.

So what about GDP? With all this extra money why is education attainment better in the "poor" SE then?
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:44pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: However, China's population is like 100 times the population of Japan....

Do the maths and see why the standard of living in Japan is better than China - that's just common sense! undecided
What does populatiom have to do with anything.

America has more people than Nigeria and has a better quality of life several times over.

Is it anyone's fault the America thinks investing in its citizens is worthwhile?

Unlike Nigeria, China's HDI will continue to get better because they are actually doing something about it. While you dummies argue about two poor states in an equally poor country.

Even poor as dirt Ethiopia will meet MDG set by the UN before Nigeria with Africa's second largest population.

Excuses...
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:41pm On Dec 31, 2012
shymexx: However, is Anambra better than Oyo state - yes, or no??

Nigerian education is irrelevant because the standard appalling! undecided
On female literacy. Yes.
On number of children who receive life saving immunizations before five years old. Yes.

According to the BBC stats Lagos, Rivers, and Abuja have real wealth to talk about.

Better is figurative in my opinion, each state offers different things that suit certain needs.
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:38pm On Dec 31, 2012
I cant believe the way these people a screaming GDP as though its what matters grin

China's GDP is bigger than Japan's are we now going to honestly say China beats Japan on living standards? Or quality of life?
PoliticsRe: Something Is Happening In Ekiti — For Real! by Crayola1: 8:31pm On Dec 31, 2012
dayokanu: The day Anambra reaches the level of Oyo, heavens would fall.

Bring the GDP of Anambra and compare it with Oyo

Bring out any Stats out any HDI Oyo bests Anambra everyday of the week including weekends

Anambra ko Umblerra ni
On education, immunizations for children, and all the indicies that actually matter Anambra is much better. What good is GDP if you have an illiterate population? High infant mortality?

Anambra's literacy among women is one of the highest in Nigeria. You learn a hell of a lot about a population from how women are doing.

Those stats can be found on the BBC website which was tabulated by WB and UN.

GDP is the reason why America is doing better than Nigeria, what a joke cheesy

PoliticsRe: Where Is Gej's Enugu "International Airport"? by Crayola1: 8:44pm On Dec 29, 2012
mens dept: Those pictures are nothing more than shameful. Since 2001 that OBJ began his "Approval" of the International Airport in Enugu, along with Kema CHikwe (who tried to smuggle herself into the senate last year and lost) who was the then Aviation Minister, to the current GEJ and his Igbotic Aviation Minister, the airport is just a joke.

Meanwhile we've had (stupid) governors from all the Eastern States who cared less about this project, along with Orji Kalu who is known to operate quack airlines in neighboring African countries paid for by funds belonging to the complacent Abia people.

The APGA governors nko, they dont care as well, and frankly, maybe FIFA or Obama will have to come and do the job since the current Easterners arent shyyyyt (despite what they think).

People wake up and follow in the footsteps of the Aba women of 1929 and common Imo people that built their own dayum airport. Again see the airport built by people who we thought were less promising: Czech Rep
Nigerian Airports suck period. Even Abuja's the supposed crown jewel of Nigeria is a glorified bus terminal so what is your point? Please point out one airport in Nigeria worth talking about so we can compare and contrast grin

MMA? PH? Any of them that would give a Detroit Grayhound bus station a run for its money?
