Right on point but have you ever wondered why NYSC still maintaining same program schedule for all Corps Members irrespective of the different courses and disciplinary background? With same mentality behind the posting of majority of them to schools as teachers? without the fundamental teaching background training? Do you even know that the Real and genuine work experience mostly recognised by institutions and employers of labour is actually the Nysc job experience? Because almost everybody had one time or the other undergone the same experience?

The list is on and on but let me just stop Bro.

Absolutely yes, you're just on my track.

It is because of scenarios like the one described above that makes NYSC to limit major posting to schools and teaching - which roughly anyone can do - knowing that we've all been teachers from birth (either teaching our siblings, parents, relatives, friends, classmates, etc) than send them to places where they'll be required to learn/acquire a new skill, talent, or physical strength before they can become effective.

Remember, you will not find Corp members who are posted to schools that Studied 'English and Literary Studies' being forced to teach Physics, or Anatomy Graduate being forced to teach Government, or a Graduate of Law forced to teaching Mathematics.....

It is usually within their area of discipline, profession and perceived abilities.

From my experience in the corporate world, test usually are given ralative to individual's ability(ies), else as an employer, you will wind up taking responsibities for staffs casualties sustained during working hours of the said staff.

For instance, the fact that Mr. A can dig the ground to Sea level (12hours a day without food) and create a well is not a suggestion Mrs. B who's also a human can do same. Probably, Mrs. B can accomplish the direct opposite.

THAT IS WHY WE HAVE PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM WITH DIFFERENT STRENGTHS ALL FOR A COMMON GOAL.

People are wired differently!

Good afternoon Good people of Golden City, Happy Sunday to you all. Here it goes, I graduated August 2014 and I was suppose to join C14 but my Dept didn't prepare our result on Time so I missed after been very active in batch C14 thread.
That aside, I followed A15 thread hoping to go with them now guess what ? My school went on strike on the 2nd of Jan 2015(internal) okay all hope was not lost and the yeye strike was called off by june/july, Because of the effect of the strike, they didn't mobilise much and I missed again after being active with the likes of hilsocial,2el and others in B15, I gained my freedom from B15 to this Great City "GOLDEN CITY". The Citizens had no choice than to appoint me minister of Foreign Affairs cause I was active in those threads. To cut the story short.

Ladies and gentlemen Crutech have uploaded and for God so kind my name is there and am good to go.

NYSC Batch A Stream 1 is likey to begin 4th or so to return 24th ( From My Calculations)
So all incoming otondos should take note...

I understand you're trying to be of great assistance to members of this city who have not been priviledged to verify their names on the NYSC approved senate list due to one or two issues associated with them, their school, or the NYSC body.

But what I refuse to come into agreement with is you considering 'This forum to be very dull'.

The last time I checked, boboLIL and other well-knowledged members of this city have been working effortlessly to keep everyone updated about recently Uploaded school records on the NYSC website.

I have a strong conviction that nobody in this city is actually a paid NYSC staff who have the responsibility of providing such information on a minute-by-minute basis as you may be expecting; thereby making our informant to be reliant on information from fellow PCMs.

I believe if you follow through on previous comments and pages, you will find useful information as regards your quest.

Every letter in a JAMB number is unique to an individual. You may need to set things clear with your DSA just to be sure of what they have in record

Some schools might upload and then it won't be attended to until the NYSC staffs are available to effect the uploading and make the updating necessary!

Basically, you're agreeing to my point of view that NYSC is responsible for some of the issues our members are attributing to their Institition?

Like when you fill a form online.
You submit details about yourself.

But in some cases, they bring out a page containing some details in which you've submitted and then allow you to print them!

It therefore means that for some of our members whose school have not been uploaded might probably be the fault of NYSC themselves, not necessarily the school - owing to limited number of staffs in the NYSC body responsible for all the Hundreds of Universities (both local and International) embarking on the same activity

For people who may have been familiar with our predecessors who went through the NYSC Registration process, and camping, what in your observation were their likely complains, challenges and defined solutions.

This will guide some of us in our preparation.
