Abbeyunique2:Thanks man. However, the NYSC site specifies that the online payment should be made with an Interswitch or Verve debit card. How about those of us that have GT Bank Master Card? |
Congratulation to our new Mr. A'16, eaglevision. I trust you'll be more effective than your Predecessor. |
Given the limitations banks poses as regards working on Sunday and also the Nigerian unstable system of online payment, the NYSC online registration would be difficult to complete the early hours of Monday. Are they alternatives? cc: LogoDWhiz Amodu Kbs468 Spinxytinxy ayosco2008 IghravweIG eaglevision and other well informed citizens here present |

LogoDWhiz:Unless it bridges constitutional norms of the city sir, I don't have issues with that in anyway. I understand we are humans of different temperaments - like Sanguines ![]() |
boboLIL:I COPY THAT! |
justified10:Well done dear! |
vingeophysicist:Conventionally, its usully a week to camping after registration, Unless NYSC decides to change the system |
ayosco2008:I COPY THAT! |
Fraih:I hear you clearly. I have finished with them. I can now attend to other things. |
Fraih:I hear you clearly! |
Rukkyola:TOO TOO funny ![]() ![]() ![]() |
ayosco2008:Noted! |
JaneJoanJohn:I will only be wasting other people's precious time - people in need of my JOBLESSLESS - with critics like you. HAVE A NICE DAY DEARIE! |
Fraih:Of course people have freedom of speech. But when these speeches create negative effects on others, you do not expect them to keep mute. The last time I checked, even until recently, there are people who claimed the same things these people are critical about are the major reasons there stay glued to this thread. And some these people work tirelessly to keep us informed at the expense of other things they should be doing. Because of their consistency online, many misinformed A'16 PCMs has had their advice on certain issues pressing them. THE LEAST I WILL EXPECT FROM ANYONE IS TO TRY TO DISCOURAGE THESE ONES IN ANY FORM FOR THESE FREE AND SELFLESS SERVICES THEY ARE OFFERING. If they decide to move out the street naked, provided they are available to keep on doing the good job which we have all benefitted from, LET THEM BE! |
JaneJoanJohn:Unfortunately for you, for some of us, the nature our job gives us the flexibility of meeting our clients from varying locations, some of them that will just want to eat up your time asking you to wait, which this great city, with focus on things that concerns me, gives me the opportunity to kill such times. I say this just in case you think all of us sit back at home, probably idling. Back to your criticism. like I said to boboLIL, and like I'll love to repeat, PEOPLE ARE WIRED DIFFERENTLY. So if you do not like certain things happening here, please make do of the alternative you have -QUIT THIS THREAD. PERIOD! |
boboLIL:And do you understanding that team or organisations create time for leisure and social interractions (which is often aimed re-energising people)? Don't Even your so called barca create pre-season periods were players have the liberty of doing other things (including attending to their wife(ves)? In terms of achieving the organisational objectives or 'NYSC and its ingredient' as you put it, can you tell me of any other thread or social gathering that has a far reaching impart on PCMs both at home and abroad as regards A'16 NYSC and its ingredient than this thread? Brother, go and sleep till monday if you have nothing of value to contribute unless you are running an Ad for your own THREAD yet to get public attention. |
boboLIL:I can bet from experience that people like you who tend to portray themselves as the serious minded people - concentrating on only money and business ideas - will not even recognise a TREE THAT PRODUCES MONEY when you see one! |
boboLIL:Nobody is trying to teach you romance here. People do things for different reason as much as they are wired. So if somethings don't suit your persality, then concentrate on what defines your heart beat. But remember, in the long haul, it all works for a common good and goal. When you begin to lead large number of people from different works of life, THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR SOME CERTAIN THINGS. |
boboLIL:Yes we truly need that change! Especially if that change will keep this thread going on and keep people glued to the thread as well. Remember, in the course of pouring out many NONSENSE, some SENSE will just slip out. As a businessman, I learned to understand that many businesses thrives in the midst of so many UNNECESSARY ACTIVITY. That is why Lagos still remains the Hub of Business in Nigeria. So is NYSC and its associated challenges. Didn't you learn something from the 'UNNECESSARY ARGUMENT' about Oyo and Osun state last night? That is what all that helps in doing. |
boboLIL:More grease to your elbow with your Journalism! |
AkSquared:Brother, I thought you have the wisdom of King Solomon ![]() Even though your DAD is the Director General of NYSC, you should know that public places like this (no offence Golden City) are unsuitable for this your affirmation of influencing your service. Don't you think NYSC staff may be illegal citizens of this city who can decide to frustrate your effort by changing their system of doing things ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Please take your time to Read. It might be of help. greatestman:My brother, you're just thinking in the same line of thought as I do. The way the schools perform their various activities (Like Unical my own school), Observation has made me understand that Its almost impossible for you to go for service without coming to your school first even though NYSC provides an online platform for getting your Call-Up Number and Letter. For instance, Your certificate of graduation and the ID card which you are to use during the service year is provided within the week to camping. Now the question is, how do you intend to get these things without going to school yourself Or are you planning to entrust such a responsibility to a friend, driver's way bill, an air line or whatever (since you think going to your distant school is a challenge) when obviously you know the risk and delay that can be associated with using any of those alternatives? However, even though these facts are visible to everyone, NYSC also know that most PCMs (especially smart ones) will still need the Online printing of these letters (whether or not their school is 5 foots in front of their houses). This is because PCMs usually have the challenge of having their call up letter mutilated, damaged or even lost prior to camping or challenge of having delay imposed by schools with respect to timely delivery of these letters (just like many schools including Unical who deliver these letters even two days after camping has started). If the former be the case, how do you easily get a replacement for your mutilated, damaged or lost Call Up later withing a short time interval? If the later be the case, what happens to a CM posted from Cross River to Sokoto who needs to travel by road requiring almost if not more than a full day journey to arrive at the state and thereafter, the camp ground? MY ADVICE: BROTHER, SISTER OR HERMAPHRODITE, PLEASE PAY THE SMALL N3000 TO AVOID STORIES THAT TOUCHES THE HEART! Good Morning All and Happy Birthday to Senator Amodu. |
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY HONOURABLE SENATOR AMODU. - May God Bless you abundantly with more of.your expectations cc amodu |
