You can go to websites that sell premium templates, they do have some premium free templates they give out. Check: joomlart, joomshaper, joomlashine, shape5, themexpert, etc.

Some things are not right here:
1. The money that was refunded, whose money is it? The money paid to you by the client or 2checkout money? If it's the 60% paid to you by the client that was refunded, why is 2checkout asking you to pay them?

2. It's impossible and against the principle of fair hearing for 2checkout who serves as an intermediary between you and the client to issue a refund without contacting you to hear your own side of the transaction.

3. Why would you send the files to him without getting your balance and making him send you a message of satisfaction? He should have seen the work from your own server and even login and see all the features. When he's satisfied and paid the balance, you will then transfer the files to him.

So, it's either you are joking or there is something you are not telling us.

Export your database from phpmyadmin of your old host. You will have it as databaseName.sql. Then go to the phpmyadmin of the new host and import the database you earlier exported. Change the details of your configuration.php to correspond and boom, your site is up and running.

For the past two weeks or so, I have been reading through a beautiful book titled THE LORDS OF STRATEGY written by Walter Kiechel III, the former Managing Editor of Fortune Magazine.

The book is, at least so far that I have read, about the birth and the systematic evolution of the whole concept of strategy education and practice in business and the early kingpins who were involved in formulating and propagating it and their respective stories.

Today I want to first share with you an interesting paragraph from the book, because this paragraph kinda serves as a good backdrop for what I will be talking about today. The first paragraph of Chapter 2 of the book says:

"THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP opened its doors for business on July 1, 1963, with "one room, a desk, no telephone, and no secretary," according to the firm's official history of its early years.
