It's only your LLB/university credentials that'll be evaluated. And if you are in no hurry and need a better assessment of your LLB to gain more 8points, then it must be assesses by IQAS. Unfortunately they are a bit slow nowadays.

Just use employment. Government category is for government officials. Seniors confirm if am correct

Just wondering, is it possible that having any visa refusal in the past for either PA or the spouse can make one to be stuck at NA2.

My additional documents status changed about 3 weeks ago to we do not need any additional documents but my file is still at CIO as at yesterday.I have been on NA2 for 43days.
CIC doesn't have any regular pattern

Please is there any particular reason why some files stay longer at NA2 while others don't.

For Guys writing IELTS, don't take it for granted. It is your key to getting a high score.

Gift Deed Affidavit can be used, regardless of how long the money has stayed in your account, Utilize your LOE well. . . Maybe it's Favor or not, It worked for me.

The spirit of waiting and patience is key. I battled with these for long, but pray to be filled with the Spirit of Positive Mindset, this will help tame the doubting Thomas and the negative "What Ifs" that will make you Worry.

I can confirm it's a negligible ommission as applicants who made similar errors in the past were not adversely affected by it. The error is not material and can be later explained as such through LOE if asked. People who even failed to mention they had visa refusals in the past still scale through so what is returned application scenario? Relax sir, please move on to researching about your new province and new country.

As your spouse's previous application was not processed before it was returned, it will not affect your current application adversely.

Thanks Blackbuddy. But my worry is that while filling my application, I answered NO in the section that they asked if my spouse have applied for Permanent Residence before.

Why would my spouse and baby have 10 digits UCI and I have 8 digits.

She applied for FSWP in 2014 and her application was returned even before her account was debited.

My major concern now is I didn't mention that in my application.

What do you advise

I tried to look into your question.

From what I can gather, CIC simply wants you to provide an ECA. Typically, this should be sufficient since it already proves that your education is equivalent to a Canadian degree. Chikena!

However, people go ahead to add certificates, statements of result and sometimes transcript to the application. Which isn't bad, but in real sense just superfluous.

I may be wrong sha. But if you don't have the certificate, there's not much you can do. You should go ahead and submit the statement of result. I believe you'll fine. WES after all accepted same without raising an eyebrow.

Do you want to submit this for evaluation with WES? Then yes, some people who didn't have certificates submitted statement of results and still got their WES evaluated. Of course, school still needs to send transcript. I'd suggest you send an email to WES to enquire after this. They'll reply you quickly.
