Remember that you need to attach separate letter addressing the refusal point, add all means of communication you have...call logs, emails, Skype, whatsapp, BBM, facebook messages.....basically all the means you have used to communicate.

Evidence of money sent to you, gift etc.....if he doesn't send money then explain how you have been surviving since he left.....its important that you explain these things to the ECO.

Ok. So, I will be the one writing this letter now and not him.

THE ENTRY CLEARANCE OFFICER, BRITISH DEPUTY HIGH COMMISSION, LAGOS. NIGERIA.

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Mr XXXXX, a student at XXXX university with Passport Number XXXXXX and DOB XXXX, do hereby declare that i am formally inviting my wife (your name), with DOB; XXXXX and Passport number XXXX to join me bla bla .....

He will email it to you to include in your application package.

So what you are saying is that he should compose the email as if he is writing it to the embassy but then he should send it to my email address. or do we need to copy them in the email as well, if yes, what is their email address.

- His bank Statement of Account
- TB Test Result
- Wedding Certificate both white and court
- Wedding pix
- His Visa and Passport data pages (Scanned copies)
- His CAS Letter
- Invitation Letter but right now I have just a scanned copy.

My worry now is the invitation letter. If he sends a new one, by the time it gets here, the statement of account might be 30 days old and the money in the account right now is not cool if I decide to get a new statement.
Thats y I asked if I can use scanned copy of the invitation letter especially since my previous application is very recent.

You are married. As long as the name on the statement of account bear the same name you filled for her in the forms and also same on the marriage certificate.

Point of correction brother, nobody intends to stage any protest. What was concluded on was that a representative of ours should visit NDDC to make enquiry from the right quarters concerning delay in the released of the list.

In as much I don't wanna discredit your information this time around, I must let you know that we are 'tired' because if care is not taking this week we go as usual without anything showing up thereby delaying any proactive measure that ought to have done by us to facilitate the release of the list.

I still concur to the idea that we should visit there tomorrow whether the letter is being typed or not.

Morning all, if that's the case, let's make it happen on Tuesday, that's tomorrow, so far we have three reps, that's FCT, Mountaintop and Log1.
So plz can make use today to plan how the visit is going to be. Bethiano, the questions u listed sounds cool to me. Will see if I can come up with more. Also if anyone has additional questions he feels is important, please feel free to share it with the house.
I will also advice the three reps start connecting with each other so that they can make the necessary arrangements on where and how to meet.
