but lets not forget, sludge is a huge culprit in car engines, sludge occurs from not changing ur oil frequently or a car that is driven for very short distances,.....a sludged engine will overheat,consume fuel and finally fail

akinorija: For now the sensor are not available in nigeria,but for sure the problem will not affect your engine performance .

pls dont give wrong advice...depending on the sensor that is bad...if its the pre cat sensors...over time...it will lead to damage of ur CAT....plus the added fuel consumption...most nigerians drive their cars with bad o2 sensors...........but its more cost effective to spend 10 to 15k n buy the sensor in the long run

saves fuel if u shut the engine off..but then u will looose power steering...and also if ur car is 4 wheel drive...it damages the transmission.......coasting in neutral with the engine on...doesnt save fuel..its same as if its in drive n ur foot is off the accelerator

just buy the sensor and replcae..cost abt 60 to $120.,in the us, u cant see new one to buy in naija...n buying toks sensor is meaninless
