LoveDecay:Your intelligence is watery. Igbos don't need a central leadership to understand authority hence our inherent sophistication uncommon to most backward African societies. A chief in any part of igboland is respected in any part of the Igbo realm. Get a bit of knowledge before coming to blab here you illiterate. |
Pprovost:Beauty is not exclusive to any tribe as an individual, true. But some demographics tend to be more beautiful on average than others. The brazillians are more beautiful on average than say Kenyans. The igbos are more beautiful on average than say, the yorubas. Get a bit of comprehension before quoting me. |
lol @ Aisha toto belongs to us all. ![]() These people will not kill me with laugh. |
sukkot:Her mother is unusually beautiful for a Yoruba woman . Or maybe it is the money and care from a caring Igbo husband as usual that is at work in her life, coupled with good Igbo genetics from the husband and then you get a beautiful Igbo daughter. ![]() |
dadabashua1:Yemi alade may be of an Igbo mother. But she is not eligible for this kind of Igbo chieftaincy title because her father is not Igbo which may be right or wrong according to your ideology. That is the difference between her and Unoaku. Even the name shows us who is Igbo and who is not. |
free2blast:Intelliegence seems to be a big deal for you afonjas. I don't hate her mother. I just don't care. There is a difference between hating and not caring. Her father is Igbo. That is what matters and that is what counts. Her mother could be Togolese or Kenyan, still wouldn't matter. Now get off my back and go prepare for Monday's owoda as usual. |
Trina0936:Just the usual afonja antics. ![]() Ignore them . |
Her father is Igbo, so she is Igbo through and through . If her father was Yoruba, there is no way in hell she would get a foremost chieftaincy title in igboland , unless maybe as a Nigerian politician which would then be a mere honourary title. |
free2blast:We don't hate her, you ghoul. That is an assumption that exists only in your backward Yoruba mind. We love her and we gave her a chieftaincy title courtesy of her father's name as a true daughter of igboland, and she represents Ekulobia and indeed igboland wherever she goes as a chief of our land. |
sukkot:Much better than yours I would bet. |
free2blast:Who gives a hoot if she has an afonja mother? She is not the first female to earn chieftaincy in igboland. And she is just another beauty queen walking in the long line of past and present Igbo beauty queens. Besides, her father's name is anyadike. That is what matters. |
sukkot:Ofcourse, it has to be an uncivilized, uncircumcised afonja philistine that gets to have a say. What is your business with her chieftaincy? Are you Igbo? Is your father Igbo? What is the correlation between an afonja and whoever gets chieftaincy in igboland? ![]() |
Airforce1:It is a two way street. Generally, Igbo men and women have good genetics that culminates in beautiful offsprings. ![]() |
Nigeria will never be able to enjoy America's diplomatic power and technological help that nations like Israel, korea , japan and many other nations enjoy and have made them rich and prosperous. We have so many Nigerians in the US working in positions of power that should normally skew things in Nigeria's favour in American circles, but it will never happen, why? Because Nigeria is a nation governed by dictators and blood thirsty mad men who wouldn't mind slaughtering fellow citizens just to have their way. Everything the American people hate. Enemies of the people who are closet anti-western in thinking and orientation garbed in a robe of false and mis-directed patriotism. America is a very sophisticated society. A country with a leader like buhari will never enjoy American patronage . It will not happen in a million years. Congress will veto any presidential directive to that effect. And with the global IPOB lobbying both the West and eastern power brokers and protesting in global institutions like the UN, EU, Nigeria will continue to be isolated and treated like a 5 year child asking for a bazooka. ![]() |
I doubt that Mr femi. Their economy is more sophisticated, more diversified, though smaller. Their ICT sector is probably the best in Africa. Their Currency is competing favourably with the dollar right now, and the standard of living is increasing steadily. Nigeria is the complete opposite. |
Shewunoshewa:It is a fact. Most of the Igbo major businesses making waves now are less than 20 years old. The ones we had in the 60s that should be forbes billionaires by now were stolen by awolowo the infamous finance minister, and given over to hopeless Yoruba incompetents who wrecked it all. |
Money money money. IGBOS MAKING MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$444 Iroko-NETFLIX PARTNERSHIP.
|
basilo101:I didn't even want to go into Igbo wealth distribution because the average afonja cannot understand it. I just promised him an explosion of South east forbes billionaires in the coming decade and it is happening . ![]() |
ShootToKill:They destroyed those companies with their afonja economics. Even the Nigerian drugs industry was a complete mess mostly through afonjaism, and they had to bring an Igbo woman the ever rugged prof Dora Nkem Akunyili to restore sanity. |

Emzor Pharmaceuticals- Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is a wholly private indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing group founded in 1984 by Dr. Stella C. Okoli, OON. The company is into the manufacture of high quality pharmaceutical products and medical consumables. Its holding company, Emzor Chemists Limited opened for retail business in January 1977 in Yaba, Lagos. The rapid growth of the retail business encouraged Emzor Chemists Limited to venture into the importation and wholesale of assorted pharmaceuticals. The idea to manufacture locally came later and this was predicated on the need to develop local capability, create jobs and provide high quality pharmaceutical products and services to the Nigerian people at prices that are not only affordable but represent value. Emzor Pharmaceutical Ind. Ltd. started pilot production in 1985. By 1988 it had become an established pharmaceutical manufacturing company especially with the introduction of Emzor Paracetamol which is today a leading brand of analgesic not only in Nigeria but across Sub Saharan Africa. The company’s factory is located in the Isolo industrial area of Lagos with facilities to make a wide variety of high quality pharmaceutical products that meet international standards at affordable and competitive prices. All Emzor products meet the highest international standards and are duly registered with NAFDAC. The then secretary of Health to the Interim National Government Dr. Christopher Okojie officially commissioned the company’s factory in July 1993. The company has since attracted foreign missions, scholars, and students of pharmacy, microbiology and chemistry. In April 1999, Prof. Debo Adeyemi, the Honorable Minister of Health, commissioned the factory extension. From the modest beginning with four (4) products in 1987, we now manufacture in or factory a wide range of products in the analgesic, anti-malaria, vitamin/haematinics/multivitamin supplement, anti-helmintic, antibiotics and therapeutic categories. The company has in its stable more than 80 different products. Today, Emzor has become a household name in Nigeria and a leader in the pharmaceutical market that is known for quality products at prices that offer real value. Chinedu sells APP to apple for $1billion dollars. UNITED States of America’s most celebrated brand, Apple, has bought Nigeria’s Chinedu Echeruo’s HopStop.com. According to The Wall Street Journal’s publication, AllThingsDigital, it informed that though the term of the deal has not been disclosed officially, but HopStop has been compared to Israel’s Waze, which was recently acquired by Google for $1 billion. Founded in 2005, HopStop.com makes mobile applications for both iOS and Android that covers over 300 cities and that helps people get directions or find nearby subway stations and bus stops. Echeruo, formerly an analyst at investment banks and hedge funds, who founded HopStop, is now chairman of the Board for the app firm. The move, according to market intelligence, is seen as Apple’s plan to bolster its map offering especially given Google’s recent acquisition of Waze. A serial entrepreneur, Echeruo, grew up in Eastern Nigeria and attended Kings College, Lagos. He attended Syracuse University and the Harvard Business School in the United States and founded HopStop.com after working for several years in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance groups of J.P Morgan Chase where he was involved in a broad range of M&A, financing and private equity transactions. He also worked at AM Investment Partners, a $500 million volatility-driven convertible bond arbitrage hedge fund. He founded and raised nearly $8 million for his two U.S. based Internet companies: Hopstop.com and Tripology.com. Tripology.com was acquired in 2010 by American travel and navigation information company, Rand McNally. True to form, Echeruo is working on yet another venture but this time, focused on small businesses in Africa. According to him, “there is no reason why every entrepreneur should have to reinvent the wheel every single time in all the countries in Africa. My idea is to essentially have one place where a budding entrepreneur can access a template for starting a business, and then customise it to suit their own situation; essentially, a business-in-a-box. Apple Inc. is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, online services, and personal computers.
