I always notice that the oil I am using to fry chin chin is always foamy and most times the foamy oil will raise and start flowing out from the frying pan.

This always happens when I am frying the 2nd or 3rd batch of the chin chin. Anyone has an idea why this might be happening and how I can stop it from happening.

This is totally a very bad mindset, you can't say she will do the rest just like that. You guys need to agree to move the family in love and understanding. You guys should agree on how much each party will provide. Your statement can also mean that you will only do 10% because that's what you can do and then leave the 90% for her to carry.

As far as I am concerned the journey of marriage is not easy on both the man and woman. The society has placed a lot of responsibilities on both parties and when they focus on fighting who should do what it doesn't help. Women has their own responsibilities which they carry and they men don't get to talk about.

The goal should be for couples to have a mutual understanding on how they should run their home, financially and otherwise.

Lagos VFS has doing as if they are on a SLOW MO CHALLENGE. Some applicants got their Stamped passports 30 to 40 days after where as Abuja VFS was much faster.


What you can do is this

If you have gotten a Tracking ID from Lagos VFS,
you have to Bombard them with Calls until any of their agents pick

I called vfs this morning on this number 08150188800 and they informed me the passport was shipped out since 22nd of December. The lady I spoke to gave me the UPS tracking number.

When I tried tracking the passport on ups site it was showing the package has been abandoned.

Please anyone with similar experience should advise too.

Hi guys, I found that VFS gave a wrong address to UPS. I had to double check if the mistake was from me but it was an error from their end. I have sorted this with UPS and I pray to get the passports in coming days. However, I think we really need to fight this courier being the only option for passport pickup. It doesn't seems to be reliable. They should be able to allow people to schedule appointment for passport pickup instead forcing everyone to use courier. A lot of applicants are in Lagos and can easily go pickup their passport themselves without using the courier.

VFS global Nigeria has a big problem, I chatted here sometime ago about my passport, I got an insider phone number and he told me that my passport has been with UPS courier service since 31/12/2020 . I will advise you get the UPS tracking number from VFS so that you will know the true state of your parcel. Mine was showing PACKAGE ABANDONED and further inquiry revealed that VFS gave them a wrong address.

You can write that she's coming to spend her annual leave with your family. You can add that having a new baby in Canada is a new and difficult experience for you especially being far away from home and that having a support system during the period will really go a long way for you and your family. Don't forget to add your baby's birth certificate
