doesn't work that way.. for you to win an election in Nigeria, you need to win at least 2 out of the 3 big regions(North/NC, SW, SE/SS) of Nigeria and SE/SS alone can't give Obi victory as he doesn't have huge support elsewhere apart from his strongholds.

3 of any combinations from the NW, NE, NE, SW, SE, or SS.

If obi wins the majority of the votes in the SE, SS, and NC, he will win, especially if he gets 25% in other zones.

He does not need win the SW, NW or NE, unless the the oppposition wins all three in bigger margins and no single opposition can win all three.

And besides, the bulk of the southwest votes are in lagos.

And lagos is definitely more than 60% yoruba votes, and that is been very very generous.
