I'm wondering if it's at this briefing/orientation meeting (Nov 5) that award letters would be issued. Or will awardees have to attend another award ceremony sometime later? Any idea?

The briefing is just to tell us how to behave, let us know how life is there, encourage us to study, then give us 10k to calm us down because we na Niger delta youths and can agitate. Lol. They'd then let us know when to come pick up our letters. Info gotten from a friend who got it last year. He just came back two days ago and I'm going to visit him today here in lagos before I leave for phc.

You'd come back baba. Attend, pick up your letter, submit it to the school, NDDC will pay and the school will refund it back to your account.

Meanwhile. I'm still praying that those who havent received, especially those who have sweated it out with us in this forum do get theirs. A lot of people I know who've got the text got it on merit. Please no one should bite my ear, I'm only just saying what I've observed. Keep the faith. Thanks
