not true. Gtb charges 2% of the amount as commission if source of the money was cash deposit. If it's inflow, it's 0.5%. They charge 5% of that commission as Vat. They charge $25 as telex, flat rate of 6k in naira as bank charge up to a particular amount. There is another charge again in naira.
Modified: anyone who needs dollar (inflow) to a local domiciliary account preferably gtbank should quote or pm me. I have up to $6k for sale.

Nahhhhh.... the 20dollars could be for whatever reason(s) I opened my GTbank dorm accounts with absolutely NO fees (pounds,Euro, dollar accounts) although I've been a customer with them before the account. Nevertheless I know someone still that opened exact same accounts mid July, with zero fees still.

I thought you are already past this stage. What happened?
I had to suspend the process due to factors beyond my control. I think I'm ready to try again. Thanks.

I have written at both centers twice each
judging from my own experience I give thumbs up to bellas as their environment is quiet and center is well organized, system glitches were minimal or non existent.
Thanks for the information.

The experience was very okay. I was the only one who wrote on that day. Just remember to cover the marker that will be given to you when you are not using it. I forgot to cover mine and I missed some words in the summarize spoken text before I was given another marker.

I'm planning to rewrite with UKEAS because it allows for the exam to be written on Mondays including Tuesdays & Wednesdays, whereas Bellaz is only available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Please if you have written with UKEAS, how was d experience like?
I haven't written before, this will be the first time I'll take the test. Although I heard UKEAS is almost always filled, thus very noisy. Thanks for the tip and best of luck.

No, Polaris bank card. Bellaz at Surulere.

Has anyone written PTE with UKEAS at Opebi before? How was the experience like?
Alright, thanks. Was your experience not good at Bellaz? I plan on writing there. Hopefully there'll be fewer people.

I used a dollar card and paid a little less than 47k
Was it a gtb card? And which of the centres did you take the test at?

Thanks.

Another tip I forgot to mention:

Join the frequent flyer programs of the airlines you fly with. Even if you don't become a Gold or Platinum member, you will often be the first to know about special]pecail offers.
Great tips! Thanks.

bughead:
which year did you work as CCR?

cos I know your caller ID do display on the screen as in now
Incoming calls are processed via an application. All the customer care agent does is to log into the app and start answering calls. Yes, the number of the caller is visible to the agent, but the agent has no control over how the calls are queued. The calls come in automatically.

MTN has a lot of subscribers. The best time to reach an agent would be when the world is asleep. Please note that your wait time on the queue doesn't translate to bad customer service. That's like saying a bank has bad customer service because of long queues.

Not to be one who only reports bad news. I got my order in 20 mins. Yeah they decided not to bother calling and came rushing. Fortunately I was just placing an order elsewhere so I was able to cancel in time. Who handles their online ads anyways? They could do with checking out online reviews and RESPONDING. #justsaying
Is CR the only fast food restaurant close by or they serve the most delicious meals?? huh

KPIs are measured by Agent Schedule Adherence, Service Level Agreement, Quality Rating, Average Handling Time, and first call resolution.

we get daily, weekly and monthly reports. If a representative gets below 85% for 3 consecutive months, he/she gets called out. You might even get a warning mail, depending on how bad the performance is. @kaycodes

Being able to help people keeps me going too. Plus nothing can compare to that feeling of satisfaction after resolving an issue that seemed liked a tough nut. I enrolled in a customer service institute and took some courses that led to a Customer Service Professional certification. I'm also considering ITIL, though I'm not in the technical support field @kaycodes

I'm a Customer Service Professional and I love what I do. It could be challenging sometimes, especially when dealing with difficult customers, but I've come to enjoy even those encounters. It's a shift job and that's where I have the MOST challenge @kaycodes
