I am trying to understand what you are saying here (sorry I have not had time to follow up the too many previous pages).

Nevertheless, if assuming you are talking about changed DOB which you could not effect correction until submission, that can be done from getting a pin from First Bank for WAEC change of DOB.

With respect to some PCMs getting their CALLUP LETTER and others not getting, there are certain thoughts I have been having.

Firstly, as you may have observed that NYSC has made significant changes to the registration process, in addition to the fact that they refused to provide such a date (as convension demands) for Callup Letter printing in the Time Table, they may have resolved to issuing out the Letter to anyone at anytime to aid in early preparation.

My second thought is that, since they may not have the right to impose payment for the LETTER upon PCMs, they may be doing that as a business strategy to cajole people into making the requisite payment.

JUST IMAGINE THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR REGISTRATION WITHOUT AND INTENDING NOT TO MAKE THAT PAYMENT, YET YOUR COUNTERPARTS IN APPROXIMATELY 50 DAYS TO CAMPING KNOW ALREADY WHERE THERE ARE TO SERVE. HOW WILL YOU FEEL ?? Probably obliged to even STEALING MONEY to do same.

Let's Just keep our fingers crossed and ensure to do what is required of us on time.

There are two things that may be responsible: either you have not made a choice out of the two available options or the site is yet to provide you a second option.

If the former be the case, you will need to make a selection from what is available. NYSC developed their web app and database in such a way that you MUST make two choices from the north and two from the south. But however, you will be provided only two options (like option 1 and 2 as opposed to the four) for initial selection. These of which when selected, will unveil the third and fourth respectively.

If the later be the case, you just have to give it a little more time - PATIENCE IS THE KEY WORD. It experienced between with some people between Yesterday and today.

FINALLY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SUBMIT. TOO LATE FOR MY SUPPOSED INTENTION

But why should I be forced to make a choice from Northern state first? that really amazes me.

As a result, the new NYSC way is that you must make two choices from the North and Two choices from the South which they decides which (Whether north or South) comes first.

Just continue and the 3rd to 4th states would be southern states

How I wished the Second and Fourth Choice is showing, probably it would've been a relief.

My major concern is that, I do not want to chose a northern state as my first choice. NO!

If your DOB is incorrect but below 30 years of age relative to the Date of graduation indicated when you sighted your name last week,

Then you either leave it that way and correct it in camp or

You get a WAEC SCRATCH CARD FROM FIRST BANK @ #300 only, though it might be a randomly generated pin number instead of a scratchable silver-sealed pin.

And the link to effect the change may not necessarily be available on your mail account link.

The reason for the missing link could also be that it's because the age of the DOB presented to you is not over 30 yrs, hence expecting you to go correct it in camp.

About your 4 states of choice, I doubt if all 4 states would be North because though I haven't registered myself but from the link I saw being uploaded here today, it's like when you click on the 1st choice set and you pick, you are expected to click on the 2nd set and pick again. Then same step is expected for the 3rd and 4th choices too.

Except if the above scenerio later changes then

Thank you sir for your suggestion. I just followed your guide asking me to select the first state for the first choice which indeed brought out the second choice. But unffortunately, the second choice was still filled with Core Northern state as well.

I guy ticked about 8 states between south-south and south-east and got many northern states.

Good evening house.
In my registration, my date of birth as indicated in the portal is different. There is no provision to change it. PLEASE I NEED SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.

Secondly, out of the four choices I need to make for state of deployment, I do not only have just the first to make but all the options are Northern States which are outside my area of interest.

Its been this way ever since I did it.

Please house, I need your timely responses as CROBBOY is just confused on my next course of action.

Seeing only Nothern states in the selections, I have decided to discontinue with the Registration for now. NYSC WILL NOT FORCE ME INTO MAKING A CHOICE BECAUSE THEY CLAIM WE ARE AT LIBERTY OF MAKING A SELECTION.
