Let me see if I understand you..

Solar Panel Tracking system would be a tracker that would automatically turn the Solar Panels in the direction of the sun abi? Is that correct?

Let me elaborate my initial question..

When I see Solar Panels being installed, they are not flat but inclined at an angle and at a coordinate (Angel, degree) to the Sun's Rise, Set and fall path.. They say its done so to harness the maximum energy from the Sun.

Now this Keke's solar panels are lying flat on the roof.
The Keke would be mobile so may most times be out of direct range of the Sun in such a way that the energy it would be getting from the Sun wouldn't be optimal.

My Question is how did the inventors compensate/account for this..

Thanks.
Very intelligent observation. I am assuming he compensated by creating solar panels at the strategic positions at the back and front connected together in parallel . If one loses optimal sunlight, the others immediately takes over without losing power to the engines.
Also besides, energy can be stored anyway using highly sensitive capacitors. So it should also compensate for un-optimal sunlight.

Although, Considering the fact that things are not in-place with Nigeria currently.
but I'm 100% positive that God is making a way, which will soon be unveiled in the presence of all Nations of the World!!!

@the bolded, u really dont know the length which this APC govt will go to in order to sustain a propaganda.

talking about sensitivity, note that the wattage rating of solar panels is usually based on the highest level of sensitivity and efficiency in power generation which that panel possibly deliver.
most panels rated at 300watts will give u about 70% of that wattage most of the time.
We currently don't know the wattage rating of those panels to make conclusive inferences.
It could be a specially designed ones for cars. Afterall we already have solar-powered cars, wind-mills, referigerators e.t.c. And all those requires enormous amount of energy.

who can prove that it is really solar powered? we shud stop falling for cheap scams in this country.
Look at the size of that keke. look at all the iron that was used to build it. Imagine the weight. Imagine the horsepower (at least 5hp) that will be required to move something with that weight. now compare it with the size of the solar panels mounted on the roof. do u think such panels can generate 5hp (about 6kw)?
dont forget that we are even yet to see a solar panel rated above 500watts
The sensitivity and efficiency of the solar panel is the main criteria here not size. Size though used to be a main determinant has been rendered redundant due to highly sensitive and efficient semi-conductor technology.
Given the set of dignitaries clowning around there, i am sure they won't congregate there if it was a lie.

Another point of note and like I said before, a recession is not the time to do technology transfer but provide basic nuts and bolts, brick and mortar infrastructure and except if the deal is an investment or a grant, whatever monies will be paid should remain in Nigeria by all means. This means Nigerian workers, Nigerian materials and Nigerian technology if possible. Now is not the time to bleed foreign exchange particularly on a project which has no potential to generate foreign exchange. Here I will distinguish it from what Dangote for example is doing. CBN should intervene and do due diligence that it will not be a conduit for shady deals in capital tripping.
An intelligent response.
Exactly my point.

Kano state alone contributes so much food that would warrant such massive mega federal spending and yet Nigeria spent billions of dollars in food imports yearly? What then does the other northern states contributes?
Billions of dollars generated from oil, some of which was explored from two south eastern states and customs levied from south eastern importers and exporters.

Is it a habit of Yoruba people to change discourse when the issues become too intellectual.? You said northern governors are leveraging on buhari to get unequal federal govt spending to their region, and I agree that a precedence has being set.
A future SE/SS president would see such precedence honoured with probably greater ferocity which would be deserved anyway. So what is all this talk of OBJ and shitt?
Can OBJ stop the SE/SS from ever becoming president?

And kano state gets more from the FG than the south east and you want me to check google for their own contribution to Nigeria.

You think Jonathan meant well for the north? He only did what he did for the north cos of his intention for re-election, reason the northerners were not fooled. You think if Jonathan had won second term, he will care for the north? Jonathan was never nationalistic, if you think so, ask the sw governors.

Abegi, carry your sentiments go one side, the northern governors are the ones trying to up their game and leveraging on PMB's power which the SS governors fail to do. Its not Jonathan's fault but the SS governors palaver. ok?
I am not discussing jonathan . I am discussing a precedent.
The SS and SE governors should hijack aso-rock when they get the presidency again. That is exactly what you are saying and I concur, atleast with respect to Nigerián politics.

What is their productivity in terms of ?
Is it in manufacturing? Skilled Human resources? Education? What exactly? That would justify their humongous federal resources even more than the southern eastern region that accounts probably for 30-40% of Nigeria's industrial and productive population.
What does kano state contribute to Nigeria that correlates with their enormous federal funding?

Rail is good you say, so what's your problem. Do you mean good things should not be done during recession?

Come on, your reason is not tenable, the best time to make such expenditure is in the time of recession due to the spill over effects into the economy. The governor certainly knows what he is doing and am sure if he's your state governor, you will be hailing him too.

Northern states like Kano and Kaduna are trying to full advantage of PMB in power to improve critical infrastructure in their domain, this is what the SS states fail to take advantage of when GEJ was in power, no be everything be gra gra.
Take advantage of a president to improve infrastructure at the expense of others in an economy under recession?. Now that is an interesting angle you brought up.
Atleast a precedent has been set. If a SE or SS president emerges tomorrow, he is expected to leverage on his position to overspend on his domain beyond the realms of common sense and equality. He is not expected to check the most ample position for increased national productivity and invest therein devoid of ethnic sentiments.
Jonathan must be a stark moronn then for not diverting half Nigerias's budget to the Niger-delta for the total transformation of that place instead of building almajiri schools and solving northern age-long issues meant for their governors.

stop beefing, bruv, rail transport is one of the things that will easily diversify the economy as goods can be moved easily at a cheaper rate thereby having a spill effect on any state's economy.

Anything rail is a welcome idea, it brings faster development, our politicians are finally waking up to see the benefit of rail system, just wait and see when the Lagos light rail will be completed and you'll see the effects on the economy.

We should commend what's good and not pull down unnecessarily, GEJ still get commendations for reviving the rail system and I think anyone who doing the same should be applauded too.
Yes, rail is good, but that is a hefty sum.
Nigeria is in a damn recession. $1.85billion even in a healthy economy is not taken lightly, in a recession plagued economy, such capital flight can be suicidal.

$1.85b to china for a country lacking dollars and under serious economic repression? Are you sure Nigerians have sense at all?.
Why not use those monies for local construction companies even if it means much smaller projects? Kano state with millions of almajiris and widespread poverty surely has a lot of things she could do with that money instead of sending it to china.

If you don't know something , don't bring it up.

There is also BULLWHIP effect.

Everybody knows the current state of any economy is the result of policies in the last 3.5 years. Elementary economics.

In the UK , the good and bad effects of BREXIT will start in 2019. Elementary economics
Obama did not engage in any blame game. He was very proactive in his first month in office.
Besides, the only time the Iraqi war is discussed post bush is when middle-eastern crisis is being discussed. The Iraqi war was not the sole reason for America economic crisis under Bush.
Besides, Obama is a far better president than buhari ever was, and bush is much worse than jonathan.
