ameri9ja: Being wealthy is a full-time job
There's a foolish impression that once you have a lot of money, you can kick back and relax. To some degree this is true. You can have more choice, and you can buffer situations in your life to some degree. However, once you have assets you have to manage them, protect them, and maintain them. You need to worry about being sued, so you need insurance. You need to hire people to do stuff for you, and you need to manage them. Delegation is really hard.
If you're not careful, you will make your life more complex, with more things, and more activities. Perhaps you will use spending money and buying things as a cheap way of avoiding self-awareness. Perhaps you will become obsessed with hoarding your money and maximizing its growth.
Some people become very suspicious of other people, not trusting that they really have friends, thinking that others are trying to get at their wealth. Even with the best intentions, others will seek funding and support from you. They want you to invest in their businesses and projects. They want to borrow money. All of this is a massive strain on your ability to be aware of your boundaries, and avoid being co-dependent or enabling.
It's really challenging being wealthy. Approach with caution. Well said bro, well said. |

Charris2284: As a white woman with Italian ancestry, I think black women are some of the most beautiful women alive. Their skin can appear so much smoother in tone and hides blemishes more, as well as makes one appear more youthful and slim.
Why do you suppose women of fairer skin spend money on tanning aides? The skin tanning industry is huge!
My daughters have beautifully thick, luxurious locks. Just because some do not know how to handle and care for it (namely whites), doesnt make it unattractive. Natural hair is stunning.
Makes me sick people still are out here putting down women of any race, not to mention the race of the origin of MANKIND.
Idiots. Those guys are still babies in thinking, shallow and unproductive to this nation. |

Romance › Re: Cheating Or Just Innocent Conversation? by CsRockefeller(m): 8:19am On Mar 05, 2018 |
Charris2284: I used to be a thick build. In the years after my divorce, about 3 years now, I've gained a ton of weight. About 150lbs. I don't carry my weight in my face. I still can look a bit shapely if I try. I'm not the girl who carries all of her excess weight in her gut (but I do have a gut). I'm a pear shape so a lot of my weight tends to go to my lower half but that's not to say I don't have excess weight in my midsection because I surely do. There's no denying that I am a very heavy set girl these days. Another thing is that he reallllllly doesn't want me to lose weight. At first, he insisted that I didn't lose any. After months of telling him my health is now being compromised, he finally said yes to my losing lots of weight. Again his exes are all thin. Why would he be opposed to me being thin? Because if I am thin, in his mind, Id leave him for another guy. But lol even if I am fat, I could easily pull a man who is attracted to bigger women. So he just assumes that fat ladies cant get a man. I actually read a conversation on his messenger one day that flat out said "fat women cant get boyfriends". Granted, that conversation was years old and while he was still in school I believe, but it just goes to show what he thinks of bigger women. Appreciate the compliment. Thank you. Sounds like this guy just what to eat his cake and have it, i think he's a little bit insecure and deep down he's scared of loosing you but isn't ready to commit ( more like I'm not ready now and no one should have her) but if you don't mind how long have you known this guy? |
Romance › Re: Cheating Or Just Innocent Conversation? by CsRockefeller(m): 7:18am On Mar 05, 2018 |
Charris2284: I'm currently 150lbs overweight. Lol. Im not thin or even thick by any measure.
I only emphasize it because it doesmt make sense to me why a man of average weight (hes a little on the thicker side but isnt by any means "big" ), who's exes are all of a thin build, would want to date and marry a large woman? It doesnt add up. Men are very visual creatures. All men have a "type".
Yes, Ive lost over 100lbs in the past after my 4th child, so I know I am capable of losing weight. My mentioning of my weight, children, age (hes 27 and Im 34) is just to point out the inconsistencies with him. Not that I am a worthless human being. With what I can see you are not fat, you look very young and you are very attractive, maybe its just because both of you haven't met yet. You have had six kids and still look hot, its just a matter of time before à sharp guy sweeps u off your feet. |

NYSC › Nysc Business Watsap Group by CsRockefeller(op): 3:10pm On Feb 24, 2018 |
Good day everyone, I'm a corps member from plateau state, like we know, the Nysc introduced the skill acquisition program (Saed) to assist us as they jobs are now scarce.
I enrolled in the poultry class, and today I'm on the verge of starting something in the agriculture value chain, i know most of us (myself included) dream of having great jobs, but before that time we can't just fold our hands and do nothing.
So, i want to open a watasp group for corps members either currently involved in a business or has a business he/she wants to dive into. This is open to everyone in all part of the country so that we can meet and discuss how we can network, share ideas and help ourselves.
Whether you are into farming, manufacturing, cosmetology, painting, leather works to mention but a few, this group is for you.
If there is a project that you have on your mind and you think people can key into it as shareholders this group is also for you.
Trust me, no matter how brilliant your idea is, you can't do it alone, and no matter how brilliant you think you are, you don't know it all, so let's come together and rub minds.
Many hands they say make light work, so drop your number and let's begin.
Let's help ourselves succeed before the service year runs out. |

Good afternoon everyone, I'm here again, some of you will say this dude again!! Yes, I'm here again because I have a very vast knowledge in some business, I'm very attentive, I love seeking out for new adventures especially in business.
I have experience in waste recycling (palletizing and re grinding).
So that's my area of concern today, if you are financially buoyant, and you are thinking of where to invest into, i will recommend this poly products business to you, mind you, I'm talking of about N2 -N5 million here, especially if you don't have a space, and the machines.
I will act as a consultant, and put you through the steps from ground zero, i don't have any eBook, but will practically be with you all through the way, if you want to go into nylon extrusion, you can also holla, I've been in these line of business since I was 17. Paucity of funds is preventing me from starting my own company.
If what you can afford is just marketing and distribution, selling the products, then there is a place for you too.
So basically, I'm here for Poly products, Nylon Extrusion and probably waste recycling.
If you stay outside Lagos, and you have constant electricity like places in jos, then its also good for you, if you stay in a place where events is the order of the day, then this is for you.
Shalom, thanks for reading. My contact is zero seven zero 394 zero 435 two. |

It ended there and i didn't have any contact with her up until November 2017, suddenly we became close again and the feelings resurrected, since she was the last person i really liked. zaragal: You know cami, when you chase after a lady for too long, even if she had interest in you, they will lose that interest and won't have value for you.
We humans always want to have the things that dont chase after us. That lady doesn't love you... I don't think she ever did.... Begging her only reduces your self worth and brings you to no value. Try to manage ur ego especially with ladies...stop begging her!!...move on!! Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Thanks so much for that exposé, if i knew all these since I'm sure i would have acted different. Read too much academic books that i neglected the ones that talk about emotional intelligence. Thanks dear. |
