In a war with America, Russia would be obliterated. I am certain of that 100%. That is when you would come to fully understand the massive difference between western and eastern technology and why the US is by far the largest exporter of military technology in the world, and why America is not overly bothered about the numerical inbalance with Russia in terms of active nukes .
America would definitely suffer significant losses in lives, economy and infrastructure but we would survive and rebuild. Russia though will not survive it.
