A woman in her late 40s approached my dh, greeted nd asked after me. You add the baking soda to warm water stir till dissolve nd drink
Then the baking soda finger, you dip ur middle finger in water to moisten it then dip d finger in the baking soda powder. Finally dip d finger covered in baking soda in ur vajayjay

The scanty period improved with bitterleaf therapy but returned to scanty once i stop the bitterleaf therapy. I can't remember the scanty period improve on its own.
I only remember adding some vitamins & warm water first thing in the morning to my regiment as advised by a mama here nd using serraptase.
