dragnet: after partitioning the card, did you create new volumes? No, I didn't. What does that mean, if I may ask |
starlight®®: biomedixexcel: I used windows 7 with mini tools n work perfectly for meYou mean you are able to partition your sd card and your device could read the card and use the second partition as an extra ROM, thereby increasing your device 's internal memory ? Please let's talk. I will send a personal message to you thru nairaland pm, please reply, I beg you. This issue has been giving me headache for many days now. Thank you very much. |
Please, has anyone partitioned their n3's sd card. I tried all the information I see but no luck. The card becomes unreadable to my n3 after the partitioning. I used mini tool partitioning wizard and I followed the instructions to the letter. And my phone is rooted. If anybody has succeeded, please kindly share how you did it. Thank you very much in advance. |
Nonsense Is that the best they can offer When airtel is already giving 1gb for N1,200 When will telecom companies stop robbing Nigerians. You need to compare how much UK subscribers pay for data with how much these robbers like MTN are charging |
My humble and simple Tecno n3
|
I have followed all the steps you outlined above but I couldn't succeed in getting the job done. After using the partition wizard to create the two partition as outlined, my card became unreadable on my pc, so I couldn't copy back up files to it, when I put it back in the phone, it's not seen by the phone, it said the card is damaged, but when I formatted it(erased every thing on it) the partition is no longer there. The link2sd does not see any partition, (it's an 8 gig card) So I have to copy back up files to it again. To cut the long story short, my card became unreadable after partitioning and I have to format from the phone thus undoing the partition. Is there something I am doing wrong? Have you tried it successfully yourself? Sorry to bother you again for this. I really appreciate your kind gesture. Awaiting your reply. God bless. |
wale0911: Have u rooted your phone, if yes then download swapper from store . That shd helpyes, I've rooted my phone. Is swapper used for partitioning and creating a ROM (which phone can use like it's own memory and save apps on it) on sd card? From the review I read on play store, it is RAM expander and you can't save apps in RAM memory My RAM is okay cos my phone performs well and play 3d apps nicely, I just wanted to partition my sd card and use the second partition as an extra ROM for apps. And if swapper can partition sd card, can you please kindly show me the steps Thank you very much. I really appreciate you. |
greeting, i use tecno n3 and i just realised that i cant install any app on it anymore, it says memory full. i have moved all the moveable apps to sd card, still, i cant install new apps. i guess if i partition my sd card i will be able to use the sd card (memory card) like an internal memory. pls, gurus in the house, tell me what to do. |
My vote goes to Logicboy |
Deepsight and Logicboy. I wish i can nominate up to five. You guys always make the religion section interesting whenever I peeped in. |
Avicenna: Thumbs up, nicely put.honestly, its a liberating experience to be rid of this morbid fear of hell and afterlife, it can be psychologically damaging especially on children, since what they label as sin is what is already in our nature and nobody can do anything about it. until i understand this wager's fallacies and the religious system of keeping people under their control, i was still under the torment of spending eternity in hell somehow if i mistakenly disobey one of their laws.its funny how adults can still believe fairy tales and stories that are meant to scare children into behaving themselves. by the way, i respect your earlier thread "i gave up God and religion today, i am free". i respect your boldness and fearless courage. and even if heaven exists (i dont see a rational reason for it anyway) may be its the courageous people like you that God will admit there instead of these coward, gullible, follow follow religionists who refuses to use their brain. |
@ alexleo and all other blind religionists alexleo: You people are so foolish. Pray that you repent if not you will meet God in eternity and by that time it will be too late for you. We have nothing to lose if you go to hell. We just tell you this things because its a commission that Jesus gave us in the bible due to the love He has for you and He doesnt want you to perish. If you reject it, we have nothing to lose.aren't you tired of using Pascal's Wager which states that "God can't be proved. But if God exists, the believer gains everything (heaven) and the unbeliever loses everything (hell). If God doesn't exist, the believer loses nothing and the unbeliever gains nothing. There is therefore everything to gain and nothing to lose by believing in God." listen all of you, this argument, first formulated by French philosopher Blaise Pascal, is sheer intimidation. It is not a case for a god's existence: it is an argument for belief, based on irrational fear. With this kind of reasoning we should simply pick the religion with the worst hell. It is not true that the believer loses nothing. We diminish this life by preferring the myth of an afterlife, and we sacrifice honesty to the maintenance of a lie. Religion demands time, energy and money, draining valuable human resources from the improvement of this world. Religious conformity, a tool of tyrants, is a threat to freedom. Nor is it true that the unbeliever gains nothing. Rejecting religion can be a positive liberating experience, gaining perspective and freedom of inquiry. Freethinkers have always been in the forefront of social and moral progress. What kind of person would eternally torment an honest doubter? If their god is so unjust, then theists are in as much danger as atheists. Perhaps god will get a perverted thrill from changing his mind and damning everyone, believers and unbelievers alike. Or, inverting the gamble, perhaps god will only save those who have enough courage not to believe! Pascal was a Catholic and assumed that the existence of god meant the Christian God. However, the Islamic Allah might be the true god, which turns Pascal's wager into a riskier gamble than intended. In any case, a belief in a deity based on fear is not a belief that produces admiration. It does not follow that such a being deserves to be worshipped. |
i respect your insightful post, man but seriously, why are there no religionists to answer these questions. i have the same questions on my mind too, but i was afraid to voice them out, so i dont lose my salvation. i'm glad somebody brought it up. believers in Islam and Christianity, where are you. answer these questions instead of majoring on the minors. cyrexx: @ |
@ cyrexx and @ muskeeto well articulated words of great insight, but only those whose minds have been freed from shackles of religion will appreciate what u guys are saying. i had been observing this thread from the beginning and i must say i never knew nigerians could be this free thinking. i hope peoples eyes will be opened to examine what they fanatically believe. ![]() |
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! i cant stop laughing o, nairalanders no go kill me o. its so so funny following ur debates here especially joe4christ vs atheists and cyrexx vs vexdacool. i think this thread should be moved to the jokes section. all of you guys are doing a very good job of exposing the inherent foolishness of religions both christianity and islam. i cant stop laughing at this foolishness because its so so funny. well done guys. |
Logic Mind: so you think the ordained would stoop so low as to explain themselves to you mere mortal?i dont understand what you are trying to say. shed more light, pls |
hello, honorable moderators in this forum, pls i want to know why my post (before you blame the boko haram, pls read this) was moved from politics section and evetually was deleted or hidden. i was trying to open a discussion on what motivates the boko haram people and i believe openness and fairness to all concerned is a policy in nairaland. i just want to know the reasons for 1. first removing my post from politics section and sending it to religion section under islam for muslims 2. finally deleting the post entirely pls note: i am not challenging your decision, i just want a candid explanation for your decision. thanx |

those of you blaming the men, listen to this: i have a friendn who is having extramarital affairs cos his wife denies him sex, the man has to negotiate with her and do things for her just to have his way with his married wife. she hates sex and manage to do it only to please her husband; to make it worse, the man is a pastor and divorce is out of it. he feels bad about it, but as a man, he has needs that must be met. he told me this personally and i feel for him. in such case will you blame the man for extramarital affairs. |
for a million dollars, thats like 150 million naira, l will lick amy winehouse face and the whole body self for a million dollar, will you you reduce 5 years from your life span, assuming its possible |

Okay, fellow nairalanders, lets start a game. its simple and it requires a some thinking though. just think of an English word that when pronounced, a letter is apparently ignored. let me start p is ignored in psychology "h" in school "t" in satchet "p" in psalms "a" in library etc you get the gist. Oya, lets begin |

Nayah: when the story is about LOVE...this not only restricted to nollywood but bollywood and some hollywood movies |
its just unfortunate that you hooked up with a wrong girl. many good girls will love to date a good and faithful guy like you; its a matter of looking deeper and search for a girl that appreciates what you have. dont mind these guys. bad guys may be fun temporarily but they make bad husbands eventually and foolish girls dont see this. pls dont waste yourself over any girl. believe me, its not worth it. many many girls are looking for good and faithful guys to hook up with. |
i really wish you luck in getting power device for your laptop. but my advice is get a new laptop. a laptop is only as good as the battery life or else its not different from a desktop. i had the same problem with my hp dv 2600 two years ago. i bought new batteries only for them to return to low capacity within about 5 months. i learnt the hard way that the best batteries are those manufactured with the laptop. i eventually bought a new hp mini 100e netbook or mini laptop. i've been using it for almost a year and the battery still deliver between 4 to 6 hours depending on the load. so my advice, if you dont mind a smaller screen and lack of built in DVD drive, go for a good acer or hp netbook. first, they are cheap (i got mine for N43,000). second you get new batteries that will work for years before they start dulling. third, they are so portable like phone, so its easy to take them out to work or school and charge them anytime. another thing is to avoid overcharging your batteries or hibernating your laptop.those things kill the life span of batteries. i hope i've helped by contributing in solving your problem. all the best. peace. |
