Am planning on studying there?
How good is their universities?
Can the certificate get me a job in Nigeria?
Yes their certificate , especially from university of abomey calavi(UAC) can get you a job in Nigeria as it is recognised and ranked the 6th best university in Africa. Now,the issue is that it is very expensive compared to universities in naija. There are other lots of private universities here that you can easily get admission and graduate within 3 years as there are no strike actions here.

Get a special skill . I believe people with handiwork and know their onions well in their field are quite easily employed regardless of Country of origin.
It's the highly over crowded cleaner, helper, sales boy/girl etc that Indians, Pakis , etc have taken over and fixing only their folks.
Madam ifyalways,in your own suggestion, what special skill can one go for within the shortest time before one could travel to uae? Please elaborate or if there are some over there that one can still do and that are selling over there thanks.

If you are presently in Dubai for finding a job. I would strongly recommend you to attend walk in interview jobs as much as you can. I was going through a worst phase of unemployment. I had almost been depressed to email my resume whenever I found a job ad related to my job field but not got response from their side. Surprisingly, I found a trustworthy website where I could find the list of daily walk in interview jobs in Dubai and across UAE. I attended interviews back to back and eventually I got succeed to find a job. Therefore, I would strongly suggest you to keep doing the same as I did. Maybe, you will be the next lucky one. Who knows. Here you go.

There is no provision for Nigerians in the advert I saw,it's only Indians, filipinos sri lankans and Cameroonians,no Nigerians. How do one go about this now?

I’m regretting because the stupid agent talked me up on getting jobs that pay 500k and above only for me to get here and the jobs he’s offering are construction jobs and helper jobs that don’t even pay enough for a decent accommodation. I mean c’mon I was making that much in Nigeria. I had a 2 bedroom apartment with another 5 months rent but instead I’m here sharing a room with 5 and a toilet with what feels like the whole of Ras Al Khaimah.
80% of the jobs available on job sites would rather employ any other national.
Actually I’m just so disappointed in myself that I fell for this.
Well if I don’t get a good job by 19th next month I’ll just use my return ticket to come back home jeje.
Oga steezyhere how much did they say is the salary for the helper's job?

There are very decent Emirati girls and there are wild ones just like you have good girls and wild ones in Nigeria.
If they love you, straight and if they don't. No games.
For me I like them.
What do you like about them brother? Can one really ask them out?

Emirati Laws says when an Emirati woman marries a non citizen, she loses her Citizenship, so if you are marrying for LOVE, YES.
chai! That one hard o,heard that it's difficult to do so,even to see a decent lady too as all are engaged in pro jobs.

Zoey1:
Let me do a little explanation.
The United Arab Emirate comprising of those 7 Emitates she metioned has different lifestyles.
Dubai....Is more like New York, its a free lifestyle zone.
You can wear what you like, show Public display of affection, loud music, Nigerian churches including Winners are there....tho expensive.
Sharjah.....less expensive, beautiful emirate, no loud music, you can wear what you like but I never saw nude but yes Skimpies, show PDA to an extent.
Ajman.... No PDA, less expensive...not sure about churches...goes like that.
So, the emirates have different laws guiding them.
So can one date an emirati citizen(lady) in Dubai?
