Bro, I understand how you feel, and i'm equally as anxious as you are, I get email notifications and I say to myself "could this be ptdf?" but the bitter truth is this, the best we can do right now is "wait and pray". Nobody here is going to give you accurate answers to the questions you may have. Personally, in recent times, whenever I get updates on this thread, am expecting to see that the list is out (with evidence) and emails are rolling in. So my advice is this (even though you don't have to take it), prepare your mind for the possible outcomes, plan accordingly and be calm because only God & the ptdf management knows when the list will be released for sure. Remember the key points in all I have written, prayers, planning and patience, see you at the top.

My advise for you is to know what loads you intend running regularly with the generator, and find the total value in watts. from there things become clearer as you can actually save some money in fuel consumption, and in purchase by buying a smaller sized Generator. please stick to Thermocool or Firman products (buy from accredited stores, not online or by the roadside)

it's 2.5kva next is 5.0kva that fireman have. Any 3.5 or4.5kva for firman is fake.

Can 2.5kva or 3.5kva power your AC Yes, but the enginee will get weak and the coil will be burn within a year or 2 years of usage. Reason I recommended 4.5kva

The trick to this is having a total understanding of your loads, requirements, and what the Gen is offering (its running watts or power). i'll use my personal experience as a typical example. there are other household items available, but the following are constant loads (always on when i put on my Gen) i have a 1.5hp lg dual inverter Ac installed in my sitting room, when used on Gen mode, the power consumption is 1095W, without Gen mode, its rated 1170W. other basic items like my tv (58W), decoder (50W), soundbar (30W), fridge (105W) and some energy saving lights (180W). adding up all the listed loads assuming am using Gen mode on my Ac is 1518W. Now i am using a Firman ECO3990ES generator rated at 2600W (3.3Kva) when running, and 2900W (3.6Kva) when Starting. If you do the maths, you will discover that am just at 58% of the Generator Capacity so it runs so smoothly without much stress. summary is my Gen is offering 2600W, my constant Load is 1518W, with an overhead of about 1000W, am i making sense to you?

Can any of the two carry 1.5 Samsung inverter ac with iron at the same time or 1.5 inverter ac with 9kg washing machine or 1.5 inverter ac with standing fridge at the same time?
