The problem is dangote wrongfully investing in petroleum refinery when the future of fossil fuel in under a no distance threat
The report of yesterday says dangote refinery might been confiscated by financiers and Energy Agency, as completion had eluded several deadlines mounting to huge depths.
Let's compare with Elon musk who investing in future and green energy solution , that would yield enormous benefits for helping the masses cut the cost of power and saving the planet, and what about investors confidence
Nigeria is obsessed with oil just as Thurin was obsessed with gold Even when the red line has been crossed
Dangote can always remain rich but for analysis and economy, there's an error he bluntly yielded to |

breathelove: Wow... your feelings about this are quite deep. Or do I say dangerously deep. No doubt, Nigeria has fail everyone but by acting as if the southeast isn't part of the failed system is very wrong. All parts of Nigeria including the Igbos should take responsibility and not continue the blame game. Again, even if we must create a biafra the present Ipob strategy is a loser strategy. Nnamdi kanu played very smelly politics. He floated a radio station and used it for base tribal abuse. He had a bad name for every tribe. His tribalism only increased the Igbos hatred. He made the Igbos incapable of building bridges and finding support even among other tribes. He created a map of biafra including many tribes that are not interested in his struggle. Ipob made all the mistakes of 1966 all over again and they failed for the second time. Now they have increased insecurity in the southeast. Imo state is becoming the new borno. And to what end? Let's face it, we need to tell ourselves the truth this is a failed experiment. A wise man always knows when he has lost. Today, Ipob is blaming Kenya for kanu arrest, again he is failing to take responsibility for his poor judgment. The Igbos are among the smartest African but easily the worst politicians Whatever it is, these storms shall calm one day And we shall say hello in a new country of biafra Whatever the it is the mistakes, it shall be righted in due time And most things we see as mistakes is coming from the fogs of illusion when we thought biafra is impossible |

udele1: Only failures teach their children to abhore Nigeria. Those sane Igbo's succeeding in their business, dont do such. They are relocating to more reasonable, exposed and diplomatic regions . If you which to leave your homeland and relocate, we'll scatter all over the world without a home authority to stand for you, we'll be dispossessed, and may cease to exist as a people Do you wish us continue wandering all over the globe, finding homes in another man's tent Sometimes you may be thrown inside lagoon or jailed or enslaved or slaughtered outrightly without consequences Is it not better we die in the war they threaten us than face genecide without resistance I can't live to tell my children we once have a homeland Am sorry we couldn't go on with Nigeria. Nigeria is a conspiracy to exterminate us We're afraid |

breathelove: Funny you. You seem to be taking biafra as a religion sir. 1966 is a very long time. Most of us were not even born so why fight for a war that we know nothing about. The miscreants are disturbing the peace in igbo land and killing police. You think because of the death of some officers Buhari would allow biafra to happen? I think it's more than a religion, nationalism is always stronger than religion because it is the foundation of our very existence, our cradle, our nation, our roots, survival, hopes, just as the Sun rises every morning in the sky Even if it doesn't happen in 1966 we shall see the need to ask for biafra in this directionless and futureless country And we'll continue like this even to the end of the world unless biafra comes And we teach our children to abhore Nigeria and swear to restoration of the beloved motherland biafra Furthermore, self determination isn't a call for war as they've made you understand, and if the price is war, we shall pay it to see our homeland restored It is not about typing behind my keyboard, it is something real and deap, possessive and compelling When you see us fighting and dying for biafra, it is not our choice but its our destiny Biafra owns all of us, even our lives he owns it |
