My suspicion going forward is that this nephrectomy was performed in India and not Germany. Not that there is anything to be said against procedures carried out in India, but the other question that ought to be asked is, whether the requisite and recommended regular checkups, including monitoring of the donor's kidney function and blood pressure to evaluate her health after kidney donation was adhered to?.

You also did not bother to perform an autopsy to determine the real cause of death, or you chose to keep that pertinent and material information from us if you did.
